We spent 6 out of our 7 days relaxing around this amazing setting. We had everything we needed from the temperature controlled infinity pool to the wonderful fire pit that closed out each of our evenings. We were able to see the whales not too terribly far from the coast and witnessed the gigantic "Octopus" ship that Paul Allen (Microsoft) built pass by. Any time we ran into very minor issues with the little bit of technology we used Doug was around to help us get back online. Doug was also full of very good and useful information as to how to get to certain locations (even some he had suggested) the one day we left the house. Truly far more than we had ever expected from this house and from the vacation.

The home was beautiful, well equipped, and right on the ocean. We spent our days on what seemed like our own private beach, listening to the surf, and watching whales play from our patio. The on-site caretaker was pleasant and helpful. The villa is remote, about a 30 minute drive down dirt roads to San Jose, but that's what we were looking for.

Beautiful home, beautiful private beach, amazingly friendly and helpful caretaker. We watched whales breaching from the pool all day right off shore. Master bedroom upstairs was amazing. Would highly recommend.

This beachfront house has all the luxury equipment in order to have unforgettable moment in family. Thank you so much to Earth Sea and Sky for this perfect recommendation for our short getaway from Christmas.

We could not have asked for a better location for our daughter's wedding and reception. Our issue is that during the negotiations for use of the property, we were told that our daughter and her husband could not spend the night in the house following the wedding. We did not find out until we arrived, that Earth Sea and Sky had double-booked the location! Somebody else was renting/living in the house when we arrived. They told us they would leave the premises during the wedding, but would return at midnight. Therefore, my daughter and her new husband could not spend the night. I spoke to the caretaker, who told me that it was customary for the bride and groom to spend the night in the house; that it had been done many times in the past. We were very disappointed with Earth Sea and Sky for not being upfront with us from the start. We would highly recommend Villa Kash as a wedding venue, but definitely would not recommend Earth Sea and Sky as a company to deal with when renting the property.
