Our hosts were wonderful and helped with everything. The villa was spotless and easy to navigate. Highly recommend all their recommendations. We got set up with an amazing chef, transportation and boat charter. It was 6 couples and we had a blast. Beautiful villa and great vacation. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 10 and it was so spacious, we never felt on top of each other, and having multiple buildings was ideal to give some quiet space to people! The power went out a few times but came back on, the hosts were very communicative about it and it was not a house issue... the entire city was out. The only slight difference vs the pictures is a new house was constructed in front of this one so most of the view from the pool is blocked. The roof deck still has the view though! Loved the space and the hosts! would book again!

It was a total of 10 guests. We were greeted by the house manager who gave us a tour of the Airbnb and the community. Geraldine and Kathya were proactive and very responsive. Geraldine helped coordinate transportation, chef services as well as a private yacht day. Airbnb was 10-15 mins from downtown Cabo San lucas. A great location and very easy to get to the beach clubs. Our boat day was a big highlight of our trip. The crew was so attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Needless to say a 10/10 experience. Would definitely stay at this Airbnb location again.

I had my bachelorette party here with 10 guests and it was absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. There’s 2 separate buildings, all the rooms are huge with large comfortable king beds and bathrooms. Kathya planned everything we wanted including decorating the villa beforehand and we did a dinner and brunch at the villa. The food was AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and responsive. We used the transportation provided to go to downtown San Lucas in the evenings. The neighborhood is very safe and secure. The pool and hot tub were amazing with the view of the ocean in the background. The rooftop at sunset is incredible too. So quiet and gorgeous. Everyone had the best time. Would definitely come back again. Best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had.

The Chef experience was professional, served delicious food and was awesome to work with. Our concierge was so helpful for our first experience in Cabo. Loved the house, pool and hot tub. Overall great experience!

The communication with the Super Host, Property Manager, and Transportation services was superb! They scheduled several activities including; grocery runs, ATV riding, camel riding, jet ski riding and dinner reservations for us and everything was on point! The pictures look exactly like what the home will look like when you arrive. I recommend using this for large party.

With 3 buildings on site, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and both private and shared patios, it was the perfect balance of privacy and communal living while traveling with a group. The Chef's services were to die for. It is by far a better value for your money to hire the chef vs to go out to eat, and the food was tastier than a restaurant; hands down! The concierge service was extremely responsive and helpful and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The location is within a gated private community making it extremely safe; even Uber drivers need to be authorized by the house to enter). And the neighborhood also has a community pool overlooking a private beach (note: the home is in a gated community). This neighborhood is gorgeous and located only a 10-minute Uber ride to town. I can't recommend this home highly enough; it was a 10 out of 5 star experience!

The kitchen is well supplied with cleaning supplies and food storage supplies and perfect for large groups. We had a great family Christmas. Would love to come back.

The hosts were very responsive and made the stay very easy and enjoyable. The house was in a gated community and we felt very safe. The house has a private pool, but the community also has a pool, right on the water. We walked down every night and watch the sunset. Great house, great pool, amazing hosts.

! We were close to absolutely everything. The host were always available when we needed anything. And when in the villa the private chef experience is definitely a must!!! Would for sure come back to this beautiful villa again.

Alvaro & Marzia were great host, very accommodating & hands on. My 10 guests fit perfectly in the villa and loved every inch of it. The jacuzzi and chef were the highlight of our trip. Chef Victor is phenomenal, I highly suggest booking him daily. He cooked the best Mexican dishes we’ve ever had and his service was immaculate! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend 10/10.

They were super attentive and communicated great the whole time. it was so nice having two houses and a little back room for all of our guests!

We also enjoyed working with Marzia (the concierge). Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The home was absolutely gorgeous. We plan to revisit in the future.

The pool was the perfect temperature, the weather was beautiful as always, and the trip to downtown was not very far. There were nice little touches throughout the stay that made it memorable and it’s spread out enough that we did not feel we were all on top of each other in the house. 2 separate kitchens, 5 bedrooms, what more could you ask for? The security takes their job very serious so there was no need to worry about that aspect.

The beds were so comfortable, it was super clean, the home is in a very secure gated community, beautiful amenities and amazing touches! When we arrived the chefs were there with prepared authentic food and the host was there to show us around. Absolutely perfect, we will definitely be staying again!

The space was fantastic and any questions we had were addressed very promptly. Recommend having Dulce prepare meals during a stay - the food was amazing. Location was perfect too - quiet neighborhood but close to anything you may want to do. Currently there is construction going on right next door and there is some noise going on during the day - you get used to it and can play music to drown it out. It wasn’t a big issue for us but worth noting. I would highly recommend renting!

We had a great time at the club house, the neighbors were so friendly, caught many of them during their early morning walks while walking to the club house to catch the sunrise. The Chefs Dulce and Manuel were excellent!! I cannot say enough about how much I loved their food and company. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Pool and spaces were great for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Marzia was very helpful with coordinating anything we needed. Location is not really walkable to much but has beautiful views. Uber rides into town were easy. We loved staying here!

From beginning to end everything was perfect. The place looks better in person and its located in a safe gated community close to everything! Just book this place-- you will not regret it.

We were also able to enjoy the clubhouse that is located on the seaside where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and a rich snack. When leaving for the tourist area, the house has the necessary security to leave with confidence, I hope to return soon !!!

The property was perfect for our annual mother daughter trip. It was the perfect size for 12 people. The villa style felt cozy, but you also had the option of retreating to your own space. The bar on the roof of one of the villas was AMAZING! Perfect place to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay at Kathya’s home again.
