Alex was so easy to work with setting up our booking and all of our add on services. Villa Grande has the most amazing views and was perfect for our group. Hector was very helpful while we were in Cabo.

Quickly became used to them. The villa was comfortable and we used all the various seating areas as the sun moved around each day. Everyone was happy, everyone got along. Only wonderful things to say about our stay. We initially used taxi cabs. Then changed to Ubers. Ubers were better and no issues going in and out at the gate.Thanksgiving meal by the chef another delicious mini banquet with a surprise beef addition togo with the turkey, plus a rich tasting chocolate log for dessert. Fishing was a tremendous success. Family went out twice. Along the coast first day and the off shore second trip even better with 15 marlin brought into the boat. Each person, including teenagers, caught two each. Our grandson three. The one excursion to swim with the whales was canceled due to government regulations and too late to find reservations for anything else. We went down to marina that day for lunch and found the nice mall. The zodiac boat excursion Thanksgiving morning was my favorite. Thoroughly recommend it. It was fun that we could text and call from the boats to the house. Great reception. The two housekeepers were so pleasant and worked without interrupting us, but could be found if needed. We really liked how they found where we were sitting when they arrived each day and found us again to say they were leaving in the afternoon. The young lady was very sweet. Not a lot of English, but we managed to communicate very well. The special decanter of tequila along with the chocolate a lovely surprise. I made sure to bring the whale tail decanter home with me. Thank you to Cabo Villas for the gift.Thank you, Beth, once more for any and everything else.

It’s Beautiful, spacious and the concierge is amazing. The house is close to all major activity and easy to get to. We felt completely safe the entire time. We had Angel and he took care of our every need. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen, the multiple indoor/outdoor living rooms, the bedrooms, the view... all perfect. It’s your own private compound. The only thing is the pool isn’t heated, but for most of the year, especially late summer/fall, it will be a perfect escape from the heat.

Amazing views throughout the property. Everything was very clean! The stay from start to finish was everything you can imagine. Waking up to the ocean breeze was something I want To do everyday.

The trip was for my wife's 50th birthday and thankfully we found Villa Grande. It is truly one of a kind and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The home is built on the side of a cliff. It has the most incredible views of the Pacific Ocean that you will ever see. The sunsets were amazing. The services provided by Cabo Villas was truly impressive. Jessica and her team took care of everything that we needed. We took advantage of the daily chef services for breakfast and a couple of nights for dinner at the house. They also helped with dinner reservations and a custom birthday cake for my wife. The house itself is massive. We had a party of 13 and everyone was happy. There are some rooms that have exterior entrances and are a little funky, but all in all totally acceptable and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms will take your breath away. You have views upon views as well as balconies for coffee or cocktails. The only downside was the pool isn't heated, so it was really chilly when we were there over New Years. Otherwise, this is the perfect spot. It's safe, clean, and very well taken care of. We hope to go back for years to come. It's the best vacation experience that we have ever had.

....it only got better. The Villa was spacious, comfortable, clean a perfect fit for our family of 13. Sunrises and sunsets were a highlight enjoyed while sitting in the hot tub. We had a chef cook 3 dinners for us and they were excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Grande!

My family and I was impressed and in awe every day of the views and the classic beauty of the villa and its wonderful furnishings. When I go to Cabo I like a Mexican or Spanish feel to a place, and this villa had great style. Everyone was happy in their rooms and we had so many places to hang out and enjoy the weather and each other. The kitchen had great stock of cookware, and the pool had lots of towels - all the things we needed were provided. This is a great value for the price, especially with being so close to downtown! The caretaker staff was so kind and did such a good job. We would like to come back again and a again!

Wow! what a villa with an incredible view. We were disappointed that the pool was NOT heated so we were not able to use the pool. The service, housekeeping and the chefs were fantastic. We would highly recommend the food service we went with. The kids enjoyed diving, ATV ing, parasailing, we did the sunset dinner cruise, had dinner at the Office. BUT! The one thing we were VERY DISAPPOINTED in was the fishing trip on the Yahoo. The two guys in charge of the boat were very disorganized. They didn’t have any live bait so we traveled two hours very fast over very rough water to get live bait. The ride was so rough that we all bounced all over the boat, even some of us ended up black and blue. My chair collapsed and I fell to the floor. Needless to say I hope to never take a boat ride like that again. The two guys never came down from the top to check on us, my daughter finally yelled up to them that they needed to slow the boat so some of us could go to the bathroom. The first mate did not seem to know what he was doing (since we have been on at least six charters before this trip. ) The bait was only a short distance away from the boat, still in the wake of the boat, bouncing on top of the water—it was like we were just out for a boat ride. We paid for the whole day and really only fished for less than five hours, at three o’clock he informed us we were going into dock. With your reputation on the line ( in recommending this outfit I would sincerely think twice in the future about your recommendation)—there has to be better companies your organization can recommend. We had a wonderful Destination Specialist (Giovani Barrios) he was very tuned in to every thing we needed. Thank you for all your help in making this a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us. We will keep you in mind for our future travels. PS. Looking at the pictures really doesn't do it justice. I would highly recommend this house to any large group looking for a family vacation or work function. The sunsets you can enjoy out by the rocks are just breathtaking. The pool and hot tub are in a perfect spot to soak up some sun and enjoy the view. I look forward to my visit back as I will definitely have to return!

Lots of places to lounge and take in all the views of the pacific and sea of Cortez. Our family of 12 was entertain and cater to by most professional staff. Villa had nice rooms with views and all with own restrooms. Would decently recommend villa grande for large family groups.

The best I've ever stayed at in Cabo. Everything you read online and see in the pictures cannot due it justice. It's massive with 200 degree views. Staff was great and our personally assigned concierge was super easy and always available to help us out with Taxi's and transport.

Watched the whales every day and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Great place. Would definitely return.

We had a ceremony on the patio overlooking the ocean, followed by cocktails in the little courtyard with the fountain behind the house. We had dinner in the room with the big open air windows (we had 40 guests for dinner, you probably couldn't fit any more than that in this room) and then dancing back down on the patio. The entire bridal party stayed with us at the villa for the weekend, so we had so much fun hanging out by the pool and cooking big meals all weekend long.

Huge house with a million dollar view. Beautifully appointed with plenty of room for a large party. I have stayed here several times and it never fails to disappoint.

It was relaxing, easy to get around, and clean. Staff was easy to work with and helpful in planning.

The house was gorgeous and huge!! The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. The house was so big that we didn't even hang out in all of the rooms. We had spa services come and they set up the room as if we had gone to a different location. Thoe ladies were very nice as well. I recommend this place if you can splurge and if you have a lot of people accompanying you. There are so many rooms and places to sleep! We felt like celebrities!

This was a huge place and had everything you need on a vacation. My favorite feature was that they had vonage so you can call the states for free!

The reservation staff was quick to respond to requests and answer questions. They helped set up transportation to/from the airport, stock our pantry and even made recommendations on where we should go once in Cabo. Upon arriving at Villa Grande, we were in love! The villa is more beautiful in person than the photos can even begin to show. We were greeted by Victor, our concierge, along with chips/salsa/quacamole and margaritas. Victor showed us the home, answered questions and made sure we knew he was there to help with anything we needed! The villa itself was amazing! It provided breathtaking views of the water, no matter where you looked! The multiple outdoor spaces ensured that there was plenty of room to have a quiet moment by yourself. The large pool deck and veranda provided a fantastic spot for everyone to catch some rays, read a book or share a laugh! The entire home was was very well equipped and very nicely decorated (though we spent most of our time outside by the pool or on the veranda!) The location of Villa Grande provided easy access to town (a short $3/pp cab ride) for anything you might need. Additionally, I'd recommend using the catering service through ESSV during your stay - we had dinner catered by Denni's Catering our first night and it was amazing. We also used the in-villa Spa service. The massage was one of the best I have had and the sounds of the waves below made it even more special. All in all, I don't know why you'd even want to leave Villa Grande once you were there. It was the perfect spot for a vacation and I look forward to vacationing there again soon!

The place was amazing and huge! More amenities and spaced than even described. The house was clean and impeccably taken care of. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone with a huge family or party! The location was amazing and our view was unbelievable! Loved every second of it!

The views were unbelievable, and I never got used to the sound of the ocean's waves crashing against the rocks below. This was definitely a dream vacation-the staff were welcoming, and the villa was comfortable, clean, and came with all the amenities one would need to have an amazing vacation in Mexico. After all the luxury enjoyed, it will be hard to stay anywhere else!

The pool deck was spectacular and we spent many hours there! The service was top notch and Denni's Catering and A Matter of Taste did not disappoint! Maid service was reliable and grounds were kept up daily, as well. I cannot imagine a more memorable experience. The Villa Grande exceeded all of our expectations!

I was lucky and blessed enough to have 12 girlfriends join me for this celebration and the villa went above and beyond all expectations I had going into this trip. Would HIGHLY recommend it and will do my best to get back for another vacation. The layout, views, sunsets, weather, furnishings...just everything was perfect. Will never forget the Villa or the vacation.

The house was amazing with some of the most spectacular views imagineable and the service was great. The house easily accomodated the 11 of us and each room was uniquely decorated and appointed. We are hoping to make this an ongoing route in our annual travel plans.

The views offers eagles soaring up the cliff side on warm air currents, seals swimming in the sea and countless sunny days and gorgeous sunsets. We couldn't have asked for a better setting for the gathering of our families. On the glass bottom boat tour, our guide especially pointed out the Villa at the edge of the cliff and everyone was very proud to say that it was where we were staying. We felt like celebrities in our own little way! Denni's catering offered delicious food and the service was absolutely outstanding. We will definitely recommend both Cabos Villas and Denni's catering to anybody making a trip to Cabo and we hope to enjoy the services ourselves again in the future.
