SPECIALSDESCRIPTIONWith sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Villa W sits high on the hills of the exclusive Pedregal Mountain. This newly built home is elegant and formal, yet fully inviting with its open, comfortable spaces and attention to fine detail.The interior of Villa W is graced with marble floors, granite countertops and Canterra tile. The master suite has its own entrance from the courtyard, and is very private with a kitchenette and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The formal dining room allows seating for 10, with additional breakfast-bar seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything a gourmet chef could desire and also opens up to the outdoor deck area. The private party room offers everything for a fantastic celebration, including disco balls, a DJ booth, two flat screen TVs, lighting, dancing poles, a full wet bar and sound system. The outdoor area features a large pool deck, infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi tub and lovely teak furniture for outdoor dining. Surrounding the pool are private sun beds for lounging. (One sun bed includes an encloseable privacy curtain.) While enjoying the outdoor space, guests can cool off with a beverage from the large outdoor bar. Villa W is the perfect home for corporate groups or families looking for a private Cabo getaway. What an awesome house. It wasn't only charming, comfortable and peaceful, but had such an awesome staff. We really enjoyed taking advantage of the cook and what great meals he prepared for us. Villa W is only a short walk away from the incredible beach, but we really enjoyed just hanging out at the pool and taking in the awesome view. We loved how the master bedroom was right off the patio with the hot tub. Had such an incredible stay here, would love to return.
Beautiful views of the Pacific. Very comfortable. I take clients to Cabo two or three times a year and "W" was an excellent property to entertain at. I hired a full time maid and butler, they picked up our supplies in the morning and cooked our catch of the day to order. I highly recommend this property to anyone.
Property was in top condition and the staff was very pleasant and attentive throughout our stay. Great deck and pool area with bar. Perfect views of the Pacific. Would definitely re-book.
