Amber was terrific in helping us organize our vacation and the staff at the villa is amazing. Veronica, the chef, is as good as it gets.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the staff was amazing. The views and sunrises were incredible. We went home relaxed. Thank you for all your help.

We could look down on fireworks displays at 3 different locations from our perch atop the mountain at Villa Penasco. The pool was warm, the spa inviting, the firepit was cozy and days were spent under the palapa sipping drinks and telling stories while we rested from a swim. The staff was perfect- taking care of every need but disappearing into the shadows to leave us to celebrate. They decorated the dining room each night for our dinners with fresh flowers and local touches.

Paco was helpful and highly responsive before and during our stay (helping arrange services (incl taxis) along the way) Butler service and dinner was a great touch. Incredibly helpful and proactive without being overbearing. The trip was excellent and we will return!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. The best part was the team that took care of us. They were amazing. What a truly unique & once in a lifetime type of getaway. We had lots of questions as this was our first time renting a villa and she was very quick and detailed. Ivan was our concierge and he was very diligent and got back to us within 5 min every time no matter the hour of day. Paco was the house manager and his staff, chef Veronica, Leno, Chris, and Mari were all incredible. They far exceeded our expectations for service and our family had an amazing vacation because of them! We definitely recommend this place and will certainly stay here again! :)

The staff has been together 15 years and it shows!

Alex and the team at CaboVillas arranged afternoon bartender, nightly private chef and a tequila tasting for us and the food was one of the highlights of the trip. They also arranged all of our transport to/from golf+fishing and the airport. Between the team at CaboVillas and the staff onsite at the villa we were completely taken care of. We are all now looking for excuses / reasons to get back!

Could not have asked for a better group of people to help, everyone went above and beyond. And the house and views are stunning!

.. booking my trip with Jessica Felts at Cabo Villas was truly enjoyable. I don't always like to have to do all the planning so Jessica was very helpful every step of the way. Of course Villa Penasco is a gorgeous home but I will have to say the Chef and Staff made the trip go from a 10 to a 15! I have stayed in many villas within Pedregal and this one tops them all. The elevator was a key amenity with my older folks as well. Our Chef made fresh sushi from our day out fishing. Fresh Wahoo Sushi and grilled Mahi Mahi was incredible with around the clock margaritas served poolside was wonderful. We didn't have a bad meal the entire stay. I think its important to know during these COVID times we were very cautious making all 14 of our family members get COVID tests 2 days before travel. Its not a requirement in Mexico but we just had family in their 80's joining us so we wanted to be extra careful. The staff wore masks the entire time and provide hand sanitizers and wipes in every room. Honestly, my family and I felt safer at Villa Penasco then our hometown back in the Newport Beach! My family and I can't wait to return! Miss the staff already! Everyone should experience this Villa at least once in their lifetime! Enjoy!

This Villa's view is simply nothing like you've experienced before.To our surprise, for being so high and at edge of a cliff, it wasn't windy or cold. The service was incredible, Veronica, Leno and Maria were all wonderful. And the property manager, Paco, made sure everything was in order and 100% to our satisfaction.

The home was beautiful. The view was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive at all times.

It was large enough to accommodate our family of 15 comfortably. The house is gorgeous, the view fantastic and the serve outstanding.

The villa is absolutely breathtaking. The view from each and every window is stunning. This has to be hands down the best view in Pedregal - I honestly can't see how it can get any better than this. The outdoor space is wonderful and fit our party of nine perfectly, with much room to spare. The pool is spacious, the fire pit is a wonderful addition... everything in the house was completely five star. Veronica's breakfast was DELICIOUS, and the service from herself, Leno and Marie was second to none. They never let us lift a finger - they were always waiting to tend to our needs, whether it was to heat the pool, make cocktails, iron clothing, etc. We could never stay at another villa in Pedregal - Villa Penasco is the only villa for us moving forward. The best vacation, the best service, the best house -- just incredible.

(Best Margaritas!) Highly recommend scheduling a chef to cook dinner for you, as well as in-house spa services. By far this is the best house I have rented in the Pedregal area. The views & sunset are stunning. I will definitely be back!

Not only is the villa and it's views stunningly beautiful, the villa staff is exceptional. Very friendly, amazing cooks, and extremely good at taking care of the villa guest's every need or desire. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend!

We had high expectations and they were exceeded! From the moment we walked into the house to checkout, everything from the cleanliness and quality of the house to the care and attention the house staff put in to making our holiday a special one. We were well taken care of by the house staff who meet our every needs. The house itself could not have been better suited to our needs. It sums it up by saying as discerning guests, we would like to plan a return visit. Thank You to everyone involved.

The villa itself is incredible and the view is hard to beat. What takes Penasco over the top is the full time staff that take care of details large and small and also make great margaritas!

I can't say enough good things about our vacation...it was perfect! We all wanted to put Veronica in our suitcase and take her home with us! Every time we looked up she or the other staff was there with a drink, snacks, or anything we needed. The house was like nothing we had ever stayed in before...it was the best vacation!

..what a place. The Penasco Villa was perfect for our family of 9. Our accommodations, cleaning staff, concierge services, and chef's were all 5 STAR. Everyone that was involved with our experience gets a 10 on a scale of 0 to 10. The meals our chef cooked for us were better than any of the restaurants in town. Manuel and Veronica were like family to us. They catered to our ever whim. Our family has taken many wonderful vacations over the years, and we have rated this one to be the absolute best. We did not have to lift a finger. The service staff got our drinks for us, washed our clothes, cleaned the kitchen and dishes, served us food whenever we wanted it. FANTASTIC

i was only one day with my family, and I will remember all my life. Thank God there are places like this to enjoy.

It sits on the pacific side of Cabo, high on a cliff overlooking the water. Whales would swim by daily. The sun rises over the water and set over the water until mid march when it works its way behinds some cliffs. Daniel our chef was terrific, Paco the manager was always checking on us daily and Manuel & Veronica were meeting our every need. Great pool, bedrooms, exercise and theater room. Away from the tourist but minutes away of we want. The view of the end of the Baja peninsula and marina were breathtaking. A special place.

!! Everything was beautiful, the staff and chef we re WONDERFUL!!!! The food was amazing and the service.

Food and service were better that any 5 star hotel i have ever been. View was stunning especially when the whales breached. we ate in town and it was very good but the chief at the house was better. My family will certainly return!!!
