It had INCREDIBLE views, very spacious rooms, a golf cart that could quickly access the beach and a fantastic beach restaurant. Kimberly was very helpful in the planning process and Ruben was helpful during the weekend getting us aligned with cab drivers when needed. Overall, we had the best trip!

Large, clean and well set up house. Back yard area with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and the view can’t be beat. We used the golf cart to go to the beach which was a really nice addition. Alex from Cabo Villas took care of everything from transportation to chef services and all went off without a hitch. Great customer service from she and her whole team. Already booking our next stay!!!

The bedrooms were separated for plenty of privacy. Upstairs bedroom perfect for non family member or someone that wants extra privacy. Beautiful view with east access to beach. Good location.

The Villa and service are great. We plan to rent it the next year.

!! Middle of EVERYTHING!!! Cabo San Lucas a short 15 min drive up, and (less crowded) San Jose De Los Cabos a short 5 min drive to the center plaza! Pool was nice!!! We had a private chef cook us breakfast a few days and the morning view was STUNNING!!!!! Villa is in gated community with super nice staff! The grounds are impeccably kept! The villa was massive (for just two of us) but worth the legroom! If you surf, you can see the Rock from the patio, and Zippers is a short 2 min drive! Maid service is provided and the place always smells clean! We truly felt like we were at home!!! We didn’t want to leave! But we will surely be booking this villa again!!! Cabo Villas is a trustworthy company that comes through far and above what was expected! They had a Jeep waiting for us at the villa, which came in handy for our East Cape escapades!!!! Luis let us borrow his Bluetooth speaker, a must poolside! Do yourself a favor.. splurge and book your villa through Cabo Villa!!!!! They will take care of EVERYTHING!

We stayed at Villa Vista Del Mar, which had the most amazing view of the Sea of Cortez! Beautiful property! The concierge was very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Highly recommend!

Every room looked out over the water and we spent many a day dining outdoors on the veranda. Our kids and nanny enjoyed their stay. During COVID it was the ultimate retreat that allowed us to enjoy the Cabo sun while staying safe and distant. We had access to a variety of activities including ATVs and dune buggies. We loved the private dining option that came with the villa. The location was amazing with access to the beach. The golf cart is great too!

Big kitchen with top of the line appliances great for preparing meals. Outdoor space was comfortable for sun bathing, swimming and outdoor dining. Stunning, unobstructed ocean views all day long.

The Villa is perfect if you are seeking gorgeous views and an early morning, sun filled day. There is plenty of seating inside & out for dining. The kitchen is full of utensils, spices and basic cooking supplies. The great room sofa is fabulous for watching March Madness. (The TV could use updating but the satellite worked great.) Each en suite bedroom has a desk – a nice touch for homework during spring break. We used the golf cart numerous times to zip down to Playa Acapulquito to watch surfers, walk the beach and eat at the 7 Seas Restaurant, part of the Cabo Surf Hotel. (We loved the Sunday brunch.) Our concierge, Victor, recommended several fabulous restaurants nearby – Chins & Don Sanchez. He and Amber (CaboVIlla specialist) went above & beyond when I couldn’t take the road noise anymore. They arranged for us to drive by two of their other properties so I could assess them for next time. The road noise is awful. The highway is on a hill directly below the Villa. The trucks & buses use jake brakes on the way down & low gear on the way up and the noise amplifies. Interestingly, there was construction going on directly behind the villa and we heard nothing! If the lots across the street & below the villa are ever built on (and absorbed the sound), this place would be a gem. If you are looking for beautiful views and will be active (surfing, fishing, etc.) or have kids, this is the place for you. If you want a peaceful, quiet, adult only place to sip margaritas and read by the pool, this is not it. Just a few comments about the CaboVilla descriptions. The king bed/master is not in the Casita – it is in the main house. The house is single level but there is a flight of steps down to the main door & another few steps in the home. The waterfall feature is beautiful, I wish it worked. And just an observation about the 5.5 star Luxury Rating, the amenities could use a refresh. The house was perfect for all 8 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pans, etc. We had 12 people for dinner one night & had plenty of seating. The view from the pool is gorgeous, you can see the whole coast all the way to San Jose. The concierge services were amazing!!! we will definitely go back. Our only complaint was that the house was right above the highway so when you sat out back you could hear cars going by but it never kept us up at night.

Jessica helped me select a property for our group of 7 and this matched our needs perfectly. The views from every room are amazing, we used the pool daily and enjoyed taking the golf cart down to the beach. Giovanni was our concierge and he was excellent. He arranged cabs for us and provided dinner reservations. He responded to our requests so quickly and we really appreciated all of Giovanni's advice and services. This villa is located closer to San Jose than Cabo and that suited us well. We enjoyed having lunch at Flora Farms and spending the evening at the gallery walk in San Jose. We would all stay at this villa again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

I invited 6 of my closest friends for the birthday weekend in Cabo and this house was perfect! 3 of us have the same birthday so we wanted to do Cabo the BEST way possible. Pictures were accurate of the house and everything turned out great. From the moment I inquired about the house till after our trip CaboVillas did an excellent job!! This was my first experience with CaboVillas and it will not be my last. Thanks for making my birthday weekend an unforgettable experience.

com . Explained to her what we were looking for and she nailed it with her suggestions. Ended up with Villa Del Mar and it was perfect for a group of 7 adults. No need to get into all the details about the place , look it up , it speaks for itself. Just one note- it says gym. If you are expecting weights , workout machine- u will be let down. Think treadmill , resistance bands, etc. Nice sauna ! Villa and Jessica both 5 stars!

Kimberly was more than helpfull and willing to make this happen for us. We could not ask for a better house to stay with our friends. They were picked up at the airport and there was a host waiting for us at the house. Grownups and kids, we all had an amazing time. The house has an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez, the development has an access to a public beach and the owner let us use his golf cart to go down to the beach. They had maid service to clean up the house every other day. We highly recommend this house if you want to have a nice quality time with your family. It even has a firepit that we lit up everynight and kids had a blast! Do not hesitate and go for it! ENJOY!!

Our guests were in awe of the villa, and once the almost full moon rose over the Sea of Cortez, it took our breath away! Loved having a room for the groom's party, bridal party. Caterers had a great kitchen to prepare with. Wow us all we can say. Thanks, Bob and villa supporters! We felt very special!

The property is nicely kept and taking care off. The view is amazing! Renting from CaboVillas was an absolute pleasure. I will definitely rent form them again and rent the same Villa.

High end amenities. Well stocked kitchen. The only drawback to consider is that you do get some traffic noise from the highway, but in balancing it versus the view, I'll take the view every time.

The location is very private. The view is truly amazing. The one minor drawback is that the noise from the highway down below is rather noticeable when you are outside by the pool.

The layout of the house is perfect with lot's of privacy as well as well thought out common areas around the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the items you need to cook at home, or you could hop across the street to 7 Seas at the Cabo Surf Hotel overlooking the water. Working with Cabo Villas and our agent Nik Reyes was an absolute cinch. We had everything we needed, and everything went so smooth. The security at Querrencia was amazing, and they were so friendly. I would highly reccomend this property and this agency to work with for your trip to Cabo. We had a great time!

The Villa is well laid out for a group and has a large main gathering space. Every room has access to the patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. I really loved the seperate quarters on the top floor. This room has an en suite kitchennette and a spacious rooftop patio with an outdoor seating area for 10 people and a wet bar and entertainment area. The entire house is great for entertaining or relaxing in peace and enjoying the seclusion of the hillside property. This is a real find, and I look forward to returning soon!
