The house is amazing- it has beautiful views, comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone. We loved it! All our questions, before the trip, during, and after, were answered by Kimberly Zamora and Luis. Everyone was helpful and considerate fo our needs with young children. We catered our first dinner- it was amazing and such a great way to start our vacation. The car rental process was easy and efficient. Thanks to Cabovillas for everything!

We had a party of 16. Plenty of room, the view is amazing, the service is great,had very good time.

There is plenty of privacy without feeling isolated. Staff were very professional and attentive. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also, it is easy to access many activities (e.g. water sports, fishing, tours). We look forward to booking again in the future!

This is an absolutely amazing Villa located in the Pedregal. The Villa is spacious and the decor has a great Baja feel. We found ourselves in the kitchen every morning making fresh salsa while planing that days adventure. It’s not a bad walk into town - 15 minutes to Uno Mas (best margarita in Cabo) and 25 minutes to Medano Beach. However depending on your direction, it’s a decent up hill or down hill near the Villa. I spend 25-30 nights a year in Cabo and stay in different places depending on the group I’m traveling with and Villa Tequila is definitely on the list of places I will stay again.

The margaritas and guacamole that await your arrival were a great touch. Hector the concierge was very responsive and helpful at all times! We will be booking again.

The Villa is perfect if you are seeking gorgeous views and an early morning, sun filled day. There is plenty of seating inside & out for dining. The kitchen is full of utensils, spices and basic cooking supplies. The great room sofa is fabulous for watching March Madness. (The TV could use updating but the satellite worked great.) Each en suite bedroom has a desk – a nice touch for homework during spring break. We used the golf cart numerous times to zip down to Playa Acapulquito to watch surfers, walk the beach and eat at the 7 Seas Restaurant, part of the Cabo Surf Hotel. (We loved the Sunday brunch.) Our concierge, Victor, recommended several fabulous restaurants nearby – Chins & Don Sanchez. He and Amber (CaboVIlla specialist) went above & beyond when I couldn’t take the road noise anymore. They arranged for us to drive by two of their other properties so I could assess them for next time. The road noise is awful. The highway is on a hill directly below the Villa. The trucks & buses use jake brakes on the way down & low gear on the way up and the noise amplifies. Interestingly, there was construction going on directly behind the villa and we heard nothing! If the lots across the street & below the villa are ever built on (and absorbed the sound), this place would be a gem. If you are looking for beautiful views and will be active (surfing, fishing, etc.) or have kids, this is the place for you. If you want a peaceful, quiet, adult only place to sip margaritas and read by the pool, this is not it. Just a few comments about the CaboVilla descriptions. The king bed/master is not in the Casita – it is in the main house. The house is single level but there is a flight of steps down to the main door & another few steps in the home. The waterfall feature is beautiful, I wish it worked. And just an observation about the 5.5 star Luxury Rating, the amenities could use a refresh. Recently took 10 friends and stayed in this home for a 50th birthday. Casa Stella made the trip so incredible and we all truly relaxed! Each bedroom feels like a master suite with an amazing view. Every inch of the house has been incredibly well thought out from the incredible kitchen to the spa treatment rooms. The staff are so amazing and courteous, every thing was thought of ahead of time! The view is 180 degrees of beauty from the top of Pedrigal. Close to every restaurant you can imagine BUT we wondered why we ever ventured out... the food prepared for us at the house by the staff was incredible. The furnishings and design of the home is gorgeous, we were so sad to leave. The heated infinity pool, large hot tub and amazing firepit made for lovely nights laughing and talking outside. Breakfast at the large outdoor dining area was a favorite of ours as well. Will never stay in a hotel in Cabo again!

Every room has a view and from my bedroom (most comfortable mattress ever) I looked out onto a night full of stars. No bugs plus an ample ocean breeze meant I was able to sleep with the sliding glass doors wide open to my private sala. The staff made every moment effortless. Meals were as gorgeous to look at as they were delicious to eat. The house itself was A feast for the eyes with impressive attention to detail, design, comfort and flow. Four or five extra large umbrellas allowed me to stay in the shade throughout the day while still close to my sun loving girlfriends. Possibly my favorite view was from the lounge chairs where it looked as though the infinity pool was connected to the ocean and the horizon. Even my daily workout was magical as even the line up of cardio equipment in the house gym faced water. I look forward to returning again and again.

We rented it for my 40th birthday celebration and it housed 10 people (5 couples) no problem at all, with 2 rooms/2 bathrooms to spare. It was clean, with beautiful decor and grounds. The on-site staff was unobtrusive and so helpful. We arrived to find a round of margaritas on the bar, and some delicious appetizers on the table. I will say this - I have very high expectations with accommodations when I travel, and this place met every single need. Don't let the lack of reviews scare you off, it's a gem. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Couldn't ask for much more. House had the most incredible view (even got lucky to see some whales breach the water from the pool). Our party of 9 fit very comfortably and the house amenities were up to date and on point. Would highly recommend to any group. As close as you can get to downtown to restaurants and clubs.

Not a single detail was missed. As soon as you walk in, it will take your breath away. Each bedroom has its own beautiful charm so you can't go wrong in any of the rooms, the gym is top notch (and with a view to die for!) and you will never ever want to leave the pool/jacuzzi. Until you move over and relax around the giant fire pit. This was one of my favorite features at Casa Stella. The space around the fire pit is giant and fabulous with enough room for everyone to enjoy it together. It made for wonderful evenings with sunset cocktails and friends. We used the staff for meals and have no regrets. It was so nice to not have to worry about feeding everyone each day. That being said, I would not have minded cooking in that gorgeous kitchen which you could easily feed an army out of. And, on the note of staff, they were incredible! So accommodating to any of our needs. Our rooms were turned over each day and they kept the grounds and villa in immaculate condition. We also took advantage of arranging massages and utilizing the private massage rooms which literally felt like we had gone to the spa but never actually had to leave the house! All of the common space has a ton of room for everyone to hang out together and, with a bar inside and a bar/grill by the pool, you can pretty much pick any space to be and have everything right in front of you. Last but certainly not least, is the view from this villa. It is like none other. We could even see whales breach each day from the comfort of our lounge chairs. Not only do I highly recommend Casa Stella, I can't wait to go back myself!

The property has stunning views, over-the-top luxurious amenities and a most gracious staff who kept us fed well, our rooms spotless and our every need met (and then some). The pool and hot tub were perfect and we spent a ton of time utilizing those features. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit in the evenings watching the sunset. The workout room was also great for us as all of the machines are brand new. Love that the tennis courts were only a short walk down the hill. In short, we enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay and plan to book with a big party, soon. This property rivals even the best 5 star hotels in the area - we highly recommend staying here!

This place is like movie star stuff... or at least what I imagine movie star stuff would be like. (Though we got insight from the owners that explained the movie connections to this place and am now pretty sure I am right.) BTW - the owners are really sweet and wonderful people who know the local scene. If you rent here, please take good care of the place. They are really nice people who care a lot about the local businesses / people. The views are incredible, like sunrise over the water and sunset over the water (almost visible in March) from the same spot. The patio / pool left nothing to be desired. A big open kitchen for our friends to gather, and a enough room that we never felt like we couldn't get some space from each other. The managers/owners helped us arrange some amazing dinners made by local chefs right there in the house. Although Cabo has some great dining, those dinners were very unique, special, delicious (and surprisingly affordable). Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.

Not a single detail has been missed in this house. Everything that you could want in a private escape, from the workout room to the massage rooms to the elaborate kitchen and giant dining table. We will definitely return to this oasis.

He whisked us away to Casa Stella where we were greeted by Jesus and a wonderful team of ladies with yummy margaritas, snacks and a tour of the property. The pictures do not do Casa Stella justice. The accommodations were absolutely amazing and we actually had a difficult time selecting our rooms as they all had amazing ocean views. This makes Casa Stella perfect for a couples or group trip since there are no "bad" rooms! I would recommend breakfast and lunch preparation as we found the variety of options plentiful and quite delicious. We opted to prepare our meals in the evening and the kitchen is unbelievably equipped with a commercial pizza oven (think of cooking 10 pizzas at once), full size griddle, commercial fryers and more. Or you can opt for the outdoor kitchen for grilling and al fresco dining. Jesus arranged for masseuses to come to the house to offer massages in the two private massage suites that are adjacent to the fully equipped gym...not that anyone was interested in exercising! Additionally, Casa Stella is a five minute drive to the Marina so boat and shopping excursions are nearby. Can't wait to return.

It was even more amazing. Beautiful layout, huge beds, amazing view of the sea and in a very safe area. The best part about this place was Ivan, our concierge. He was available to us 24/7, made sure that everything we had ordered was provided, he went out of his way to make sure we were safe getting around town and really made our experience absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this villa.

The views of the Sea of Cortez and the rocks were amazing. The 3rd story deck was beautiful at night. The pool was at your back doorstep. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a nice quiet vacation rental in Cabo.

We were a group of 11 (40 something) women on our annual “girls trip�. Perfect time of year watching whales breaching all day in the sea from the pool, patio, and even shower! We wished we brought binoculars! The house is gorgeous, clean, and modern. You’ll be blown away when you walk in the front door at the breathtaking view and Infiniti pool. The home is about a 15-20 minute walk down to town, and a bit of a “butt burner� going back up. We took taxis at night going back from town which cost around $4/person. We’d like to highly recommend a water cooler in the house as constantly getting big jugs of water for a large group was a bit of a pain. The property manager was great and very helpful. We will definitely book again next year, thanks for a great trip!

The open floor plan worked beautifully, and was maintained wonderfully. We want to back when it is warmer.There is a prevailing wind toward the house. Walk to the beach and to town is good exercise!

La maison est grande et jolie (belle piscine, super home cinema) mais aurait besoin d'une rénovation.Elle est louée pour 18 personne, alors qu'il n'y a que 6 grands lits. Les autres dorment sur des matelas gonflables par terre. Les lits n'étaient pas installés à notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car les 2 premières nuits les voisins ont oganisé une grande fête très bruyante. L'agence nous a dit qu'on ne pouvait rien faire car il n'y avait pas d'accord de voisinage. Le plus décevant reste le service. Même si les gens sont gentils le prix est exorbitant. J'habite au Mexique et je loue des maisons très souvent, avec un service toujours impeccable. Ici nous avons dû payer 300 dollars la journée pour un "chef" pour nous aider en cuisine. Il n'y a pas d'autres options. On est sans personne sinon toute la nuit alors que la maison est très isolée. Nous avons eu une coupure d'électricité dans la nuit. Du coup plus d'internet, plus de téléphone, on ne savait même pas comment remettre le courant. Pour le prix, je trouve cela décevant.

Upon arriving at Villa Lorena we were amazed at the view, layout and the overall property itself. We were greeted by margaritas and chips/salsa which was a great perk after a day of travelling. The view from Villa Lorena is spectacular. We witnessed multiple whale sightings throughout the day from the pool deck and hot tub. The house/furniture has been upgraded from the time the pics were taken for the VRBO site. The exterior doors are French doors (not patio doors) and the couches in the family room have been replaced and are very comfortable. Bathroom pics weren’t included on the website however they don’t disappoint. The showers are huge and there is plenty of room for toiletries on the counter and in the vanities. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen which was a definite plus for our group. The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry room off the kitchen has 2 washers and 2 dryers including a large horizontal freezer. The BBQ is off of the laundry room not the pool deck area. The beds are comfortable and fit our group perfectly. Housecleaning every other day was perfect. They were flexible in what you want cleaned/laundry which was great. Hector was our concierge and he was very accessible and assisted us on cabs etc. Lola was very helpful in answering our groups questions throughout the booking process. We took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport which was fantastic. We highly recommend utilizing this service. Pride of ownership by the owner, housekeeping, and concierge services is evident and appreciated. This is not your typical rental property. We have rebooked for next year as Villa Lorena was absolutely perfect and was our home away from home!

Loved the house and the converge service! We will be back in a few years! The dishwasher wasn’t working most of our vacation but the house keepers did most of the dishes! Overall great experience

com with Jessica. Upon arrival Giovanni amazed us even further. Our group consists of 4 couples and we had room to add 2 more couples if needed with plenty of space. The view could not be captured even using a panoramic camera, simply breathtaking. As we lounged pool side we could watch the boats scamper in every direction through out the day and night including cruise ships and mega yachts. All day whales could be spotted from every window, a pair of binoculars only emphasized this. The furnishings and decor where perfect and anything you might have thought you needed was a call away to Giovanni. Until next time.

The house was perfect for all 8 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pans, etc. We had 12 people for dinner one night & had plenty of seating. The view from the pool is gorgeous, you can see the whole coast all the way to San Jose. The concierge services were amazing!!! we will definitely go back. Our only complaint was that the house was right above the highway so when you sat out back you could hear cars going by but it never kept us up at night.

Rented Villa Leonetti thru Cabovillas.com. Home and view were spectacular!! A big THANK YOU to Jessica Felts (Cabo specialist) and Giovani Barrios (our concierge). Loved the Caborey Sunset Dinner Cruise. Drive to La Paz and go to Balandra Beach - so beautiful! Medano Beach and Lover's Beach right in Cabo San Lucas fun too! So many great restaurants. For an extra special dinner occasion, make reservations in advance at Sunset MonaLisa ... on the pricier side but ABSOLUTELY worth it!! Ordered 3 times from Eat Cabo Catering (drop off dinner & breakfast) and last nite there had chef cook at the house ... sooo reasonable and food was delicious!! Our first time in Mexico - but won't be our last!!

We were there for a family wedding in San Jose. We spent two nights in the town at different venues and two nights at the Villa. Rosenberg and his staff prepared fantastic meals for us, with very little notice! They made us feel very welcomed and answered any and all questions concerning our visit. Rosenberg was always gracious and saw to it that cars and drivers were available to help us get around. Our only regret was that we had to leave to get back to our Real Lives! We will forever remember our time at Villa Tranquilidad and can’t wait to come back.

The view is an incredible way to start/end the day from the upstairs patio or the pool/hot tub on the lower deck. The bedrooms are all great - one of them is a separate casita steps away from the main house (good for anyone in the group wanting a bit more privacy - is also the only Queen bed while the rest are King beds). Our concierge, Hector, was an amazing resource for us throughout the trip and helped us navigate away from tourist traps. Also, his welcome margarita was amazing. He helped us arrange local taxis to/from the house when needed - however, we ended up walking to/from the main parts of town (~15 minutes plus a little sweat when coming back home!). Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for a group trip.

This was my 4th time in Cabo and first time staying at a CaboVillas property. I would not book with any other company after the service and amazing properties CaboVillas provides. I highly recommend the property Villa Diamante de Law!

It was important to us to have a place for our friends to gather and enjoy time together. However, we wanted to ensure they have their own privacy as well. Villa Del Corazon was perfect. The owners were responsive to the needs of the group and the concierge/cleaning team were friendly and professional.

Las Rocas is a first class beachfront property set up for large groups to celebrate lifes great moments. The grounds are constantly maintained and the service again was top notch. i cant wait to come back and relax!!
