The villa host was very responsive and helpful. All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We booked this villa for a bachelorette and they made it the best and easiest trip for the bride and all the girls. Would definitely book again!

The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 and had everything you could need. Booking with Cabovillas was so easy and seamless. The concierge service was great as well - shout out to Pedro! Definitely recommend.

!!! I was in Cabo for my bachelorette and can’t say enough good things about this property and the people who manage it. The house was beautiful, well equipped, and clean. It was truly perfect for my big group and we felt so safe, as it was in private and gated location. Outside of the house being perfect, the attention and accommodations they made were truly beyond any other rental I’ve had. From the moment we got there to our checkout the staff was pretty much on call for anything we needed. We had no problem getting to and from the property, thanks to their help. They also had someone available to clean for us and had so many many services available to us that I know we couldn’t get anywhere else. Definitely booking through Cabo Villas again!

It feels like you are in a really cool Mexican Villa in the middle of paradise (Pedregal). We loved the space we had, every room was huge and had its own bathroom and closet. The beds were really comfy! The main areas were great to hang out in. We especially loved the large spa and pool (with a swim up bar)! The amenities were plentiful, there were fluffy new towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. This area is so close to the beach, downtown, and the marina, everything was within a short cab drive (or walking distance if you want a workout).

Staff is friendly and very attentive. The home is beautiful and wonderful for larger parties. Hot tub and pool make up for not having a view. Everything was clean and pretty well stocked as far as essentials. No problem getting transportation and out. Very comfortable and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

All the bedrooms had a bathroom en suite. Wide open floor plan. The pool, jacuzzi and pool table all got a lot of use! The staff was great! Although the homes are tucked up on a winding road, getting transportation in and out was really easy. I would definitely come back!

The villa was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay.

A good size pool and large jacuzzi that had easy controls for heat, jets, and waterfall. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking ware, appliances, and all you need for making meals. Big rooms, comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi. Nice playground steps away for younger children that isn't frequently used or busy, and was great for our four year old. A reasonable walk to the Pedregal beach. There is a small parking lot for cars next to the Villa so you will see workers walking by a few times a few times a day, but that didn't bother us.

The stay was impeccable! Gorgeous house with five master suites, which all had their own giant bathroom. Everyone was very comfortable in the home. We even had these nice masseuse women arrive and give us complimentary neck massages! We ESPECIALLY loved our concierge, Ivan, who helped us get car transfers whenever we needed them! Ivan was on speed dial and definitely went the extra mile. One of my friends left her phone in one of the cars, and we texted him and he was able to connect with the driver in minutes and had the phone waiting for us in the next car that picked us up from The Office. Amazing service! Another of my friends is pregnant, and we couldn’t find non-alcoholic beer anywhere. We texted Ivan and he had non-alcoholic beer in the next car that came to pick us up. Seriously amazing. Loved the house, but the service from Ivan seriously made this a 5 star weekend! Thanks so much!

Our family of 13 stayed the week of Christmas & had more than enough space. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views! We were walking distance to the private beach & the kids had access to the backyard playground. The shops, restaurants & bars are a short drive away.

It was clean, spacious, and a great place to spend the weekend.

Rooms all had their own bathrooms, and their own AC units. Hector was so responsive and helpful, and really helped accommodate with early check in and late check out. The welcome margs and guac were amazing! House is even better than the photos, and we felt very safe!

Very safe and a nice walk to the beach. The rooms were huge and every single bed was comfy. Pablo the concierge was super attentive and answered at all hours. Only thing to keep in mind is that they dont provide shampoo/conditioner and you have to use taxis that only accept cash, make sure everyone brings enough.

Alexandria was wonderful and so helpful with organizing our trip prior to arrival and Giovani was amazing once we got to Villa de La Luz. Giovani answered all of my calls and questions no matter the time of day/night. We had a wonderful experience and will be back!

“Pedrigal” was very safe & gated community. Elderly Parents were in beautiful bedroom on ground floor that saved them from climbing stairs. Upstairs bedrooms were also all en suite & beautiful. Pool & Jacuzzi were used most days & evenings. “Courtyard Cafe” was short walk away & served great breakfast & lunch. Cabos Villas Staff were very attentive & we used private car service a lot. We had a memorable Family vacation & we all agreed we would return to Villa De Luz.

It was perfect for our family of 11. Pablo was a wonderful concierge.

It had everything we could possibly want! Six bedrooms with private bathrooms, pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. Beautiful landscaping, outdoor kids play area and all inside the safety of the gated community of Pedregal. Close to marina and downtown too. We will be back!

What a beautiful mexican house in Pedregal. The house is just as described and well stocked for your stay. 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom, lovely home made decor around the villa makes it feel like home. The maid service is great too. We spent most days in the wonderful pool and spa area where we enjoyed the sun and peace and quiet of the area. We ordered the breakfast / margarita packages which were awesome and we'll worth it, thank you Marco. Our nights were spent in down town Cabo where you can enjoy great restaurants and bars around the marina. Drinks back at home to play some pool and chill. Take a short walk to see the Pacific ocean and beach to watch the whales and see the fishing boats coming and going. Don't miss a chance to take a glass bottom boat to the arch, a wonderful sight. We would definitely stay at this beautiful villa again.

The bedrooms are very spacious and have AC that allow you to stay cool during the hot weather. Common spaces were great! We didn’t use the kitchen but was well organized and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Temperature was just perfect to jump for a quick splash. There’s strict rules about no loud noises after 10pm, but overall our family was able to enjoy all the amenities and have a pleasant stay!

The perfect house for a group of 12 & each room had its own attached bathroom. The property was beautiful and the house was well-stocked, making is easy for us to cook meals for the group. I want to give especially high praise for our concierge, ANGEL! He was super helpful, very responsive via text & an all around gentleman - we are very appreciative that our stay included his services. We will definitely be booking through Cabo Villas again!

I felt like a queen staying in this house for the weekend! I was with 8 other girls and, even with a few of us sharing beds, we all slept so well! You couldn’t pick a bad bedroom! Lola was wonderful to communicate with before the trip and even got us checked in early to the house since we arrived so much earlier than the usual check in time. Hector came to the house and made us margaritas upon arrival to get the weekend started! Location wise you won’t be going wrong staying here. Id say it was about an 8-10min drive to the marina which was so nice!

Lola was quick to respond to every question or request I had. I was worried about the expense but it was so worthwhile knowing someone was there to help, make recommendations and ensure everything was ready for our trip. This house is incredible. The gated community was safe, accessible and just stunning. We could walk to town and to the beach from our door, and it was easy to coordinate either rides through Cabo Villas or Uber in and out of the neighborhood. Giovanni was there to greet us when we arrived with fresh salsa and margaritas and explained everything we needed to know about the house. We didn’t have time to take advantage of any of the activities but instead opted to spend our long weekend hanging at the house and exploring the area by foot. Plenty of towels, every amenity you could think of, a cleaning service mid-stay. We had one issue with a toilet and someone was on site within an hour to fix it - unbelievable service. We loved the pool and hot tub, and ate dinner and breakfast out on the back patio each day. My only regret is that we didn’t know about the Pedregal beach sooner! It was a great walk. We also checked out Mango Deck downtown for a very different kind of beach experience (kind of wild) and Hacienda Cocina for a dinner out one night which was lovely. Thank you Lola and all of the local concierges on site who made our stay so easy and fun. I hope we’ll be back!

We spent more time at the house than expected because it had everything we needed for a good time. Beautiful home!

My guest and I really enjoyed the stay along with the Hospitality and quick work of Hector who made our stay very pleasant.

My cousin and her husband found and booked the rental through Cabovillas and we were all very impressed. The villa is located in a community that is built into the mountains called Pedregal. Cabovillas provided a shuttle from the airport to the villa and even assisted with getting dinner than evening and offered to help us book excursions. The Pedregal community was just minutes away from downtown Cabo San Lucas nightclubs and restaurants in one direction and minutes away from the marina in the other. The villa was gorgeous. There were six bedrooms and 6 full baths with 1 half bath. Each of the rooms inside the home were large with a king size bed and gorgeous bathroom. The home was equipped with dishes, pots and pans. There were beach towels and umbrellas, chairs and other pool/beach accessories in the garage. There was a washer and dryer in the garage as well. The beds were immensely comfortable and all came with plenty of linens. The showers were nice but often ran out of hot water very quickly. Especially when the group would return from an outing and all head to their respective shower at once. We hardly saw or heard the neighbors during our entire stay and we never saw the maid but it wasn't a problem for us. We had an amazing trip to Cabo San Lucas and Villa De La Luz made up the bulk of that trip. I definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.

Lola took great care of all our arrangements prior to arrival and our on-site concierge, Hector, was amazing and took care of us every step of the way during our stay. The hot tub broke down while we were there and he had a technician there almost immediately to fix it. He made himself available to us the whole trip, from ordering cabs, to arranging ice to be delivered when we ran out at the house. Great place, great stay, and great value. Will be back!

Our house was nicer than what the pictures showed, which I didn't think was possible! It was such a beautiful house with plenty of space. We had a guy dedicated to my group throughout the entire process which made ordering taxis and food so easy. I had such a great experience and if I ever go back I will 100% use Cabo Villas. ! The services from booking with Cabo Villas to the property/vacation concierge are without question the best. They took care of, and even anticipated, everything that we may need regarding our vacation; all we had to do was show up at the airport. We were picked up and driven to the house and was greeted to an amazing reception including margaritas for the adults :). The house is spacious with large rooms and bathrooms. It is a great bonus to have the playground near the pool; the kids who were with us could enjoy the playground and jump in the pool to cool off. I am hoping, but have no doubt, that they can keep the standard of service the same (in fact Cabo Villas may just raise the bar).
