A one hour drive south east of La Paz, the villa’s location comes with beautiful sunrises and views of the Bay of Dreams, the Sea of Cortez and picturesque mountains. It’s a pretty 5 minute drive down the hill to the beautiful beach, snorkeling, and the beach where you will meet your captain for some of the best fishing the East Cape has to offer. Wind surfing and kite boarding are 20 minutes away at the world famous Las Ventanas (Dec. to March).

A remote and relaxing private getaway, Villa Amanecer is ideal for getaways of quiet respite (and you’re not going to trouble anyone if you want to turn the music up a bit too). The Ocean wall in the the four private suites opens to sensational ocean views. Each bedroom includes a private patio, bath, and king size bed. The two main level Master suites include jacuzzi tubs which boast stunning ocean views; the two lower level suites are more private and open to a sand beach with unforgettable ocean views.

The modern appointments—marble floors, granite countertops—of the home blend well with some classic furnishings. The ’tuck away’ sliding doors and 1,800 square feet of adjacent patios blend ’inside and outside’ into a natural open living experience. Villa Amanecer de los Sueños is a place where your imagination can stretch all the way to the shining horizon—and a beautiful stretch that is.

Nestled on the Bay of Dreams near La Paz, visitors will enjoy a tranquil taste of paradise on a magnificent stretch of beachfront. Nearby, visitors can enjoy the casual gourmet dining of Restaurant 1535 offering fresh seafood, sandwiches, traditional Mexican platters and a full bar.

Villa Amanecer de los Suenos has a caretaker available to ensure you experience a perfect getaway. They can cook gourmet meals for your group. Need a ride to explore La Paz and Bay of Dreams? A vehicle (for up to 7 passengers) with driver is available for guest use. (Cost of food, cooking services, gas and gratuity are additional).
