Kassi, The trip was amazing. This was my second trip to Cabo and staying in Pedregal at a villa is the way to go. It is so beautiful there. Villa Saint Amore and service was more than we anticipated it would be.

The transportation from the airport upon arriving to the house was of the highest service. Our driver, Cesar, was extremely helpful; he even helped us shop at Costco and assisted us with getting all of our luggage and groceries inside. It was a wonderful start to a great week. I would definitely continue to use him as a driver. Maids, taxi service, no complaints at all.

Kassi, your assistance through this entire planning was of the highest standard. I truly appreciate all your help. I felt comfortable working with you and knew that I had picked the right company. I will recommend you and continue to use ESSV. Thank you for following up with us. Sincerely and thanks again.

Hi Kassi, Everything was great. We loved everything. My husband said he would go back and do everything the same. We really enjoyed the yacht. That was awesome. The guys loved the Dune Buggies.

The only thing that I think we would change if we could would be a heated pool. But that is it. Everything worked out really well. I have actually already been on the website looking for another house. The Pedregal was awesome; we loved it there: the houses, the scenery, it was so nice.

Just so you know, we go away every year—this was our 6th trip and this is the first time we actually said we would go back somewhere another time.

Hi Mari Jo: I want to thank you for working with our group and tell you what a great experience our week in Cabo was. Our group stayed at Villa Sombrero; this was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had.

The home was very comfortable, and everything we could want was available, from the high-end appliances to the outdoor covered grill area with granite counters. The pool and waterfall were beautiful, our own private paradise.

We had 8 people, and we were all very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms; each bathroom was very large and lovely. Thank you again with your assistance in planning our trip--we have great memories!

We had a great trip, and did not encounter any problems whatsoever. Everyone at Club Solaris was wonderful, the food was great and the rooms were good. I would definitely go back to Cabo. Thanks for helping make our trip a great one.

Dear Mr. Hirschaut, My husband and I were originally booked to stay at Casa Del Mar a few weeks ago. Approximately 48 hours prior to our departure from the United States for Cabo, my father had a heart attack and, subsequently thereafter, heart surgery. As a result we had to cancel our trip to Cabo. To our extreme surprise, we were given an extension of time within which to use our stay at Casa Del Mar. Your company's willingness to extend us a credit, especially on such short notice of cancellation, was above and beyond anything we expected, and my husband and I sincerely thank you for that.  

I'm writing to you from the resort now, on our last full day of vacation here, which brings me to my second reason for writing to you: the excellent service we received from your staff but, particularly, from Kassi. Kassi was a consumate professional to deal with. She handled every question and request that I had with prompt, perfect service. As a business owner myself, I know from personal experience how rare it is to find someone who is excellent at customer service, even in the most trying of times. You have that in Kassi!

Not only did she assist us in re-booking our stay, she gave us suggestions (which we considered above and beyond what was expected) as to how to spend our time in Cabo, the cost of which could be applied to the credit we had with your company. With many employees, you may not be aware of each person's attributes, which is why I am writing to you about Kassi.
