Susana Biali, a Canadian-born flamenco bailaora (dancer), will mark your occasion with a memorable expression of artistry and feeling. Susana has studied her art in Jerez de la Frontera, a small Spanish city in the heart of Andalucia. Jerez is known as the cradle of Spanish flamenco, having produced many of history’s greatest flamenco artists.

Susana performed professionally in Canada, but these days, to the delight of local and tourist audiences, she both lives and performs in Mexico. Over the course of her dance career she has also taught flamenco to groups, private individuals, and children. As well as performing her flamenco stylings, Susana also offers a range of classes in her art that can be arranged through ESSV.

You can choose from among a number of styles and expressions of flamenco to flavor your fête—whether it's a wedding, anniversary or just a party that needs flamenco spice—from traditional Spanish dances and Flamenco “Puro” (“true” flamenco) to the elegant poses of Arte Flamenco to the complete flamenco show, rich in variety and color. Beautiful Spanish melodies, both lovely and slow or quick and exciting, give a moving boost to the performances. You can also incorporate a flamenco class into your event, or arrange for one as a separate activity for your guests.

Participants should wear non-restrictive clothing and comfortable, secure footwear (no flip-flops!). Loose, full skirt ideal. Option of bare feet, if required by the studio.
