HIGHLY recommend booking this incredibly beautiful villa. From the moment you drive up the cobblestone road, to entering this beautiful Villa, the cactus corridor to the bedrooms, amazing stairway leading down to the open space living area, gourmet kitchen, the open-air concept with the ocean breeze, all bedrooms with its own ensuite beautiful bathroom along with with private balconies. The views are beyond imagination, almost fake...I can go on and on. Concierge Alex K was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful, and very thorough. Once we arrived at the Villa, Pedro was there to help with everything we needed throughout our stay. Whatever you need, Pedro will make sure you get it. The owners, what a WONDERFUL job on the design of this beautiful Villa! The mindfulness with the furnishings and all the extras in every bathroom, and the herb garden. They thought of everything. THANK YOU! And THANK YOU for opening your beautiful villa at the top of the hill in a gated community in Pedregal! The views are amazing in every room, wherever you sit, the view is breathtaking! Highly recommend private chef and team from A Matter of Taste, DELICIOUS! In-home massages from Suzanne Morel Spa Services were the best massages ever. Can not thank you enough for this wonderful stay and experience. We will be coming back to this amazing home. Thank you to all involved!

Property is modern and perfect layout for multiple couples. And the views from up on top of the hill are second to none. Hope to be back many times in the future!

House layout was perfect for entertaining with friends. All the rooms had fantastic views. Our Catering Team was excellent, and we will definitely request the same chef and butler (Victor & Edwardo).

The first trip was beautiful and well appointed but we felt a bit isolated. Our second trip we stayed at the spectacular Villa Aurora, a private residence at the top of Pedregal. It was an incomparable experience for us and our friends. This is a new house with the most spectacular view of the city and the ocean - you simply do not want to leave. We arranged for a private chef and bartender who catered to our every need without being intrusive, at a very reasonable price. The rooms are set up like a small hotel that would be great for a family or a group of friends. Lots of common space - inside and out - to take in the views and enjoy your company. We had privacy and security but were also 10-15 minutes to town, restaurants and activities. It’s the perfect location and can’t wait to visit this one again!

It is truly a magical place. It is in the gated community of Pedregal at the top of the hill. This gated community is extremely safe. Our luxury stay began with a gorgeous drive up the cobblestone streets to Villa Aurora. The whole place is stunning. Every room has floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. You can see all the way to Cabo Harbor and can watch the cruise ships coming in. It has a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. Every morning we sat on the lounge chairs by the pool to watch the spectacular sunrise. It also has an expansive firepit area with comfortable couches. The open layout of the house makes it great for larger groups. Every detail of the home is well thought out. It has a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals or bring in a home chef. The indoor kitchen, dining and living area has a wall that completely slides open, giving full access to the pool/outside area. The game room, also equipped with a full sliding wall, opens to the outdoor dining area, and has a beautiful bar that makes it a fun spot for entertaining. It is also equipped with workout room and a sauna. The beds are super comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom with all the amenities. Everything was spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this one-of-a-kind home!

The location and accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The location gives you a breathtaking view of the city of Cabo, the Pacific Ocean, and the Sea of Cortez. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stunning views of the ocean. At the end of each relaxing fun filled day we got to enjoy the comfort of a quality mattress and pillows for a good night sleep. Then to be greeted each morning by a lovely sunrise. We definitely will be dreaming about coming back! ❤️

It was our little corner of paradise for a few days in Mexico. One of my favorite things about the house was the open-air feeling, with the ocean breeze blowing throughout. We loved opening the floor-to-ceiling “window walls” each morning to let the fresh air in. With blackout shades in bedrooms, multiple coffee makers, sound system for my playlists, blankets for chilly evenings by the pool and so many other amenities, the owners’ attention to detail does not go unnoticed. They have made this the resort you won’t want to leave. In fact, there’s so many things to do, we didn’t even feel like we needed to leave the property…with the billiards and shuffleboard tables, wonderfully accessorized kitchen, refreshing pool and hot tub, firepits for relaxing and enjoying the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and hope to return again one day.

The views take your breath away, they almost don’t seem real. Everything we needed was there. Each bedroom had the comfortable bedding and had it’s own ensuite bathroom were with nice little extras like makeup wipes and even Band-Aids. The kitchen was a cooks dream with everything you could possibly need, even a juicer for fresh OJ every morning and fresh lime juice for margaritas. They even had an herb garden with fresh mint for mojitos and other spices for cooking. I was the first one in my group to wake up every morning and would sip my fancy espresso from the hanging sofa swing each morning while I watched the sun come up. We had so much fun sitting around the pool during the day and the hot tub at night. We ended our evenings playing pool or hanging out by the fire pit. It was a great place for big groups but also had areas for private times. We never wanted to leave!

.. Wake up early to a beautiful sunrise, while lounging on your personal room patio. Go down to the kitchen for a cup of fresh brewed coffee made from fresh ground coffee beans. Swing in the swing while enjoying your coffee and taking in the view of the beautiful blue waters. If you want to exercise, walk around the property a few times, as it is huge, or go to the exercise room followed by a sit in the sauna! Later, lounge on one of the comfortable poolside lounge chairs enjoying the view of the infinity pool and take a nice refreshing swim! Make a nice drink in the game room bar then play some pool or shuffle board. Need a nap during the day? Easy.. room darkening curtains makes your room like night time. Opening doors provides you with wonderful breezes anytime of the day. Of course AC’s available too. This Villa has its own water purification system, and the water tastes really good! If you are cooking, you will be in a fully equipped kitchen. And you won’t be excluded from all the guests as the concept is fully open to living/dining areas. During the evening, sit outside around a massive fire, or in the hot tub and count millions of stars in the sky. Two fully equipped laundries available, should you want to wash before going home. This property is fabulous.

What an incredible home! The first thing you notice about the Villa are the views. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises can be seen from 6 bedrooms and all the living areas. Every little detail has been thought of in the design of this home, from the gourmet kitchen with every possible gadget, multiple seating areas, game room, infinity pool/spa, super comfortable beds and fitness room! The Villa is so convenient to a private beach, the marina, restaurants and shopping. The sweetest housekeeper, Letty, keeps everything immaculate. Highly highly recommend! 5 stars ++!!
