I have just returned from my Cabo vacation and felt compelled to share my great experience. I first contacted Marsa Kelly back in March to plan a celebration for my wife's 40th birthday. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the properties that were available; the real impressive part was she spent a few hours talking to me (over multiple days) even though I was just at an inquiring stage. I wasn't sure if this would be the right choice for the celebration, but Marsa sold me. Over the next month I was constantly adding to my reservation, changing the number of guest, pre-stock, transportation, spa treatments, and a floral "surprise." I never heard the answer "no" or was given any negative feedback, I know I was a pain, but she never showed it. Even when Marsa was out of the office, Laurie Mitchell helped me with any questions and sent out my 1st invoice. All this was before we even arrived. Once we stepped off the plane and our private coach was waiting we were always overwhelmed at what we found next. After Marsa listen to my needs we decided that Villa Sol Y Luna would be a good choice, it was everything we could ask for. Upon entering Marsa had set up a rose petal message on the bed in the master for my wife, it was a great suggestion and made me a hero, but they also filled the tub with water and rose petals as well as all around the tub. The pre-stock was just enough party material, and the maid was outstanding. We also had a catered birthday dinner that was better than any restaurant we visited (and we visited a bunch) and the extra waiter was professional, he worked above and beyond his duties, delivering drinks pool side before the dinner even started. We had spa treatments for the women in our group and again excellent service. The site manager Diego was also very helpful and worked with us. I guess I could have just said great job by Marsa, Laurie, and all the staff that supported us, but that would not have done the celebration justice. Thanks again from my wife and our guests, we will all be back and recommend ESSV to all our friends.

Hi Nancy and Heather! Cabo was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Everyone had a great time and we had absolutely no complaints (and that's hard for such a big group)!!! The last-minute spa day addition was the icing on the cake! Eveyone loved it, especially me. I wanted to thank you both for all of your help in planning such a spectacular trip. Were already talking about doing it all over again next year.

It has been one of most fun trips we have ever taken! We felt very lucky to have had you make all our arrangements/reservations and to provide us with information which many other people we met had no clue about, i.e., the good places to eat, the toll road to Cabo San Lucas from San Jose Cabo, and the wonderful fishing fleet.
