Perfect for a family of 6. Clean and well kept. Views were amazing. Sitting on the deck with a book and a cocktail with views of the city and harbor is as good as it gets. Our concierge (Jorge) was very attentive and helpful. Had a couple dinners and a breakfast catered at the villa - dinner was a bit expensive for what you get, but food was authentic and excellent. Chef and her assistant were very friendly, and gave us lots of cooking tips. Also had massages on the deck one day. So relaxing. Only suggestions for improvement - another lounge chair or two around the pool would be nice - there are only 3. There were a couple safes in the bedrooms, but they were locked, and unable to use. Access to a washer/dryer would have been nice too. A great week overall. Recommend highly.

The villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Alex was an extreme help in setting up everything before the trip and answering any of my questions. I will definitely use Cabovillas.com again when I go back to cabo!

The view overlooking Cabo and Medano Beach is sensational and the pool/hot tub are fantastic. The layout of the house is very functional with the living, dining, kitchen, powder room and expansive deck on the main level, and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths on the lower level overlooking the pool deck. Cabo Villas was excellent to deal with - very professional and organized. They were there to assist with everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations for dining, beach clubs and excursions. We will definitely book with them again!

This will be my second time coming back to Cabo Villas, and mainly because the first time she made everything so flawless. This year I came back to her with 2 villas and she has been amazing. We have been using a corporate card and let’s just say it’s been a pain. But she has been so graceful and professional each time she has to come back to me and tell me it didn’t work. I just want to really say thank you. I work in customer service and it is very rare this day in age to find quality professionals. You just hear the joy and passion in her voice when she is on the phone or even via email lol You have a winner for sure!! Thank you for making this trip smooth sailing! I really do appreciate all your efforts.

Our place was beautiful with great views. The Catering service food was 5-stars!!

The property is a little worn. Unfortunately, they were building a large house next door that looks right over the pool so not much privacy and at time very noisey. There was a lot of noise from below, parties etc. People would come and go without notice, gardener, repair people and there wasn't much information in the house itself. We had a nice time, but would have liked something more private.

I completely agree with the other reviews, the pictures do not do the villa or views justice. Angel was our concierge and he was great; always quick to respond and able to assist with taxis. With that being said, I would have liked to know that the house/villa next door was under construction and there would be workers there throughout the day, not a huge deal but simply for awareness. Having a gated community/security at the entrance was a big win as well. Overall it was a fantastic villa with amazing views. Highly recommend and we would absolutely go back. Just might need extra towels/washcloths for a group of 7 girls. :) Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing view

It already looked great in pictures, but they really didn't do the view justice!! The rooms aren't really photographed well either - they were much larger than expected. The 4th bedroom and bathroom are actually located above the garage and have a separate entrance from the rest of the house - could be convenient for some that want extra privacy/quiet, as long as they are okay with no wifi. The Pedregal community where this house is located is truly the "Beverly Hills of Cabo" - THE MOST STUNNING HOMES (*mansions*) ALL AROUND!! And the security gate staff definitely take their jobs seriously - we had to call our concierge to provide the car model and driver's name each time we requested an Uber, which felt slightly inconvenient at times, but honestly such a blessing because we felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay. It is legitimately a $3 Uber to get just about anywhere downtown - I would recommend this as the travel option. We booked a van through concierge on our first day, which charged $4/person per direction, which ultimately is still pretty cheap, but extremely expensive compared to the Ubers. The house was fully stocked with basics, the welcome margaritas were delicious, and we would absolutely return. Also, Lola was extremely friendly, responsive, and communicative leading up to the reservation to ensure we had a smooth, carefree stay. The free airport transfer was also a huge bonus!! Saved at least $40-$50 from this alone.

The home and neighborhood are beautiful. Nice layout and great pool/hot tub. Our concierge Luis was so easy to communicate with at any time! Can’t wait for my next trip back to Cabo.

We loved it. I believe the only thing that really could be improved is to recommend that the people that stay in Pedregal, at all, rent a car rather than rely upon taxi's and what not. The rental car will pay for itself in a day. The view was amazing and the accommodations were top-notch! The concierge, Angel, was responsive at any time of day or night. We will definitely be back.

The view is amazing, and the house is very comfortable at about 3,500 sqft. We had a party of seven, everyone loved the house and their bedrooms/baths. Pro-tip: have the van that they arrange for you stop by Costco on the way in from the airport. They'll charge you for the stop, either for 30 or 60 minutes, but it's worth it. We stocked the house for the entire week and barely wanted to eat/drink out. There are lots of glasses, plates, serve-ware, etc., you won't need to buy any cleaning supplies/laundry detergent, etc. it's all there. They don't mention it specifically, but every bedroom has it's own bathroom plus a powder room on the main level of the house. There is a separate casita with a queen bed and a bathroom, no WiFi up there unfortunately, and it's accessed with a bit of a steep climb up the hill and up some stairs. The view from the Casita is spectacular. I don't know who these people are who walk to town, it's a very long steep hike! Only for the very fit. But, my friend and I did a hike around the neighborhood to check out the mansions and made it all the way over to the Pacific side of Pedregal!! Was my personal highlight of the stay. Wow, what a view from the top! There seems to be some difficulty with the guards at Pedregal letting people in, no one can come up to the house after 8pm, and there's a limit on the number of people who can visit. Also, taxi drivers seemed to get lost trying to find the house. We had lots of visitors without a problem, but we were warned that these could be issues. The best part of the trip was the service of our concierge, Luis. We didn't rent a car and he happily arranged a car for us on demand, even when we were out on the town in the middle of the night. We ran out of bottled water, he went himself and bought us water and brought it to the house. Couldn't recommend the service of Cabo Villas enough, next time I'll go direct through them.

There are always pros and cons. The cons, construction right next door, luckily they don’t work on weekends, start at about 9 and finish about 5. While outside it is noisy, inside with doors closed it isn’t very noticeable, esp. downstairs in the bedrooms. It wasn’t an issue with our stay. The dishwasher did not work, the tile floor on both decks is vey slippery when wet so be sure to wear shoes. We had an issue with the WiFi but Luis and the property manager fixed it. The pros, Luis was wonderful and helpful in anything we needed, the is upstairs open and nicely laid out, kitchen big enough for a couple to cook in, lots of eating space, great outdoor grill, very comfortable living room, couches pull out if needed for extra sleeping space. The bedrooms downstairs are comfortable and blessedly quiet. 2 rooms have connected bathrooms and the 3rd has one just not connected. Still very nice. There is a half bath off the upstairs so that is really nice. The best is the wonderful view from the upstairs deck. We spent hours out there, from sunrise to late evening. The view all the way up the corridor to the marina is absolutely incredible. We have never enjoyed our views of Cabo as much as we did this trip. At night you see the lights, can hear soft music and hear the seal lions. In the morning the sun rise and watching the fishing boats go out. Wow ! Truly awesome. We will definitely return.

Pre-trip communication with the team was super easy and responsive. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our concierge Giovanni who provided us with the best salsa ever and provided local recommendations for our stay. Definitely recommend this place if you have big groups and need a relaxing getaway!

The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. Cabo Villas is so accommodating, with a concierge at your disposal for your entire trip. Everything we booked went so smooth, we had 9 girls for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect and in a very secure area. Do not hesitate to book with Cabo Villas in Pederegal!

I would recommend taking a taxi or Uber for the way back the hill is steep. The staff was very attentive always answered our text message right away, very helpful. I would definitely plan another vacation with my family at this location.

We had 9 people in our bachelorette party group and the house was the perfect size and set up. The booking includes concierge service and that made the entire trip/planning even easier. Excellent communication and quick responses from the host. I would 100% recommend booking here for your next Cabo trip!

Leading up to the experience we worked with Lola and she was phenomenal at arranging activities and being communicative with suggestions. The house was gorgeous, amazing views and lots of space. Pictures don't do it justice. All appliances worked great and the pool was gorgeous. Concierge on the ground was also good. Very knowledgeable about the location, mostly timely for responses. Note Mexico in general has a tipping culture that the concierges on the ground also work with so just know that going in!

The view is an incredible way to start/end the day from the upstairs patio or the pool/hot tub on the lower deck. The bedrooms are all great - one of them is a separate casita steps away from the main house (good for anyone in the group wanting a bit more privacy - is also the only Queen bed while the rest are King beds). Our concierge, Hector, was an amazing resource for us throughout the trip and helped us navigate away from tourist traps. Also, his welcome margarita was amazing. He helped us arrange local taxis to/from the house when needed - however, we ended up walking to/from the main parts of town (~15 minutes plus a little sweat when coming back home!). Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for a group trip.

Just about the only "negative" would be that it's about a 15 min walk down the hill into town. We didn't really try to walk back up, instead we always chose to take a taxi from the bottom of the hill that was always $3-4 per person no matter the time of day. We didn't do a lot of back and forth so it was not that big of an added cost at the end of the trip. Other than that small knock, the place was perfect! Great view day or night, nice and quiet, feels extremely safe (it is a private gated community after all), and Angel the concierge was always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Our weekend went exactly as planned without a hitch. I'd definitely come back to this place as well as recommend it to family and friends.

She helped me plan everything from the stay, check-in, and transportation. Hector was also hands down the best concierge! He was available whenever we needed him to help us with transportation, tips, and even emergencies during the night! Not only that, but he was such a fun person to talk to as well! As for the house, it was very clean and tidy. Had lots towels! And the view was AMAZING!! Right when you walked in, you were welcomed with a beautiful view of the harbor and the ocean. It was an amazing villa!

Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. The house is on a high hill so walking to downtown may not be the best option for everyone however it is achievable. The walk to downtown is about 15 mins. The house came with the best concierge my friends and I ever had! Rodolfo was great and always very helpful. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cabo.

Our villa, Villa Joya de Law, was a beautiful and clean facility. It was perfect for our needs and I recommend it to others with no hesitation whatsoever!
