Our family (mom/dad, 3-20 year old children and their significant others) decided to take a trip to Cabo after the holidays. Did a lot of searching for accomodations and decided to go with ESSV. Extremely helpful from the start. We were a little hesitant to rent a house sight unseen, however after reading the reviews decided up Villa Stella Maris. It is all we expected and more. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, the experience was GREAT. Accomodations were excellent, housekeeping/cleaning excellent and the on site food service were exceptional! When we arrived we were met with chips, salsa, guacamole and maragaritas (WHAT A WELCOME!) Would do it again without reservation. There is more than enough room to sleep a large group, well maintained home and the location is excellent. Thanks again to ESSV and the homeowners!

Hi Julie, Karen suggested I email you regarding our recent stay. I wanted to let you know that the whole place is so much more beautiful in person than it is on the website pictures! The back garden and pool area are so lush and painted amazing colors with all new comfy pool furniture and umbrellas. The living room is also decked out in an oversized, huge new sectional sofa and coffee table. The whole place is so roomy and relaxing.

I also wanted to comment on how well things ended up working out with the help there. Last minute, we discovered there was a new, or temporary groundskeeper and maid to arrange for and Karen and the other staff managed to take care of that ASAP.

Louis and Theresa were fabulous. So nice and helpful and Louis spoke some English. They would arrive around 8 or so and begin cooking breakfast for us. We would tell them the day before what to cook as we bought all our groceries when we got there. They fixed us everything from eggs and bacon and tortillas to fruit salad and pancakes. They then cleaned up the place and were gone by lunch time. We took care of the rest of the meals ourselves and it worked out perfectly. We did tip them both at the end of the trip to compensate them for the extra services.

There was also plenty of bottled water available upon our arrival and paper goods and spices and such in the kitchen. There were also endless amounts of snorkeling and pool gear along with beach chairs and the like in the garage! Too many things to describe. Free internet access, long distance direct phone line available, too. We loved it.

All in all, we can't say enough about this wonderful property and what a great time we had. We also appreciate the reasonable rate for which it rents, given the size and all. Thanks to cabovillas.com for assisting us in a fantastic, memorable vacation. We would definitely use your services again.
