Each of the bedrooms—all with separate entrances—has its own private bath, with its own balcony terrace, so they all provide a picturesque retreat. That picture is prettier yet, because the newly painted villa is outfitted with all new furnishings, from beds to linens to draperies. But at 6,000 square feet, all of Bella Vista is a retreat, whether you’re taking a meal prepared in its expansive kitchen, kicking back in front of the satellite TV, or just taking in those phenomenal ocean views that give the villa its well-deserved name. No need to stay inside though, when those same views can be seen while frolicking in the villa’s pool, or cooling down under the shade structure. There are plenty of lounge chairs for having a savory bite from the gas barbecue, your reward for burning up all the calories from the villa’s boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. However you add it up, this Pedregal villa is the satisfying sum of all its worthy parts. NOTE: Villa Bella Vista can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 16 guests (sit down) and 30 (standing). One-night additional rental fee (minimum 3-night rental required). ESSV was easy to work with, almost everything was done on the web, but I talked to them several times & they were very accommodating. The house is very nice. Each of the four levels has a bedroom, which helps with privacy. The house is on a hill, so a rental car is nice to have. Town is very close, and our stay was great, we had a good time & I would recommend this villa to anyone.
Great villa, great location! We chose this villa for a number of factors, but if you are looking for a place with a pool, a great view and walking distance to town, it does not get much better than this.
I found this rental while searching for a great vacation spot for some friends and myself and it did not disappoint. From the moment we all stepped out of ther car our collective breath was taken away. Waking up on the private balconies in the morning, taking a dip in the pool to start the day, it was all I wanted and has convinced me that every trip from now on needs to be done in a private villa. This house was perfect and the staff was outstanding, enough said.
