From the beautiful home to the nice staff on the property daily. They made sure that we were taken care of and had a relaxing time hanging out by the pool. We used the in-home dinner catering for two nights and were very happy with the service and food. We also had the massage company come in for 6 in home massages. Wonderful! Our group of 9 would highly recommend using Cabo Villas and staying at Villa Estero.

Perfect layout and amazing view of the arches - we were sad to go for sure!

The house was very spacious, and accommodating for a group of our size! We had the best driver - Tony - who was there to transport us in and out of town. We spent a lot of time by the pool, and worked with Cabo Villas to hire someone to cook us dinner at the house one night! Overall, everyone really enjoyed their stay. I would say compared to other places I have stayed in Cabo, this one was a smidge more outdated, but nothing that caused issues with the overall stay itself. Would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect the pictures do not do it justice. We went as a family with children and the experience we had was incredible. The concierge, Mariana, was great and helpful in every which way. The drivers, the chefs, were amazing. THIS is the place to stay. If and when we come back, we would want to come back here.

Alex at Cabo Villas always takes care of us, answers our million questions, and makes all our arrangements so easy!

The only suggestion I would make is to be sure your guests know that the Pedregal beach near the house is not recommended for swimming due to the undertow warnings. We still walked to that beach nearly daily to look for shells, take photos and just exercise in the sand. The house was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Over all it was a trip our family will recall with very fond memories. Thank you.

The rear covered porches were especially enjoyable. The pool was very well designed. The shallow entry was really used by the four year old member of our party - and appreciated by her parents. The staff was excellent, and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This was our second trip using Kimberly to coordinate everything, and she did her usual awesome job.

The cleaning ladies were wonderful and friendly. Hector did a great job of helping us when we needed transportation or setting up an excursion. The house is lovely and the views from there are amazing. The only recommendation I would make would be to let guests know before they arrive that although the beach is within walking distance (which we did almost daily), it has a sign posted saying it is NOT recommended for swimming due to the undertow there. So guests need to make arrangements for actual water sports, to go to another beach. The beach near the house is great for walking, photos and looking for shells, and we even saw some people doing some fishing from the shore. There were 17 in our family and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The drivers for transportation from and to the airport were very helpful and nice, and did a great job of driving safe. Thank you Cabovillas, for a fun filled vacation for our family.

A huge shoutout to our concierge, Ivan. He took care of all our dinner reservations and immediately responded to any issues that arose. The housekeeper Coco was great as well, always singing while she worked. Take care of these folks when you go. They are working hard for you. The house was amazing. It has an awesome view of the marina and is a five minute drive through the beautiful Pedregal neighborhood to get to the beach and even less time to drive into town. Reserve this house, you won’t regret it.

Alex helped me plan a stay for a client’s 40th birthday celebration and everything was fantastic! The house was beyond what my client imagined and the staff was phenomenal. Alex offered great suggestions on excursions to keep all guests occupied and worked out all of their transportation needs. We even had last minute needs ironed out without any stress! Luis, our concierge, was very knowledgeable about the house and area and was prompt with answering our messaging. It was such a great experience for our first time to Cabo San Lucas. We will definitely use CaboVillas again and I have already recommended them to a friend who asked who we used. Thank you!

The place was massive, stylish and had the most incredible views, especially from the third floor. The grand kids lived in the pool. Beds were comfortable, water hot in showers and good flow. We got to watch a Mexican Ground Squirrel dig in the ground by one of the sitting areas. An iguana came up for bananas and we saw so many different varieties of birds. Previous guests had left spices, coffee, solo cups, sunscreen lotion, etc which we were very thankful for. We utilized Chile & Lime chef and bartending services for the entire stay. It was wonderful and the food prepared by Chef Mac was incredible. Arthur, our bartender, was so kind to keep the grand kids supplied with MockTails! The villa is located between two huge resorts but we never heard any noise from them. Fireworks next door on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights around 9 p.m. If you choose this villa, you will not be disappointed.

Beautifully put together home in a great location

The staff and concierge were absolutely incredible, ensured our every need was taken care of, and communication was above and beyond. The house and view were drop dead gorgeous, the photos don’t even do it justice. If you’re looking for a truly amazing vacation, look no further because I cannot recommend this villa enough! The pictures don’t do the place justice. The view of the ocean was simply breathtaking! If you are looking for a villa with an amazing view with tons of space to spread out in a quiet location where you can see and hear the waves then this is the place for you!!! Our group ranged from teens to 60s and we all loved it! Pack some mosquito repellent though!

From the gorgeous cliff-side ocean view, the remarkable and spacious house layout and design, to the exceptional staff, we and our guests were blown away. Chef Jorge and Judith tending bar are a must. The cuisine and service were truly world class. We will be back.

Nearly all of my inquiries before the trip were answered promptly, and when I arrived in Cabo, communications were simple and very responsive. The concierge (Ivan), chefs (Mira and Javier), cleaning professionals (Olga and Rosida), and Cabo Staff (Tish and Amber) were all amazing and genuinely kind-hearted people. The property was crystal clean, the shower water was warm, A/C worked well, and we felt safe. Five stars all around, and we cannot wait to go back!

From the scenery to the landscaping to the rooms. I am obsessed!!!

...pool was great and supper easy. We had some meals brought in a few days and the service was the best. Our concierge was the best. anything we needed he was there. The views from the bedrooms were also great. We also loved how close it was to the beach and we sure enjoyed a nice cold drink and a walk on the beach every night.

The staff was incredible and always easy to communicate with. Angel was quick to respond for rides throughout the entire night and into the morning. Alan and crew was amazing at the food and cleanups. And the maid service was early and often every morning! Cannot recommend villa Marcella enough. We had our wedding here and it was absolute perfection. Every single person said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to.

It was our little corner of paradise for a few days in Mexico. One of my favorite things about the house was the open-air feeling, with the ocean breeze blowing throughout. We loved opening the floor-to-ceiling “window walls” each morning to let the fresh air in. With blackout shades in bedrooms, multiple coffee makers, sound system for my playlists, blankets for chilly evenings by the pool and so many other amenities, the owners’ attention to detail does not go unnoticed. They have made this the resort you won’t want to leave. In fact, there’s so many things to do, we didn’t even feel like we needed to leave the property…with the billiards and shuffleboard tables, wonderfully accessorized kitchen, refreshing pool and hot tub, firepits for relaxing and enjoying the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and hope to return again one day.

I loved the welcome— fresh Chips, Salsa and margaritas! The plunge pool and hot tub were great to use for a quick dip and then the larger pool was just an elevator ride down. The location isn’t walkable to many things but that wouldn’t keep me from staying here in the future. It was super safe and there was security at the gate that made sure only guests staying on the property were let in which made us feel really safe!
