The vast terrace offers all manner of grand ocean views, which can also be enjoyed from its pleasant dining area. That sturdy Baja sun makes for cozy lounging about—the perfect setup for then taking a paddle in the villa’s refreshing 20’x30’ pool. It’s easy to imagine a golden day spent moving from the pool to the shaded patio and back to the pool—every pause is a perfect-view pleasure.

The contemporary kitchen is readily equipped with appliances galore for sumptuous meals, but don’t forget to put outdoor dining with the gas BBQ on your schedule.
