The view is amazing and the beach access is a huge perk in Cabo. The location is ideal! Not too far from the airport but also close to downtown for excursions, dinners out, etc... The home was very well maintained - the home was clean upon arrival and was kept very tidy throughout our stay by the cleaning crew. The rooms all had beautiful views - beds were comfortable, bathrooms were HUGE! The staff was amazing to work with! We were traveling with our toddler and nanny and with that came a lot of up front prep work. They made it easy and stress free to rent anything and everything we needed. The catering options were also top notch - planning and coordinating a menu plan for 9 people over the course of 7 days - breakfast lunch and dinner was a bit daunting but Kimberly was helpful and quick to respond with quotes, questions, pricing, etc. We also had a large pre stocking list that was extremely well managed. I felt at times our requests were annoying and tedious but the Cabo Villas team never once made me feel that way. They were always very kind, patient and courteous. We absolutely loved our chef and his assistant - they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We always like to visit new homes when we travel but would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking in the Cabo area! If we travel to the Cabo area again we will definitely be using Cabo Villas. Thank you again!

The pictures don’t do the place justice. The view of the ocean was simply breathtaking! If you are looking for a villa with an amazing view with tons of space to spread out in a quiet location where you can see and hear the waves then this is the place for you!!! Our group ranged from teens to 60s and we all loved it! Pack some mosquito repellent though!

Besides it being a fantastic property, it was a great time! Angel our concierge went above and beyond the call of duty...he was the best we ever had! Kristi was insanely great setting everything up. It went all so smooth and easy...Can't wait to do it again soon!

The pool, pool deck, and the many outdoor seating areas made it easy for our family to have many catching-up opportunities. The view overlooking the golf course and the beach was gorgeous. The maid service each day was extremely helpful. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was another helpful service - it was very roomy and held all of our luggage and two sets of golf clubs easily. It also stopped so that we could pick up some groceries on the way in from the airport. Kimberly helped us through the entire process - from the initial reservation through check in, and could not have been more helpful. She was very thorough and professional. She handled all of the reservations with the car rental company. All we had to do was meet the rental company reps when they delivered the vehicle to the villa. She was always very responsive to any text message we sent her. Our assigned concierge, Giovanni, was at the villa when we arrived and was very helpful explaining how various things worked. He could not have been nicer or more helpful - and was available 24/7. We had a problem getting the spa to heat properly so we texted Giovanni. After working through some control panel solutions via FaceTime, we could still not get it to heat properly. He then contacted the property manager who came to the villa and did what she could to no avail. Within 30 to 45 minutes, they had a spa service man sent out who fixed our problem quickly. We really appreciated the speed with which our minor issue was handled. Our family of 7 will definitely return to Villa Cortez

The villa is beautifully laid out. The view is everything- completely unobstructed! Window walls push back on the entire first floor- dreamy! It was a short ride to town when needed (dinners out, boat rental). Security gate to the neighborhood made us feel super safe. Kids loved the pool and spa, parents loved drinks around the fire pit at sunset watching the waves. The walk to the beach is fairly short, but the path is a little odd (seems like it’s actually a drainage ditch?) but it worked for us and allows easy access from the villa. Waves were enormous and fantastic to witness. Loved bringing in catering and bartender but was nice to be able to visit the neighboring resort for some meals. Thanks to Kimberly, for helping me plan my third Cabo Villas visit in 2 years. Never want to leave. We will be back!

The people who assisted us the whole way along were fantastic. Very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

The location was amazing. Between having the Sheraton right next door, and the great golf club within in walking distance going out for meals was super convenient. We were traveling with another family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids-they all loved that they could wander around the large development and we all felt completely safe. The views from the bedrooms were unbelievable - not to mention the views from the pool and patio. Before we arrived I thought that the management service was super helpful in booking different activities for during our stay. They also made sure that we had everything we needed upon arrival. This is one of the most amazing homes that I have ever rented. I would definitely recommend this house and I hope to be back.

The Villa was gorgeous and the unobstructed view to the ocean from all of the bedrooms and common areas was everything we dreamed it would be. The beach is only a few steps away. We spent each morning at the fire pit with our coffees and then would move to the hot tub, pool and breakfast on the pool deck. We enjoyed the privilege of a Chef on two separate days which was the highlight for us as the quality of food and service was better than going out to restaurants. The staff at Sea and Sky provided everything we needed and were there 24/7 to accommodate our requests. Incredible and perfect sum it up for us at Villa Cortez.

When we first got there we were handed beverages that really were welcome after the long airplane trip. As we were shown around the property it was even better than the pictures, which we thought would be impossible. The beachfront ocean setting was quite breathtaking. We spent most of the time on the back patio area where we could enjoy the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The proximity to the resort and store next to us made it convenient to grab an overlooked item. We had a great in-home dining experience on Thanksgiving that was cooked by a local service that capped a wonderful week. We tried to book again this Thanksgiving, but someone else will beat us to it. They will now get to enjoy the incredible property.

The location and amenities were amazing. The Sheraton right next door is very cool - great restaurants and decent prices. The views from the deck were unbelievable - not to mention the pool, spa and fire pit. I would definitely recommend this house and will be back.

The house was amazing, even better in real life than the pictures show online. When we arrived our conceirge had margaritas waiting for us and snacks, the house blew our minds and the week the follwed was flawless and so much better than we ever expected. Nik was extremely helpful in coordinating our trip and took excellent care of us during the booking stage. Once we arrived, our concierge Giovanni took excellent care of our every need and immediately rectified any issues that arose. We only have positive comments about Nik, the concierge service, Villa Cortez and our week in Cabo. STRONGLY recommend using cabovillas.com, we will be back!

Was way more then I ever expected it to be. The Villa was perfect and the service provided was awesome ! It was Big, Clean, and Beautiful inside and out. Located just above the 8th tee-box on the Cabo del Sol Ocean Course which is a must play if you enjoy golf. The Villa sits in a quiet secure neighborhood surrounded by lush landscaping and is only a quick 10 minute drive into downtown Cabo. We spent most of our time when not playing golf just hanging out in the backyard BBQing, drinking Margaritas, and listening to the crashing waves. Has a wonderful infinity pool looking out to the Sea of Cortez. The Sunrise and Sunsets were amazing ! A very quick and easy stroll to get down to the Beach from the backyard was very nice perk to the Villa. The backyard looks out to the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar Hotel which we took advantage of by visiting some of there fine restaurants and bars. Was so sad to leave and can't wait to get back down there for another visit to Villa Cortez. The B-Day boy had the time of his life ! I highly recommend this property for guests traveling to Los Cabos with a group of friends or family. You will not be disappointed .

Great location, close enough to town and many golf courses. We had 4 couples, each room having it's own bathroom gave everyone their own space. The pool and outside area was awesome. Amber at ESSV was also fabulous to deal with. Very responsive to any questions we had and happy to organize anything we needed. Everyone had such a wonderful time here it was hard to leave. Couple of good snorkeling beaches not too far away. Would happily stay here again and recommend ESSV - the whole experience was pleasurable.

The amenities are truly wonderful and the home is very nicely appointed. Our group rented the home to enjoy a milestone birthday among friends and we had an absolute wonderful time enjoying the pool, home, beach, firepit, and jacuzzi. The entire staff of Earth, Sea and Sky Vacations were always there to answer any request or troubleshoot any concern that we were experiencing. I will definitely rent his villa again in the future.

The house and neighborhood are wonderful We all enjoyed our week very much.

I believe this is my 6th visit! New furniture this year. The kitchen was stocked as ordered and the chefs did a great job with both breakfasts on the pool deck and dinners. I like the size of the living space and pool area overlooking the golf course and the ocean. Its a slice of perfect!

We have been vacationing in Cabo for 16 years. Villa Cortez is by far our favorite location. The 4 bedroom suites give all guests luxury accommodations and the spacious kitchen and dining room are ideal for entertaining. The ocean front views are spectacular. For its location, views and accommodations I highly recommend it!

It was just what the doctor ordered and the whole group was totally happy. Nice home, great pool and terrific location as well. The only down side is that the beach is not swimmable. Thus, be prepared to drive 5-10 minutes to go swimming in the sea.

Four couples were blown away from the time we arrived at airport until we departed. First class underdescribes our accomadations. Villa Cortez was beautiful. Location was outstanding. The ESSV folks were unbelievable. Took care of every thing. Nik was a jewel to work with. WE HAD A BALL! Look forward to a return visit.

Five private bedrooms, four with excellent views. Big open eating, living and patio/pool area looking over golf and ocean; yet private. Easy walk to two great golf courses and two hotels with plenty of ameneties.

We live in nearby San Jose del Cabo, and like to do some easy escapes and stay close to home and work. It was perfect. Four bedrooms plus a loaded casita outside... Plenty of privacy for each of the three small families in our party and more than enough large general space inside and around the pool... that we all were able to get all the pool time, family time and alone time that we wanted. From the welcome margaritas to the discreet daily housekeeping service, we were supported just enough. This stunning place is located on the corridor, away from either town, and in the summer (low season), we had the entire neighborhood and beach to ourselves. We anticipate doing this every year and are excited about some of the other Villas Essv has to offer.

Not only do they represent spectacular properties through out Cabo, the Corridor and San Jose del Cabo, they run a very well-organized operation. From the time we landed to arrival at the house to our departure, CV/Essv did a wonderful job of making our vacation exactly what it should be...a vacation. Antonio in the head office made it easy to set-up the whole trip and Victor in Cabo assisted with everything from lost luggage to dinner reservations. Cabo's location makes a bi-coastal family (New York & San Fran) getaway just perfect and the villa worked well for the 7 of us. And, you cant beat the wonderful weather and friendly people! ! It was great, the staff, the location...just fabulous. We golfed for a week with bbq's, beer and the pool every afternoon. What else can a bunch of guys ask for!!! Simply marvelous!!!

The pre-departure services provided by Earth, Sea and Skies was exemplary - - and Nik was a great help. Through them we contracted for a cook and butler (A Matter of Taste Catering) and adrian and Sam were simply outstanding! The only negative was the photography service provided by CaboFotos.com (an Essv referral) - - the pictures were poorly posed, exposed and developed so cannot recommend that company.

The floor plan is open, patio is expansive with several seating areas and the pool is gorgeous. We spent 5 nights with a group of 12 including two teenagers. The property manager was very accessible to answer any questions. The phone line with free access to U.S. numbers was quite handy.

They had a family of 10 said the villa was incredible, great location, everything was great. They said maybe next time they might rent a car but transportation to town was really inexpensive

He answered our every need and whim. Villa Cortez is an absolutely beautiful, luxurious and comfortable home. The owners of this house put a lot of thought into the things you would expect and some you wouldn't. The view of the golf course and ocean could not be beat. Whale watching everyday! We will be back next year. Every amenity you would need at this house.

What made it awesome was the service (Carlos and Marsa). Carlos made every arrangement throughout the week and marsa was always there for questions that came up. The house was right on the seven hole at Cabo del Sol and you could here the waves crashing from the pool. Rent this place you will not be disapointed. We had nine people there and we didnt feel crowded at all. Loved it and would consider coming back there.

The last 2 years we stayed at Villa Cortez and we all agreed these were the two best years of vacationing here. A great villa with all the ammenities you would ever need. On the beach, on the golf course and with breathtaking views of the sea of cortez. The Villa has everything to make you feel right at home in a true paradise. The service provided by ESSV was truly professional and highly recommended.
