We had 14 people in for my wife’s 40th birthday and it was everything we expected plus more. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was equipped with everything possibly needed for a stay. The booking staff, as well as onsite staff, were very accommodating and pleasant. There was not a single issue during our stay. I would recommend to anyone. We will be back!

Property was described accurately and had everything we needed for a great trip. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to entertain a large group.

The place was massive, stylish and had the most incredible views, especially from the third floor. The grand kids lived in the pool. Beds were comfortable, water hot in showers and good flow. We got to watch a Mexican Ground Squirrel dig in the ground by one of the sitting areas. An iguana came up for bananas and we saw so many different varieties of birds. Previous guests had left spices, coffee, solo cups, sunscreen lotion, etc which we were very thankful for. We utilized Chile & Lime chef and bartending services for the entire stay. It was wonderful and the food prepared by Chef Mac was incredible. Arthur, our bartender, was so kind to keep the grand kids supplied with MockTails! The villa is located between two huge resorts but we never heard any noise from them. Fireworks next door on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights around 9 p.m. If you choose this villa, you will not be disappointed.

The house, pool and landscape were beautiful and very clean & spacious. The staff was truly awesome ! We had everything we needed to please a broad spectrum of ages!!! It was a dream vacation ! Hats off to chefs Marino & Ricardo, the wonderful housekeeping staff, and to Giovani, who promptly got us anything we needed!

The house was well appointed, and clean, and there was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 8 children. Our experience working with the Cabo Villas staff was also great. The concierge to the chef service, and massage were all excellent. The beach access was great. The only downside was some construction at resort next door (our stay was in April ‘22) but it didn’t really bother us too much, and the separate king suite shower was a bit finicky to use. The villa is located near the golf course but you do have to drive out of community and on main road. There are no facilities within the community. For us this was no problem, but worth noting. The villa stay overall was incredible and we can’t wait to go back.

An immaculately maintained home that is perfectly provisioned. Highly recommend the Chile & Lime chef services - Ricardo and Liz were beyond amazing. The massage therapists from Suzanne Morel were some of the best we’ve ever had. Hector, our concierge was very attentive and the housekeeping staff keeps the place very clean. What a wonderful trip - we will return!

I had no idea how HUGE this place is! This house has everything you need! Surround sound within the house, pool area, and grill area! Our concierge Luis was the best! Luis was friendly, professional and always responded less than a minute.

Everything was spotless, the beds were wonderful, and the beachfront location was the best. The kids (ages 3,6,8,12) loved the pool and even ate a pancake breakfast at the swim-up bar! We had a private chef service (Matter of Taste) for a few of the meals, and I wish we had contracted with them for ALL the meals - they were that good. I would point out that the bedrooms are NOT equal in lavishness. The master is enormous and beautiful, and takes up almost the entire top floor of the villa, while some of the downstairs bedrooms are much smaller with minimal views (but still en-suite and comfortable). This would be important if traveling with other couples. It was fine for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The “game room� was a plus, with pool table and other games to enjoy. We all enjoyed the beachfront fire pit in the evenings, and the outside dining table could seat all ten of us. The dining room table was huge as well. The house was filled with original art and it was obviously chosen with care. One comment - I wish we had been able to contact someone more familiar with the property before we arrived. The agent at Cabo Villas was located in the US, and I doubt had ever seen the villa. Had we known how completely stocked the villa was, we could have packed much less. For example, we were told we should bring our own soap and shampoo. We found the villa had full-size bottles of everything you would ever need. There were oils and spices and condiments and a fully stocked pantry in the kitchen and there were beach toys and games and and flat screen TVs in every room. This is a minor complaint in a good way - the villa had everything we would need and more, but we couldn’t find that out until we checked in. The sea was calm and we were able to swim in it, and the pool was well heated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had 9 people total and everyone had thier own quarters essentially. Top notch, one of the best and memorable vacations I'll ever have! Do yourself a favor and just book it!

The house is beautiful, with incredible views and every amenity you could wish for. Staff is there for everything but at the same time invisible, service was exceptional! Do not normally take the time to review or vacation at same destination but this is a no brainer! Thank you so much to the staff, Sweet Dreams Cabo bakery and Linens Things and more event planner

Once we walked through the doors I was amazed. Villa Delfines complimented our family. While some of us went for a swim in the pool and the beach, others were playing pool or relaxing outside in the lounge area. Everyone did what they wanted to do which was have fun and relax. Despite the fact that the maids didn't speak any English, the kiddos found a way to ask them to make them some guacamole. Lol The only thing I would recommend regarding the maid staff is the towel service. It should be suggested that they was towels right before they leave so we can have fresh ones for the swimming the next day. Carmen the chef and her staff were awesome. Their cooking and service was outstanding. I ate a couple of things that I've never eaten before and it was delicious. I would be grateful to have them again. It was my first time going to Cabo San Lucas. I can't wait to come back again!
