It was clean and spacious and everyone loved the modern aeasthetics. Plus, the views truly could not be beat! We got to see whales and some awesome sunrises and sunsets. We truly cannot say enough great stuff about the chef/catering service. The food was fantastic and the presentation went above and beyond expectations. We felt really taken care of by them and only wish we stayed longer to enjoy more food! The massages were great. Everyone raved about them and the spa team was very friendly and accommodating. Mariana, the housekeeping team and all the drivers for transportation arranged were also warm and friendly (prompt/timely). We definitely appreciated the housekeeping team's willingness to work seamlessly around us on the day we largely just lounged around the villa.

We loved every minute of our time here - watching the whales from the pool and when waking up and having coffee. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning! Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot! Memories to last a lifetime!

The design of the property and the location were breathtaking, along with every detail included in this luxury villa. There is a peaceful serenity and connection to nature that is hard to describe. I felt like I was in Santorini, looking out over the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Cynthia is the consummate host and has designed and furnished this home with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Thank you!

The combination of fabulous architecture and landscaping, views beyond imagination, truly stunning interiors, museum-quality art, and luxurious details that inspire and delight make this a truly one-of-a-kind property. The indoor common areas are perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with a book. The kitchen is glorious and the outdoor living and dining spaces are breathtaking... and that doesn't even count the infinity pool and jacuzzi... or the garden... or the rooftop deck and plunge pool! In addition, each bedroom feels like a master bedroom, with it's sweeping views, decorative accents, and en suite bathroom. Casa Besame is perfection of form and function!

I didn’t want to leave!!! We went with a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday and we had the best time ever. I’ve been to Cabo and stayed at many resorts and other villas but this place is the ultimate dream Cabo vacation.

Last minute I couldn’t make the trip and my boyfriend had to go without me he absolutely loved this place for his 30th birthday. they literally helped me plan everything from chefs, to transportation, to spa reservation. I can’t thank you guys enough for how amazing every single person was involved to make this trip a success. We’re already planning another trip since we all didn’t make the first one.

Pedro was awesome and made our trip super easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and had all the amenities you could think of. And the view was breathtaking. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location as it wasn’t too far from the town, just a short 8 min ride up Pedregal mountain. Very safe and an unforgettable view. The concierge makes it so nice it’s like you are at a private resort. Will absolutely stay again. I highly recommend booking the breakfast chef service!

It is well situated in the Pedregal neighborhood and its modern décor is breathtaking. The master suite is spectacular.

We had a great time in the day swimming in the pool and sunbathing, and by night soaking in the Jacuzzi. The housekeeper does an amazing job and comes by everyday. Our concierge Angel was really friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating to our needs. He helped us book ATV rides, a private yacht, gave recommendations for dinner, etc. He’s the best! House is conveniently located, just minutes away from the marina and streets filled with restaurants and bars. You do need a car to get around though. The walk from the house to the marina is not far but is quite a hilly climb and tough workout. I hope to come back someday!
