Concierge Pedro was especially helpful and professional

Villa is perfect for large groups or multiple families/ couples.. Ivan was exceptional to work with while we were in Cabo.

I must say that it was better then expected. The house service from Fertinoto was superb. The 24/7 availability and superior service from Pablo, the concierge , was nothing short of whatever service you needed at a moment’s call. The house, Oh My Goodness, was huge, comfortable, inviting and the perfect Villa for our stay! Avis was on point with the delivery and pickup of the car rental! The massage, pedicure and manicure in-house service set up by Pablo was the icing on the cake. Of course the accommodations were made possible with the friendliness and professionalism of Amber and Alexandria.

Very well apportioned home allowed two couples with children their own private space with plenty of communal area for us to congregate and enjoy. Home was cleaned daily and staff would come around regularly to maintain grounds. We elected to pre-stock our villa which was certainly convenient if not much more expensive than shopping yourself. There is a small bodega at the entrance of Pedragal where you can buy large jugs of water, beer, soda, and snacks for far less. If you have a car the Costco and other large grocery stores would be more economical. We elected to have a few catered dinners through Cabovillas catering partners that we very much enjoyed. We had a taco bar upon arrival which is far better than a "taco bar." Absolutely delicious after a day of travel. Be aware that Pedragal is extremely hilly with cobblestone streets and tripping hazards on sidewalks (as you are always looking out at the ocean or beautiful homes!) If you have ambulatory issues it may prove difficult to move around without a car or golf cart. We personally did not mind walking the hills, but I could see this being an issue for some. We look forward to returning!

Worth noting you can't check in until the afternoon. Also you get one key and each individual door needs to be locked but in general, this is a beautiful home and we had a great time!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and wonderful shops and restaurants. The house is brand new with amazing beds and lots of space. The Cabovillas team helped us with everything we needed to make it the perfect trip for our three families.

Concierge service and everything about the vacation was wonderful. The chef was fantastic.

The amenities that the house had to offer, the quality of the items in the house, from furniture to electronics, and the staff, all top of the line. I was so excited for this trip and property that I thought I might have overly high expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised that it outdid all my expectations!

Staff was wonderful. Pablo was extremely helpful with finding transportation, suggestions of alternate options of things to do and setting up catering services.

The picture do not do it justice. The view was amazing and Ivan our host was great! We already want to go back.

And for 40K a week things should work! Such as the ceiling fans (when we arrived there were no batteries in the remotes) the safes didn’t work and the outside door to our pool area didn’t lock. There were unsavory people sleeping on the beach right outside our villa, so it would be nice for the extra security of a locking door that worked. So, for the amount of money they charge these things should be fixed. On the other side, the customer service was great!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The location is also extremely walkable to the harbor and other stores. The pool is so refreshing - perfect water temp & deep, which was nice. The pictures on this listing are very pretty, but they do not do it justice as when you first see it. Very quiet (beyond the construction noise next door). We loved our stay and will be back.

The location and layout of the place worked perfectly for our needs. The floor plan allowed us to all hang out in the same area, but also gave us space to getaway from the group activities if we wanted. Bedrooms are all good size, beds were great and each room had its own individual private bathroom. We had a wonderful time and this is the second year that we have stayed there. There seemed to be several small things that needed some repair or upgrading, but it did not keep us from still enjoying our stay. Fortunato (our in house care giver), immediately responded to any problems or questions that we had, and worked to take care of everything to help make our stay enjoyable and run smoothly. We loved our vacation of 5 nights and it was difficult to leave to head home!

Perfect for us and our two adult children. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor space. Pablo, our host was very helpful in providing transportation back to the airport, and a few other requests. He was extremely responsive when we called or messaged him with questions and needs. The kitchen cabinets can use some TLC, but the rest of the interior was really nice. We would definitely make a return visit! The location is perfect and close to a shopping area and other really beautiful restaurants. Loved the location!!

Luckily I stumbled upon the Villa Diamante de Law. This is a full-on mansion. It felt like we were on an MTV show walking through all three stories of this stunning house, complete with a professional kitchen, Sonos sound system, infinity pool and hot tub, and a breathtaking view of the ocean, El Arco, and the Marina. However, none of these amenities compared to the excellent service that Giovanni provided. His 24/7 concierge service came through every day of the trip, literally saving our lives with van rides to and from the villa. It was like having a personal friend in a foreign country. We can’t thank you enough Gio!

Wow! Nik made the process very easy, and the website does not do the view, the team, or the entire experience justice. I highly recommend using Cabo Villas! The only feedback I have is that I was slightly confused by "gratuity" versus the extra 16% service fees that are added to every single thing, so once we were down there I felt like the crew was asking for more and I thought I had already paid service fees, and I had tipped in cash throughout the weekend (it was awkward). Basically, be sure to ask about that ahead of time (they absolutely deserve gratuity but the asking my guests for more was not my favorite). The villa also does not have an address, so travel as a group and remember to tell the taxi drivers it is in Pedregal. Other than that, fantastic stay! Thank you, Nik!

We underestimated the walk in and out of Pedregal, as the streets are at several different inclines, and take a little bit of work if you plan to walk. Most instances a cab is needed. All six of us had a spectacular time, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Kimberly was very helpful in helping me plan the trip, set up COVID tests to return, scheduling airport transfers and connecting me to the amazing event planner, Suzanne Morel. Luis was our rockstar concierge who among other things, saved the day scheduling a last minute boat tour. Jonathan and all of the house staff were the best! The meals prepared by the house staff were amazing. We will be back!!!

We went for 5 days and stayed at Villa Tequila for one of my friend's bachelorette and honestly we had no complaints. The service was amazing and our concierge Roberto was available 24/7 making our stay so much more pleasant by helping us every step of the way with everything we needed. Highly recommend trying their chef's service, totally worth the price and so convenient when you stay at a private villa. The location was perfect, so close to everything. Will be back soon!
