You made our stay so easy...great chef, service and communication. Oh and the house was perfect...the views unexplainable. Looking forward to our next trip!

The entire team was extremely responsive and was able to assist us within moments of needing absolutely anything (notably, transportation and recommendations). I would most definitely stay with them in the future!

The property itself was gorgeous and the service from the CaboVillas team was impeccable. From the surprise massages to the responsiveness of their entire staff, we were blown away! Would definitely recommend staying at Villa California, or at the very least, working with Cabo Villas again!

Incredible views and wonderful hosts!

The best part was the service provided by everyone who worked on/for the property. Luis our concierge made sure we had everything we needed including taxi's and took care of any special requests which were all very timely with no delay! Some taxi's got lost trying to find our villa which was the only negative, but the taxi service Luis set us up with were always on time and knew the area very well.

Giovani, Kristi and the entire staff are responsive and professional.

From before check in to check out, we loved every minute of our stay. Our concierge was amazing, and organized and provided us with everything we needed. The house was beautiful. would stay again

The service is first class and you don’t worry about anything the whole time. They have your back from the time you book till the moment you leave. The house was also spectacular and in perfect condition, mostly thanks to our awesome housekeeper Lucy. We had a bachelor party for a small group of guys and couldn’t have had a better time whether it was hanging out at house, going out nearby or taking advantage of other amenities in Fundadores we had a blast! Make sure you take advantage of your concierge they are your eyes and ears during the trip. We had Giovani and he was spectacular I wish I could’ve brought him home with me. Again, I 110% recommend using these guys for your Cabo destination it was tip top service and excellence.

!!! The property was spectacular and pictures really do not do it justice. The service was unreal anything you needed they could help you out with. Make sure to take advantage of the concierge, we had Giovani and he was spectacular. I wish I could’ve took him home with me. Also, make sure to take advantage of other things nearby as well such golf, beach club and Marina/San Jose del Cabo. We can not wait to come back most likely going to bring all our ladies this next time and enjoy it with them.

From before check in to check out, our villa was everything that we wanted. The staff was so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable.

We chose to stay in this villa due to the location near the beach, but also in a quiet neighborhood that allow us to relax and connect as a family. We have two young, active boys and they loved the backyard and pool. There were many games created and played in that environment. The house itself is spectacular and was fully as described. It truly is just a few minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches and we all enjoyed playing in the water. Kristi, who helped me on the initial reservation, as well as booking numerous events for us, was fantastic and all of our planned events came off without a hitch. We had a private chef come in one night to cook for us as well as some friends and it was an amazing evening executed perfectly. Ivan, our local host was so generous and welcoming, it was wonderful to spend time with him and chat over some margaritas and guac when we arrived. It made the whole experience that much more personal and enjoyable. Housekeeping and ground services were impeccable. They were all so friendly and kind. Overall an excellent experience . So we look forward to returning to soon.

..exactly what we had hoped for. More than enough space for 20 people, great view, the pool was big and warm, and lots of places for large groups of people to hang out. The gym, sauna and massage rooms were key. Staff: Juan and Luis were great hosts...really made us feel welcome, ensured the weekend was fun and low stress, and were always there with help, needs, answers, drinks, etc. The cooking team did a great job; meals were a real highlight of the trip. And the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the house neat and clean without ever being in the way. And Beth did a great job making sure we had everything set up before we arrived in Cabo. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend Casa Stella to anyone that is interested.

The concierge was so helpful and always accessible. Beth made it very easy to get everything planned. Only downside was 1 of the bedrooms is not connected to the house and is down a flight of stairs.

Villa had all of the essentials you could need! CaboVillas was very accommodating and readily accessible for any of your needs. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

The concierge responds quickly and always available to provide us what we need. The rooms are clean and look exactly like the pictures. Will definitely return.

Very safe and a nice walk to the beach. The rooms were huge and every single bed was comfy. Pablo the concierge was super attentive and answered at all hours. Only thing to keep in mind is that they dont provide shampoo/conditioner and you have to use taxis that only accept cash, make sure everyone brings enough.

Updated and very clean. Master Bedroom and Bath was amazing. The 4 bedroom perfect for 4-6 people. Location is great and walkable into city.

Every step of the process was seamless with the booking team & everything we arranged while there, from in home meals, to massages, to tours was on time! (we were not expecting that in Mexico so it was a welcomed surprise!) We will 1000% stay here again, we are already looking at booking again next year! Highly recommend.

The views from the house were of the Land's End Arches. First, Cabo Villas set us up with everything we could possibly need- from transport, contact for travels around Cabo, recommendations, but most importantly our house manager- Yvonne! She was incredible! Her meals were amazing, better than anything we found in any restaurant. She became a small part of our family while we were there ( we tried to entice her to come home with us, but said her boss would be upset and we totally understand why...AMAZING!). We have already planned our next trip. Unfortunately Villa MiraMar was already taken. We are not worried because Cabo Villas won't let us down!

It started with the very helpful Amber Horowitz helping plan the entire trip. She set up great excursions, arranged transportation, helped with dinner reservations. She really helped make the trip a vacation. All of the staff, Oscar, Edgar, Chef Abraham, Eduardo and all made the trip truly memorable. The housekeeping staff was outstanding as well. The house was clean from top to bottom, we didn't have one complaint. I would recommend renting through Cabo Villas, and would definitely recommend this house. We will definitely be back.

The villa is beautifully laid out. The view is everything- completely unobstructed! Window walls push back on the entire first floor- dreamy! It was a short ride to town when needed (dinners out, boat rental). Security gate to the neighborhood made us feel super safe. Kids loved the pool and spa, parents loved drinks around the fire pit at sunset watching the waves. The walk to the beach is fairly short, but the path is a little odd (seems like it’s actually a drainage ditch?) but it worked for us and allows easy access from the villa. Waves were enormous and fantastic to witness. Loved bringing in catering and bartender but was nice to be able to visit the neighboring resort for some meals. Thanks to Kimberly, for helping me plan my third Cabo Villas visit in 2 years. Never want to leave. We will be back!

An immaculately maintained home that is perfectly provisioned. Highly recommend the Chile & Lime chef services - Ricardo and Liz were beyond amazing. The massage therapists from Suzanne Morel were some of the best we’ve ever had. Hector, our concierge was very attentive and the housekeeping staff keeps the place very clean. What a wonderful trip - we will return!
