Marina Sol The Ultimate Penthouse D304

This Penthouse was professionally remodeled in October 2007 with a stunning floor plan that was specifically designed with vacation rentals in mind. This location is very private, and you can enjoy both the morning and afternoon sunshine from the terraces. Imagine a 3200-square-foot, one-level, corner-unit Penthouse with 16-foot vaulted ceilings featuring:

A massive living room with pocket doors that opens up to the terrace and brings the outside living inside. The 60-foot terrace located off the living room overlooks the pool and courtyard area of Marina Sol, and the smaller back terrace located off the kitchen has a view of the swimming pool in the courtyard of the neighboring Bahia Hotel. The back terrace is also a great area to people-watch, since it overlooks the main sidewalk to Cabo’s #1 Beach - Medano Beach, only one block away.

The entertainment area features a large bar with numerous sofas and comfortable chairs as well as a 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD /CD player for when it’s time to kick back and watch the game or enjoy a movie. Located beside the bar is a beautiful common-use bathroom with full shower.

The large modern kitchen features granite countertops and new appliances. It’s all set up for preparing a gourmet meal or you can request a private chef and have him cater a special meal for your group while you relax and enjoy; private bartenders are also available upon request. The propane BBQ can be used on either terrace. The dining area features a large table with seating for 8. The terraces also feature tables and seating for 10 people

All bedrooms are very spacious and all have their own private three-piece bathrooms, all of which feature granite or smoked-glass counter -tops with above-counter marble sinks. All bathrooms have been detailed in Travertine marble and elegant fixtures.
