ESSV collects personal information when you contact or register with ESSV, when you use ESSV products or services, when you visit ESSV  web pages or the web pages of certain ESSV travel partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. ESSV may combine information existing information we have about you with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

We may ask for information such as your name, contact information, and personal interests. When you contact Earth, Sea and Sky Vacations or use our products or services, you are not anonymous to us.

ESSV collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about the products and services we offer.

  ESSV sends out targeted newsletters and emails containing destination news, travel offers and advertisements regarding products or services based on personal information.

Earth, Sea and Sky Vacations may set and access ESSV cookies on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Updating Account Information
You can unsubscribe from ESSV emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our customer emails, replying to such emails with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line, emailing unsubscribe@cabovillas.com notifying us of your desire to be removed from the ESSV email list or by calling 1.800.745.2226 at which time, ESSV will keep your information, but will no longer contact the specific email address that was unsubscribed.

Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
ESSV may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address on file or by placing a prominent notice on our web site.
