The ease of booking transportation through Roberto was amazing. He was quick to respond and available. We loved the location of Villa Tequila, we even walked into the town from our villa! Cecilia was also incredible and we really appreciated her cleaning. I would recommend Cabo Villas to anyone looking to visit Cabo!

Loved the house perfect for our stay

We were expecting the house & the views to be beautiful (which they were) but what blew us away was the service. The food was simply incredible. Every single meal & snack was above and beyond. That, paired with our incredible bartenders, Louis & Ivan, made our stay better than any 5 star resort we’ve been to. It was truly a perfect vacation and we are already looking forward to coming back.

I appreciate working with Kim Zamora. She took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly for my trip in Cabo. This was my best friends 50th’s bday. Everyone was very professional and nice.

From the greeter, our butlers, service attendance, everyone was top notch!! I appreciate the attention to detail. I give my stay a 10 out of 10! I would love to return for a second vacation. Thank you again!

The staff: Veronica, Leno, Cris and Mary provided outstanding service throughout the duration of our vacation. We will definitely book another vacation at Villa Penasco.

Our concierge, Hector, was amazing and coordinated everything we needed - even when it was a last minute request. We got stuck due to a hurricane and the whole team was very accommodating, flexible, and helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be back!

This will be my second time coming back to Cabo Villas, and mainly because the first time she made everything so flawless. This year I came back to her with 2 villas and she has been amazing. We have been using a corporate card and let’s just say it’s been a pain. But she has been so graceful and professional each time she has to come back to me and tell me it didn’t work. I just want to really say thank you. I work in customer service and it is very rare this day in age to find quality professionals. You just hear the joy and passion in her voice when she is on the phone or even via email lol You have a winner for sure!! Thank you for making this trip smooth sailing! I really do appreciate all your efforts.

It was amazing!

Once we arrived in Cabo, the shuttle service was prompt and provided great service. Once arriving at the villa, our concierge Hector provided a warm welcome with margarita's and a helpful tour of the grounds. Throughout our stay, Hector arranged multiple shuttles for us to facilitate all kinds of adventures, including a 5:30am fishing trip. He was always incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. Can't say enough good things about Hector, and our experience with CaboVillas.com. What an amazing, once in a lifetime trip. Thank you!

com was amazing to deal with! ESPECIALLY Hazel Fraga at the Corp. Office and our concierge, Hector!! They took care of every question and need from the day we booked the trip in early 2021 until we checked out of the villa. Absolutely incredible customer service from start to finish!!

Truly appreciate all the hard work that Nik provided to make sure that everything was perfect, Ivan our concierge I can’t say enough about Ivan somehow even found out about me not doing well and reach out to me to see if he could send a doctor to our Villa. The photos did not do this place justice. Our concierge Gio was great and our driver from Transcabo (Juan) was amazing! Last but not least, we had the best best breakfast we ever had (all ladies agreed) through “A Matter of Taste” catering. Thank you to Victor and the chef team. We cant wait to return
