The view is amazing and the beach access is a huge perk in Cabo. The location is ideal! Not too far from the airport but also close to downtown for excursions, dinners out, etc... The home was very well maintained - the home was clean upon arrival and was kept very tidy throughout our stay by the cleaning crew. The rooms all had beautiful views - beds were comfortable, bathrooms were HUGE! The staff was amazing to work with! We were traveling with our toddler and nanny and with that came a lot of up front prep work. They made it easy and stress free to rent anything and everything we needed. The catering options were also top notch - planning and coordinating a menu plan for 9 people over the course of 7 days - breakfast lunch and dinner was a bit daunting but Kimberly was helpful and quick to respond with quotes, questions, pricing, etc. We also had a large pre stocking list that was extremely well managed. I felt at times our requests were annoying and tedious but the Cabo Villas team never once made me feel that way. They were always very kind, patient and courteous. We absolutely loved our chef and his assistant - they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We always like to visit new homes when we travel but would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking in the Cabo area! If we travel to the Cabo area again we will definitely be using Cabo Villas. Thank you again!

The house we stayed in was perfect, it was clean, beds were comfortable, the cleaning service was also topnotch. Before arriving Kimberly was so helpful with providing transportation service and in house chef option which I highly recommend doing ! We spent many hours in the pool as a group enjoying the views and fun conversation. All but one bedroom maximize the views and even the bathroom windows. The theater room was so nice for movie nights and the house is well done and nicely decorated with great art. I highly recommend ordering full service breakfast every morning, everyone loved the food and it was so special the team is incredible. Hector was very responsive and patient with last minute changes and updates to the itinerary. Will go back!

"Beautiful Villa!"
The villa is beautiful, very clean, and located in a very safe community of Pedregal. The villa is a 2 minutes walk to the pristine private beach. We took Ubers to places and it was very easy. The villa had all the amenities (e.g., plenty of clean linens), kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were clean. Outdoor area was great for laying out and an outside morning workout with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was very comfortable. Zinnet was responsive and very helpful with tips and suggestions in her emails. Jaime, property manager, was wonderful and provided us with a warm greeting upon check-in. He stopped by every couple of days to clean the pool and helped us with anything we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.

"Villa Costa Azul - perfect location"
Exactly what he wanted, a spot on the beach where we could walk out and surf everyday. Costa Azul was the perfect spot for that. The villa was beautiful, well equipped and exactly what we needed. Kyla helped me plan catered meals in the villa, dinners out and excursions prior to our arrival, while Pablo helped us plan in villa spa treatments, taxi service and everything else while we were there. "Casa Stella is truly special"
Located on one of the highest streets in the Pedregal hillside, with sweeping views in multiple directions. The layout is resort like with so much open space to hang out, yet also seek privacy if needed. There was no ’bad’ room in the house - every room was unique, special and had its own no compromise bathroom. Everyone had a high quality place to sleep. Every amenity is top notch - movie theater, pool, hot tub. Last but absolutely not least is the staff. Before visiting I noted that several reviewers kept talking about how great the staff was and barely seemed to mention the property itself. After visiting, I realize why. Juan, Luis, Betza and team are truly next level incredible. They have your every need taken care of, are unbelievably thoughtful, accommodating, kind and will go out of the way to make everything more then perfect. Whether it’s handing out snuggies at night for the massive outdoor fireplace, making sure everyone has a drink of their choice, bringing you binoculars just as migrating whales surface in the distance, accommodating desired meal times, diets, special requests. The maid service returns the house to day 1 walk in condition every day. Everything is done with a smile. An unbelievably flawless first class experience (the only downside is having to eventually return to every day life without them). The chef & meal service is a must here, the food was presented in art form, tremendous selection & variety, everything tasted fantastic. As we had a large group we chose to eat at the house for nearly every meal and thank heavens we did. Not only was it convenient & cost effective but eating perfected meals with the view of the ocean the property provides in the company of your group is next level. "Amazing Week"
There was a second level being added to one of the houses in the complex that caused quite a bit of noise throughout the days, but even that couldn't affect relaxing by the pool, whale watching from the patio and just having quiet time with the family. Ruben was amazing and so very helpful during our stay. There were a couple small issues that happened (broken lock, new coffee maker needed, cold pool) and he handled all of them quickly and happily. If you're looking for complete silence 24/7, this isn't for you, but I used to live in NY - I can easily ignore normal noise levels, especially when the location is so amazingly picturesque. Would definitely return.

! We enjoyed all the amenities of the home from the theater room to the pickleball court. We had 16 of us and never felt crowded. The location is walking distance to the marina which makes it so nice. Beth at Cabo Villas is a pleasure to work with. The team in Cabo-Angel, Angeles and Jorge are incredible! We will be back!
