Los Cabos Open of Surf Returns this June
The annual Los Cabos Open of Surf & Music Fest returns June 7-12, 2016. This multi-day tournament and festival brings some of the world’s best professional surfers to compete in the waters off of the legendary Zippers surf break at Costa Azul just outside of San José del Cabo. The 2016 surfing competition includes WSL (World Surfing League) men’s, women’s (Women’s QS 6000) and pro junior’s events.
In addition to the action-packed competition on the waves, visitors will get to dance the night away to a great lineup of live music each night for this 4th annual event. For 2016, the entertainment acts include festival favorite Pepper with their signature blend of reggae rhythms and the festival headliner, the internationally acclaimed party band Kinky hailing from Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Local bands will also be performing. A variety of food vendors will be available.
