SPECIALSDESCRIPTIONVilla de Mario is the perfect choice for those who want to forget all about driving. It’s just two blocks walking distance to Medano Beach, Cabo’s most popular swimming and sunning beach, where one can choose from endless activities.The house has 3,200 square feet of living space, with all bedrooms located on the second level. Each bedroom has en-suite private bathrooms and separate air conditioners. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (seats 10), two spacious sitting rooms and a family room. All the rooms are colorful and comfortable. The freshwater pool provides a focal point for gatherings and activities. In the evenings you can light the built-in fireplace, one of the chimeneas, or turn on the garden lights to create your own enchanting evening. Villa de Mario is just three blocks to the Marina and two blocks to the world-famous downtown nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Plenty of excellent dining choices are available on the adjoining streets, either for lunch on the beach, or for romantic dinners.

I went to Cabo with a large group of girls and we stayed at Villa de Mario. It was a perfect spot to walk to the beach. There were no views of the ocean but it is a perfect central location. We were able to walk to the nightlife, bars and resturants. There was enough space for all of us to get comfortable and a maid service that came throughout the week. If we go back, we would consider staying at this villa again. A great price for the location.
Villa de Mario is the best of everthing in one location, sounds corny but true. The house is beautiful and well kept. The online pics do not fully convey the charm and coziness of the villa. I enjoy staying there because it is just like being home. Every creature comfort has been thought of and if you have forgotten something, there are stores nearby. You won't run out of bathrooms; there are 3.5 - a big plus. Nightlife is a blast and lasts until 4am in Cabo. The beach life is a riot and the most fun. A slow 10 minute walk from the house and you're in another world. If you are a people watcher, the only thing that needs to be said is MANGO DECK! Do not miss it. As I'm not a beach person, the private pool at the villa was the perfect place to contemplate cloud formations or just drift into a book. There is so much to do in Cabo. Do not miss it. You will find something you love! Returning for my 4th visit in 46 days. YIPPEE!
Awesome location. Spent most of the time at the beach and in town. Location was walking distance to both. Pool at the house was great.
