Great house. Great service.

The villa was wonderful, in the safe gated community of Pedregal. Home was spread out so guests are not on top of one another, pool was beautiful with a view of the ocean. What really made this trip phenomenal was the services Cabo Villas provided. We booked catering through Cabo Villas/Chile & Lime...Diego and Gloria were hands down the best. We also booked private transportation through Cabo Villas which was so reliable, never late for 1 ride and always with professional drivers. The house is located only 5 minutes away from downtown Cabo San Lucas, truly no complaints!

We had more than enough space as the house was huge! The photos absolutely do not do it justice. We had the time of our lives. Luis was our concierge and was amazing about coordinating shuttles and helping us with our random requests. The chef dinner on our first night was a MUST. We had leftovers for the whole weekend. I will be back!!! Can’t stop thinking about this place.

Hosted a bachelorette party of 8 here and initial had 11, could have easily fit 14 comfortable. The Casitas give plenty of space for guests and a gorgeous view. Hacienda Edith was so massive! Pack walking shoes for this one but the space and view was perfect. The catering team was great along with our concierge Angel! Alex who helped with our initial booking process was incredible as we had a million questions and changes and she took care of it all. Only thing that we did wrong was not booking more time there to really enjoy the villa and Cabo one more day. Transportation was safe and easy and I can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The communication and level of service was impeccable! I plan to keep Cabo Villas in our regular vacation rotation from here on out! Aside from the beautiful villa, having a responsive and trustworthy concierge was an impressive and much-loved touch! The stay was PERFECT! Hacienda Edith was well-loved and enjoyed by our group! It was beautiful and well maintained. Everyone raved about the accommodations from the moment we arrived! We had space to spread out and see as much, or as little, of each other as we liked! The views were amazing! Many of my group reported they would stay here again! I plan to try other villas through Cabo Villas. The level of service and attention to detail were awesome! Pablo, our concierge, was one of my favorite parts. He was responsive and a quick text/call away for all of our needs! He was attentive and definitely the icing on the cake! Hazel was my contact leading up to the trip and was equally responsive and attentive in answering my questions and making arrangements. Cabo Villas made this family trip planning & execution EASY!

They responded to our emails and calls quickly as we were making plans leading up to the trip and the concierge at the villa was incredibly helpful, we had an awesome time!

Gorgeous views, outdoor patios at every bedroom, private bathrooms for each bedroom as well. The pool is very luxurious, the beds are so comfortable, and the people working at CaboVillas are very responsive. Luis was our concierge and he got us our taxis very quickly each time we needed one, at the villa and even downtown. We felt very safe while there. Would highly recommend anyone going there!

Our concierge guy was responsive with any issues and with providing us with transportation. Minor issues would be the downstairs showers did not have hot water 80% of the time and the pool was not as clean as we would have liked. The view of Pedregal and the ocean from casa Edith is to die for. Would definitely rent this home again.

Working with our Conceigre Ivan was seamless. Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the views, pool and casitas. Just to note there are lots of stairs that connects all the bedrooms. Great for big groups who want to enjoy the separate spaces!

The house was STUNNING, the concierge (Gio) and cleaning staff was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the arrangements were fantastic. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again for everything!

It was so nice for everyone to have some private space off the main house, and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We LOVED hanging by the pool and the walk to the beach is super easy! The 24/7 concierge was unbeatable! We felt safe the entire time and you cannot beat the views!!!

! I came here for my Bachelorette with 13 girls. There was plenty of rooms and space for a party this size. We loved that the bedrooms were so spread out, especially with a group our size. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group! The view was amazing, the rooms were clean and organized. We loved working with our onsite concierge Roberto. CaboVillas arranged everything for us from a personal chef, food/drinks at the house, travel to dinner and the airport. The beds were also VERY comfortable. Thank you CaboVillas for making the trip SO easy and so much fun!! We will definitely be back!

The best part was the service provided by everyone who worked on/for the property. Luis our concierge made sure we had everything we needed including taxi's and took care of any special requests which were all very timely with no delay! Some taxi's got lost trying to find our villa which was the only negative, but the taxi service Luis set us up with were always on time and knew the area very well.

Every step of the process was seamless with the booking team & everything we arranged while there, from in home meals, to massages, to tours was on time! (we were not expecting that in Mexico so it was a welcomed surprise!) We will 1000% stay here again, we are already looking at booking again next year! Highly recommend.

The view was unbeatable, the rooms were clean and organized. My group had so much fun staying here and I can't wait to be back. Oh and Pablo the concierge was AMAZING, he came through with every answer to our questions, request and so much more. We had a trip to remember thanks to this stay!

Beth went above and beyond to accommodate myself as well as the 13 other people who were joining me on this trip. We were traveling for my sister’s bachelorette and I could not have pictured it to go as smoothly as it did. I booked a number of accommodations through her including transfers, chef services, and a boat tour. She was also able to answer any questions that I had and responded very quickly to emails and phone calls. As soon as we landed in Cabo I received a text message from Ivan our concierge, providing us with his phone number and letting us know that the villa would be ready when we arrived. Beth set up a transfer to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the villa. We planned to make a stop at Costco in order to pick up things we would need for the villa. Costco was on the way to the villa so we did not have to go out of the way or anything. When we arrived at the villa, Ivan was there and greeted us with chips, salsa, and margaritas. The pictures of Hacienda Edith do not do it justice. We could not believe what we were walking into when we finally arrived. It was like something out of a dream. From the rooms to the views, every inch of this property is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The property manager was also there and showed us around the entire villa. He explained where everything was and asked if we had any questions for him. Chef Ricardo and another chef were already there cooking us dinner when we arrived at the villa. Carlos and Moan (our waiter and waitress) came a little while after and they were absolutely amazing. They took care of our every need during our meals. I set up multiple meals throughout our entire trip, and the same staff was there for every meal which was fantastic. The chef arrived an hour before each meal and the staff stayed to clean up everything. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere in the kitchen. Villa is perfect for large groups or multiple families/ couples.. Ivan was exceptional to work with while we were in Cabo.

The views of the ocean from all patios and balconies were also top notch. Rooms were cool during the heat, and the pool was great too. We underestimated the walk in and out of Pedregal, as the streets are at several different inclines, and take a little bit of work if you plan to walk. Most instances a cab is needed. All six of us had a spectacular time, and we can’t wait to come back again.

The place was huge, nice but with an authentic Mexican feel. The view was beautiful and location was perfect. It’s a short walk to Pedregal beach. The concierge was quick to respond to all of our needs and called us taxis wherever we were which made things so easy. CaboVillas arranged everything for us, including Covid tests, a personal chef, and food/drinks for the house. For the price, this villa is amazing. The beds were very comfortable, and the temperature control was easy to regulate. The pool was not clean upon arrival, but the staff called the pool service people out right away to take care of it. There were a few minor items missing- such as coffee filters and cutting boards- and the WiFi signal in the bedrooms was spotty (main area worked fine) but these little things did not impact our stay and we would definitely stay here again! As other reviewers mentioned, the layout of the bedrooms is very spread out with each room having its own separate outdoor entrance, which makes this house perfect for a few families or couples to stay at. Thank you to CaboVillas for making our trip so easy and enjoyable!! We will be back!

The villa has such beautiful views from every room. Waking up to ocean views was my favorite. There is seating all around the villa with private balconies. Beautiful landscape and vegetation. We had breakfast every morning at the extremely large dining room table with enough seating for everyone (great family moments). Everyone said this was our best family vacation. My only concern was the villa and surrounding properties are built into the mountain. Roads are steep and make traveling by car essential. Walking from the beach back to the villa was tiring because of the steep climb. There are lots of steps in the villa as well. However, that experience was minimal and did not take away from our overall experience.

Our group of 12 had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house is well equipped for staying in and relaxing. The concierge was a wonderful service which made activities easy to book. Overall, would recommend.

I really can't say enough to how amazing our experience was. The villa is absolutely breathtaking. Every little corner was perfect for a photo opportunity. The rooms were clean and large with more than enough room for all 13 of us. Each room was very private with their own entrances. The were basically their own private wing of the house.The beds were very comfortable. Giovanni, our concierge, was extremely helpful. He was available to us whenever we needed him. He recommended two amazing restaurants with delicious food, great ambiance and beautiful views. He also organized all our transportation. Transportation to and from the villa was convenient and affordable. Giovanni was really the best! The only minor complaint we had was that there were some workers came in to fix the washer/dryer and clean the pool. We would have appreciated some notice because we were am bit surprised to see them. We had so many people reach out to us on social media to ask where we were staying because it was so beautiful. It was an amazing experience that we will be talking about for years to come. We would love to come back again in the near future!

The indoor-outdoor living was magic, as was watching the humpback whales from the patio! We will definitely return. CaboVillas couldn’t have been better to work with. Missing it already!!

We celebrated a bachelorette with 11 girls and had a great time! We partner with Cabovillas to book a chartered boat that absolutely breathtaking! Hector, our concierge was responsive, helpful and friendly- he literally made the entire vacation effortless! We also took advantage of the pre-stock options and it worked out super well! The space is gorgeous and each room has its own area and bathroom separated from the house. The photos really don’t do it justice! Be prepared for stairs!

I cant express enough how lovely Cabovillas made this experience the best for my guest and I. The booking experience is by far top tier. They provide you with literally every option for you to enjoy your stay. From chefs, activities, transportation and etc. You can plan it all with them. They even have little perks. Like free complimentary ride from the airport. When we arrived we got familiar with Angel who was our concierge. He literally will set up everything for you. I mean everything. I felt so safe with him. He doesn't forget anything you plan and I mean the transportation services was always Early. We haven't been late to anything. Angel is just amazing. Now let's get into the beauty of this place. OMG I mean breath taking. The rooms, the views, the people and the community was just amazing. I felt so safe here. They have security round the clock and once again I don't even know if angel sleeps but I wrote him at 4am, 6 pm and 1am he answered every time. Angel is truly an angel. There are 5 bedrooms. 3 king beds and 2 with double beds. All which are comfortable. The water takes a minute to heat up but when it's hot it's hot. The pool has a warmer and it was so nice. We booked the welcome package that they have which will have a chef come to the location as you arrive. The foooodddddd my gosh was so good. The chef was so sweet and sang me a birthday song because it was my birthday. I enjoyed that. Overall this place and service was so amazing. Shout out to Jessica who help with my last minute request and also help us get a physician to do the COVID exam for us to be able to comply with the new CDC guidelines to enter back in America. We are all negative and healthy. My life was made on they trip. Thank you guys. See you very soon

We were there for a long weekend and the hospitality extended to us was amazing. Several in our group noted how the house was even more beautiful in person, and that the photos could not do it justice. Ivan, our concierge, was warm, welcoming and available whenever we needed him, whether for a quick question or for help with arranging logistics. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend staying here with CaboVillas enough. You probably already know how beautiful the setting is, so choosing this team and location is a must. The hospitality and service can’t be beat!

This place was amazing. Our concierge, Luis, was amazing. He was quick and assisted with literally everything we needed. The margaritas were amazing. We were minutes from downtown. Best part about this place was the beautiful view. Thank you for everything. I had an amazing birthday!

Upon arrival to our Cabo Villa I worked closely with Jessica who called to introduce herself as our travel advisor. She made sure our transportation was set up, advised of different places and activities that were still open due to COVID restrictions and answered other general questions. Even throughout the trip she was readily available. ARRIVAL Our transportation was ready for our group of six as soon as we arrived at the airport and they were very easy to find. The van was large enough for us to stretch out and be comfortable as well. The driver was nice enough to take us to the grocery store to grab a few items before we got to our villa. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with several dining options and advice for excursions. We came to a gated checkpoint and began going uphill for a good distance (not far). Our group was in shock as we rode up the path and saw not only the BREATHTAKING view but the BEAUTIFUL houses. Once we made it to our accommodations we were greeted with margaritas and met our concierge Angel and another staff person who showed us around. The home was pristine - each room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of linen and towels. There was a washing/machine and dryer we were able to do our laundry. Upon arriving one of the rooms air conditioning unit wasn’t working but Angel made sure they fixed it the next morning. The pool was being cleaned when we arrived (nothing major just a few leaves). Pool was a great size! Not a small dinky pool either - large enough for us to race in the water. The beach was a five minute walk downhill and although it wasn’t swim-able it was beautiful to walk and listen to the waves. Throughout our time there Angel Provided us with his WhatsApp and he literally responded within minutes. He helped us book excursions, rent a car, and even helped me find a birthday cake and sparklers! Anything we asked for he was there. He helped us book in home chefs and massages too - both were great!! The

Great sized kitchen to make dinner for all of your friends. The pool is a blast with the bbq set up near by. Plenty of bedrooms.
