The property was beautiful and spacious and well laid out. I will admit it’s not the easiest place to get to, but the views make up for the trek uphill. The security at the gated community was top notch. Highly recommend this house!

GREAT location! I couldn't be any happier staying here... We were a group of 12 girls and the fact that we had separate casitas was great! We had our own privacy when we wanted to just relax! Being able to get a response from Lola in a timely manner really was a plus... I am definitely booking this villa next time we plan on coming. Thank you all so much for a great experience!

Our check in went smoothly with the help of the concierge, Lewis. He definitely looked after us with some extra touches. The house was a short walk to the "non-swimming" beach but the sunset at the beach was great and the whales were very close to the shore. You could also see the whales from the Villa. I wanted to pre-organize a special meal at the Villa one of the nights of our stay and Lola was extremely helpful with suggestions and answered my emails & questions promptly. Our meal was better than I imagined and a very lovely addition. CaboVilla's were very easy to deal with and always getting back to me via email when needed. I would highly recommend staying at Edith Hacienda if you are visiting Cabo.

I don’t think the pictures do it justice on how private each room is which is awesome when you have a big group. Everyone basically had their own little villa and the welcome margaritas and neck massages were a great touch!

I was unaware the rooms were separate (was not a big deal to us). The house was great! The service was even better! Julie truly helped me as a hurricane was approaching and was willing to work with me with whatever we needed even if we decided to change the dates. They were all absolutely wonderful. Ivan, our concierge, was amazing our whole stay. Would definitely recommend a stay with them while visiting Cabo.

I was very impressed with the security which provided a piece of mind while at the Villa or away. Only issue we had was the cleaning service never removed the trash from the previous visitors. There were multiple empty 30 pack boxes piled off to the side near the pool area. Besides that it was a great Villa! Jessica was awesome from start to finish!

Lola was awesome with coordinating pick up and making sure rental car was delivered on time. WE totally enjoyed our stay. Only had one issue. IN the middle of bbq'ing , the gas tank ran out. Called the maintenance guy and was told that he would return my call. After an hour I decided to call him back. When I called back he stated the gas store was closed. I'm like why did you bother to call me back??? but besides that , everything else was wonderful...

The place was stunning! Jessica was super helpful before we arrived, and our concierge Ivan was great while we were there! He set up last-minute airport transfer for us, made margaritas when we arrived, and was always available when we needed him for taxis or water bottle deliveries. The pool was private and the house comfortably slept 10 girls with room to spare. Highly recommend!

! It was better than I had imagined!! From beginning to end!! Thank you to Kimberly for making the reservation process so easy. She answered every question without hesitation and assisted me in every detail!! When we arrived there was drinks and chips and salsa waiting with a warm welcome from Giovanni!! He was the man!! He showed us around and eased any concerns about the property we could have had!! No matter when I needed him, he was always there. The 30 min. massage was definitely a welcome surprise. Now lets get back to the house!! The views were spectacular!! It was amazing waking up every day to this beautiful scenery!! The house was beautifully decorated inside and out! The size of the property was big enough for us to get lost trying to find each others rooms!! There are so many hidden treasures! Now as far as walking around the area, only if your a fitness junkie!! The house is a journey to get to. There are hills and mountains to get to it but once you do, the beauty you see will be worth it! I would love to come back here and stay again and again.!!

I posted videos and pictures of our trip and several people want to book the same. I would recommend booking private transportation for your entire trip.

Spent 3 nights there before checking into a resort for a wedding and we all wished we could have stayed at Hacienda Edith the whole time. Having the concierge was a perfect added touch. Anytime we had any requests or questions we got answers back within minutes. Tons of space and incredible views. Great stocked kitchen we were able to cook and hang out at the house and watch the sunset on the patio during dinner. Would 100% recommend and hopefully we will be able to stay there again sometime soon.

Four couples stayed for the weekend and it worked out perfectly. Thanks again!

!! These pictures DO NOT do the place justice. The view from anywhere in the house is un matched! The community is very prestigious and safe. The house is HUGE! Your party will be very comfortable and have their privacy. Upon arrival the host greeted us with margaritas and snacks to eat. There was someone available to answer any questions 24/7. The bars, restaurants, marina and shopping are all at the bottom of the hill which is about an 8 minute Uber ride. I was mostly in contact with Lola and she made this experience the best it could be. I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I will definitely be staying here again and very soon. I highly suggest this place for your stay in Cabo San Lucas. It is very well worth it!

Amazing views and the house is massive. We had 10 people stay here and it never felt crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing and just as the pictures show. Cabo is about a 5-10 minute drive on extremely steep hills so make sure that you are either cabbing it or have your own car. Based on research and reviews we opted to rent a large van for our group of 11 and did not have any issues with our own vehicle. Do keep in mind that most of the large vans to rent in Cabo are stick so make sure that someone knows how to drive a manual. The views on the way to the home are amazing-as is the views from the home itself. Hector is available 24/7 to assist you with all of your needs! Cabovillas is top notch service and I will tell you this is better than staying in a resort! The beach below is a 4 min walk down and maybe 10 min walk up. It's private, beautiful, just not swimmable-but that's ok because Cabo offers many swimmable beaches. We felt extremely safe in Pedregal, and kept the back doors to the homes unlocked the entire time so that the private rooms had access to the main home. The only room that is connected to the main living space is the master. I would not recommend this home for elderly or people who have issues with walking stairs. Everything about this home made our visit in Cabo, and Cabovillas service was the best i have ever received! I would definitely rent this home again.

The ocean views are gorgeous. All of the villas did not disappoint and the hospitality was above and beyond. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back.

Kimberly and I stayed in communication when it comes to payments and logistics of the trip. She was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My friend found it and booked for a 50th birthday getaway with friends. This is a beautiful property with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean & beach. The house sits on the ocean side of the PEDREGAL about ¾ the way to the top. This is a quiet neighborhood with cobble stone streets and very clean landscaping and beautiful homes. The beach below is only about a 6-10 minute hike and open to walk the sands, but closed for any swimming. The surf and rip tides are too strong to go into the water at this beach. Each morning you could sit and watch all the sail boats and fishing boats as they pass by. The cruise ships work their way down and around the furthest point of Monument Rocks and Lover’s beach as they slip quietly into the cove to tender passengers in. Since you are on the Ocean side of PEDREGAL you can adore the sunsets each evening while sitting on one of your private stone landings located around the house. Hacienda Edith has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Separate air conditioning units in each bedroom which have their bathrooms and some with personal outside verandas. Each bedroom has a privacy shade that you cannot see in, but can see out. The living room is a large spacious area with comfortable seating with a great view of the ocean. A domed brick ceiling for a much larger space and ceiling fans throughout the home. Two paned floor-to-ceiling windows that can slide open bringing the beautiful CABO air inside. Kitchen is large with a double sink, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, gas stove/oven and full size refrigerator (with ice maker) and a grill just outside a side door. If you are concerned about drinking the water, pick up a bag of 100% purified ice and fill the ice maker. Purified cubed or crushed ice is at your fingertips. There are several ice trays to use as well. The large dining room table easily sat 9 for our dinners, but you could fit 1 or two more seats comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with t

This property is beautiful! The view was unbelievable. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from every patio (and there were many). There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared to get your exercise. But this really is inevitable if you want the space and the beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom was very private. There were so many different areas surrounding this house to hang out. I don't think that we even experienced them all. The pool was great. You can easily walk to the pristine Pedregal beach. You cannot swim at this beach, but it is still a beautiful place to hang out. Angel was great and arranged for everything that we needed. After staying at Hacienda Edith, it would be hard to stay at a hotel ever again. We had maid service every other day, which was perfect. The house is well-appointed. We would highly recommend this villa.

I kept waiting for additional charges to be tacked on at the end of our stay but there wasn't. I booked with Nik Reyes and he was very helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted with margaritas and chips. We met our on site specialist, Angel who was wonderful. He was on-call throughout the night and prompt to help us with anything we needed. The location was pretty close to downtown Cabo. Driving through the property was very confusing though. A few times we had to have security guide the taxi cab to our villa. I'd recommend more signs for directions alomg the hill. The ride up the hill is also very bumpy. The grounds were very clean, quiet and safe. I'd definitely stay there again!
