Very easy to get in and out of the development. Super close to the Marina and a short jaunt to downtown made walking easy. The property is nestled next to the Waldorf so if $100 champagne and tequila is your thing you can partake. Great hosts who were super proactive & wonderfully warm and kind. This is a great place in an even greater vacation spot. We’ll be back.

Pedregal is a safe, quiet neighborhood, but yet close to restaurants and entertainment. Staff was very responsive and made our stay extremely enjoyable.

We were Spearfishing most days with our boat leaving from the Marina every day. Location is super convenient since we were able to walk to the boat. Less than 10 minute walk to the boat. Hot tub was great to relax after an active day.

Quiet and peaceful soul cleansing

K.R. took care of us before the vacation. Answered all questions and booked us additional needed transportation. Pedro was wonderful once we arrived. He was always available, always cheerful. He even helped us book a fishing charter. The villa was clean and spacious. The welcome tequila and chocolates were a nice touch. Thank You for everything. I’m sure we’ll be rebooking soon.

Plenty of space with hot tub and pool when we wanted to just hang out with ourselves (group of 6). Easy walk to the action when we wanted it. Uber can come pick you up at your door or there were always taxis sitting just outside the gates, 3 minute walk from the villa, when we wanted to go farther.

You won’t regret this place because of the location.

The location is ideal - so close to walk to the Marina and all the restaurants and nightlife. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed how functional the home was. The service by CaboVillas was excellent. We enjoyed the welcome margaritas and we paid for the breakfasts prepared by their chefs which were simply amazing - highly recommend. Complimentary airport pickup was also very helpful. We are planning our next trip with CaboVillas now.

The hot tub and pool were great and our concierge was helpful. We had more than enough space for us to stay and have our own rooms.

You can walk to downtown in a couple of minutes, so it’s very convenient. Our concierge Angel was great, as well as Alexandria, who helped me book all the things I needed including shuttles to and from the airport.

Pablo was great to work with, always readily available via (Hidden by Airbnb) for any questions you may have. It’s very nice to have concierge service. The house was beautiful and perfect for our six girl bachelorette party. The stairs are a little tricky so be careful especially after a night of drinking. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making snacks and breakfast. The pool area is smaller than how it appears in photos, but it was still really nice to lounge by every day. If you’re at all concerned about safety, don’t be. Security was very good, almost too good! The Villa is in fact walking distance to a lot of things but still a bit far so we ended up taking Uber‘s everywhere, which was fine as they were readily available and cheap. There’s a nice little American style market and coffee shop right near the house which was very nice. We loved our stay here, you will too!

Nestled inside a gated community - with security - and walking distance to the famed marina and downtown. We were greeted by Yameli and Giovanni, who were both wonderful. We were given a quick tour and Giovanni made yummy margaritas and guacamole/salsa. The home is well equipped. The pool/hot tub/outdoor deck is small but functional, private and lush. The property staff was great in coordinating airport transportation, a private car to Flora Farms (a must visit) and a kayaking/snorkeling tour. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Preordered groceries were a great bonus and easy to order. Just a really nice experience.

We had a great time and it was so convenient to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to go to. The pre-stocking idea was one of my favorites. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The villa looked just like the pictures, the community was very safe and pretty/clean. Thank you!

The communication and hospitality was superb. Pedregal's property management team, concierge and Lola, thank you for your help in making my birthday weekend one to remember.

We were a small 10 minute walk away from the Docks & tours

This was a family trip, which included 2 children under 12, aunts and grandma. The accomodations were perfect for all. Our concierge Louise, was very accomidating. His recommendations fit well with our budget and adventure. We rented a vehicle this time and were able to get to Costco and other stores on our own. In my opinion this was the best way to go. Louise, was very informative in pointing us in the right direction. !Viva Mexico!

The rooms were beautiful with great storage and closet space. The pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in after walking around downtown Cabo shopping and trying different restaurants. We were under the impression that we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes but that wasn't necessarily the case. It would have been a longer walk IF we walked. So we ended up walking about 10 minutes to the marina/pier and taking a water taxi to the Medano beach, which cost us $5/person. Overall we had an amazing time and I'd go back.

They were very friendly and easy to work with. They had everything set up for us before we left. When we arrived, they were waiting outside for us with our van. We all felt very comfortable with our driver and our ride to the house. When we arrived at the house, we were greeted with margaritas, chips and salsa. It made us feel welcome and really kicked off the weekend right. The house was so close to town. We walked everywhere! You cannot beat its location. We will definitely be staying here again. I would recommend it to anyone!

Also, the villa is just beautiful, very well appointed and very clean. the pool and spa are very nice to enjoy. We did have a problem with the heater on the spa, and they came and fixed it right away. I would definitely stay here again. Very safe and quiet place.

Forget Hawaii go to Cabo and be sure to book with Cabo Villas. Friendly people, great food, quiet streets, amazing beaches, spectacular villas, marvelous views. And ask for Luis as your concierge. He is the kind of person who can elevate a great trip to awesome status. Already planning a return and rapidly losing interest in going anywhere else for foreseeable future!

Four ladies and we had a blast. We loved being able to walk to the marina, the beach, food and bars. Pedregal was beautiful with the mountain views. The villas are built into the mountain side, which was a a great surprise and very pretty. The rooms are just as the pictures state. There are small supermarkets around to stop in for quick kitchen items. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes and glasses, pots and pans and utensils. And there were spices already there from previous stays, we even left things behind. The maid came in every other day and was SO very nice. There were LARGE beach towels provided and a washer and dryer to clean them when we needed. The A/C and fans in each bedroom were a nice touch. I like to sleep cold and others like to be hot. The added shuttle service took stress off trying to plan that. We had food catered from "A Matter of Taste" and that was a fun and relaxing addition to our trip. It all made us feel special for the week. It was a nice change to be away from a resort setting and have the peace when we wanted. We would all definitely go back!!!

It suited our needs perfectly. In a gated community, a private jacuzzi that did work and was heated, and very spacious.

The walk to the boat was less than 10 minutes and the hot tub / pool patio was an excellent place to relax after long days of catching marlin and dorado. The Villa was very clean upon arrival, with maid service every other day. Location to town was good - close enough to walk and far enough away for quiet nights. Will definitely stay again.

Place perfectly located. Lost of space and nicely outfitted.
