Teams in Cabo presents a unique, progressive team-building and relationship-enhancement school, teaching and challenging each participant to gain new insights through physical challenges that positively change the team and each individual for the better.
The ropes course is a progression of challenges and trust activities to facilitate the development of both personal and interpersonal skills through adventure, suspense, and drama, while having fun in a supportive team environment. The goal is to help each individual to have a better understanding of themselves. This in turn will result in a deeper level of trust and cooperation, enhancing critical aspects of life in and out of the workplace.
Our ropes course, with its elaborate construction and intertwined components, might bring to mind a complex obstacle course. However, rather than a goal of physical conditioning or competition, its objective is to create an environment to facilitate the development of both individual and interpersonal skills through adventure, suspense, and drama. It asks of each participant a willingness to take a risk, to experiment, and to learn in an atmosphere of mutual support and cooperation. Participants decide their own level of participation and inevitably accomplish goals far beyond self-expectations. And it's fun too!Ropes Challenge - $45 per person for half day events; $68 per person for full day events

Beach Olympics is a great way to relax, integrate with others, and take advantage of the beautiful beaches of Los Cabos. We can entertain any size of group and perform on any beach in the area. Everone is energized by a day of cooperative competition!
For the best in Integration and Team Unity, we offer a mix of Beach Olympics, Challenge Ropes Course Activities, Sand Castle Design Contests, and Innovative Initiative Games. Together, the fun exercises are designed to strengthen bonds between co-workers while learning and having a great time.
