The location in Pedregal worked well for our family. The view of the beach and sunset were exceptional. The support staff was spot-on with their assistance and timely service was much appreciated. Kudos go out to our concierge (Mariana), our driver (Felix) and our Housekeeper (Daniela). They helped make our stay memorable!

"STAY HERE!"
The pool and view are top notch, the rooms were comfortable and it was perfect for a large group. The swim up bar and grill made hanging at the house so so fun. We had the best time here and the Cabo Villas team really added to that. Pablo and Beth were both wonderful to work with, super responsive, and always friendly. The team made everything so seamless between airport transfers to booking a private chef. Our cleaner, Daniela, also did a great job. Would definitely book again and recommend to a friend. If you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT!

"It's all about the view!"
The house is located in the gated community of Pedregal so we felt safe at all times. It is also within walking distance of the beach. This house house an amazing outdoor area with a pool, hot tub and gas grill. Several of the bedrooms have their own patio so lack of privacy is never an issue. We had four couples in our party and never felt cramped. If you rent through Cabovilllas.com, request Ivan as your concierge. He went above and beyond and made our vacation perfect. No one will work harder and he is a genuinely nice guy. We will definitely come back to Villa Fiesta. Oh yeah, It's all about the view!
