Villa Finisterra is an amazing home. Our party has made Cabo an annual trip
and we were overwhelmed with the size. The Villa is nestled in the hills
overlooking the Pacific and the view of the homes surrounding it does not
disappoint (it was breathtaking at any time of day. We were also pleasantly
surprised that we had surround sound throughout every room so we plugged
in our ipod and listened to music. Every room has all the comforts of home
and with the size of our party we enjoyed having walk in showers, comfortable
beds, & daily maid service. We also made great use of the pool table, gourmet
kitchen, pool & jacuzzi, it was our own private resort! We had a blast and look
forward to returning!
Our wonderful boss treated all his staff to a 4 days retreat in beautiful Cabos. We stayed at the gorgeous Villa Finisterra. The villa was everything the website says and more! The view was spectacular and the rooms very comfortable. Our entire stay was wonderful and none of us wanted to come back!
I also want to commend Nik at ESSV's US office. I had forgotten a few articles of clothing in the villa and had called ESSV when I got home. Honestly I wasn't expecting much luck in getting my clothes back. Nik was the one who helped me on the phone and not only was he very patient with me, he immediately contacted the Cabo office to see if they've found anything. After a day or so, Nik called me back and informed me that they had found the clothing and would be shipping them to me.
I was truly impressed with ESSV's customer service and Nik's willingness to help even though our vacation was over already. This kind of Customer Service is what keeps customers coming back! Kudos to Nik and ESSV!! I hope this email will make it to Nik's boss because that's a guy you want to keep!

It was wonderful having a beautiful home large enough to accommodate our group of 12. Highlights included the dinner Denni's prepared, the sunset cruise and golf at Cabo Del Sol.
