Mariana was so attentive and her service was top tier

Our staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. We had our wedding here and would do it ten times over; just an unforgettable experience. If I had one complaint it would be that we could hear some of the music from the town, but that was expected facing the marina.

I stayed here last year on girls trip and loved it so much I brought my family back. I was so excited to see their faces, they said the pictures didn’t do it justice. The layout of this property is perfect and we’ll definitely be back!

The dining room is big enough for a fancy dinner, but eating around the firepit or under the palapa takes advantage of the views. The staff was wonderful, we had 6 meals at the house and each was very tasty. They accommodated my request for lobster our final day and also served as decorators for each dinner as well as brilliant bartenders during the day and evening. The home theater is roomy and comfortable and well fitted with all the apps you need to enjoy some down time with some popcorn and friends. The spa director arranged a team of massage therapists so all our guests could enjoy treatments right at the house. It was really an ideal way to share time with my bride and our families!

Incredible stay overall. Below are a few pros/cons and some tips for your stay. Pros: *GORGEOUS house and view *Massive - we had 14 people and everyone had their own bed, could have easily doubled the attendance. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms immaculate, overall premium luxury villa *Stocked with all the cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. you could need and a filtered ice machine! Grill worked great outside *Pre-trip concierge (Alex K.) was incredible, transparent and highly communicative - put up with all of my annoying logistical questions and were very helpful in arranging all of our trip needs *On the ground concierge (Pablo) was excellent, highly responsive and able to take care of all our needs in a moments notice *Cleaning crew was incredible and a massive value add. Worth every penny to alleviate the anxiety associated with a messy home. Cons (not really cons, but more of an FYI): *Though the villa may seem walkable to the marina, the hills in Pedregal are STEEP. We did it once and that was enough. Consider it easily uber-able. *No oven, not sure if that is standard but we bought some late night frozen food at WalMart only to learn we didn’t have an oven Tips and Tricks *You cannot call an Uber to the airport for pickup, make use of the RT shuttle from Cabo Villas - seamless process *Concierge is able to readily call a sprinter van for the entire group on a moment’s notice. These run $5pp to the Marina area or more to a further out golf course, airport, etc. Convenience cannot be beat, however it is very easy to call an Uber to the villa. It is ~$5usd for an UberX from the villa to the Marina area at the time of writing. Make sure you call the gate to let them know to let an Uber in! Ubers to airport are easy too. *We did the taco bar catering special from one of their preferred vendors - this was a good deal and a nice ’welcome’ meal. Other meals from their vendors are much more expensive but they note that those vendo

Everything from the staff to the rental home was perfect.

The villa’s staff played a large part in making our stay an unforgettable one. Our concierge, Angel, was very helpful and responded immediately with any requests we had. My group also looked forward to Alejandra’s breakfast each morning, she is a fantastic chef! The villa itself is peaceful, clean, and spacious with beautiful views from virtually everywhere in the home. Pedregal is also closely located to downtown Cabo and only a short taxi ride away from many great restaurants, bars, shops, and activities. Whatever the occasion, I can’t recommend this villa enough!

We loved all of the private amenities including tennis/pickleball court, infinity pool, hot tub, gym and movie theater. The villa felt so spacious and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated the concierge and housekeeping staff and had a good experience with the recommended catering and spa services.

The staff was amazing! Every room was very clean with fresh smelling linens, the pools were clean, food was great. We have no complaints. My friends want to visit this house annually!

Every room is amazing and has its own bathroom. We could walk from the house to the marina. There is a gorgeous view from the pool and patio overlooking the water. This is an excellent property for a group of adults to stay together.

Pictures don’t amount to how beautiful it is!

We could look down on fireworks displays at 3 different locations from our perch atop the mountain at Villa Penasco. The pool was warm, the spa inviting, the firepit was cozy and days were spent under the palapa sipping drinks and telling stories while we rested from a swim. The staff was perfect- taking care of every need but disappearing into the shadows to leave us to celebrate. They decorated the dining room each night for our dinners with fresh flowers and local touches.

We had a group of 11 girls go for a bachelorette party - the house fit everyone comfortably and the extra services the house offered made us all feel like queens. Our chef was so amazing, we had 3 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner with him and the food was truly some of the best I have ever had It was super easy to set up meals and transportation. Having the maid through the house too was also a huge plus - she was so nice and even made us drinks during our stay which we were not expecting! I am so happy we booked through Cabo Villas and will definitely do it again if I return to Cabo.

The house was about 15-20 minutes from downtown but with being able to so easily set up the transportation through the Villa, this was no problem at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint i have is that the bed was hard, not comfortable for sleeping. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Pablo made me feel very safe. I will definitely book with Cabo Villas in the future.

The house was beautiful and the service was excellent

You feel like you are surrounded by ocean and can dip your toes in the water inside the house. To the left, miles of sandy beach running past San Jose. Straight ahead, beautiful waves and surfers riding them. To the right, rocky shore and cliffs down to Palmilla. Really spectacular view. The house is spacious, clean, and freshly updated with new counters, appliances and bathrooms (with really nice new marble showers). We couldn't ask for a better area. We do not surf but love to be in the water, and spent a lot of time playing in the waves and snorkeling on the reef out front. There were a lot of locals and tourists surfing and taking surf lessons. Locals were spear fishing on the reef too. We saw whales breaching and splashing their tails out front. It looked like mama and baby whales. You could just sit on the patio, or any room of the house, and watch them playing out past the surfers. The house is convenient to restaurants on the beach. We LOVE Pescadito Break Restaurant! So many amazing fresh seafood options and margaritas literally on the beach, only a 2 minute walk from the house! Zippers Bar and Grill next to it was also great and fun. Two great coffee shops a short walk down the beach: one with a cool outdoor courtyard, and the other called El Wine Shop, that has THE best coffee I've ever had (from Chiapas)! There are also a number of restaurants just a walk down the beach that we didn't get to try. You could walk to a new restaurant every night for weeks. All the fun restaurants and activities of San Jose are also really close and easy to Uber into town from the house. We will definitely be back next year.

The minute we landed we knew we made a great decision. The staff was outstanding . There was not one thing they were not able to accomplish. The home layout was perfect for adults and kids because of the layout of the pools. No one wanted to leave the house even for dinner . We will be booking another villa with Cabo Villas next summer.

A virtual museum of Mexican art and sculptures. Everyday we discovered something beautiful to look at. To say we were impressed us an understatement. The owner's eye for interior is unmatched. Thank you for letting us enjoy the beauty of “the house of the blessed.”

They took all of our uncertainties and questions and gave us a great sense of comfort about our weeklong stay in Cabo. For sure I will use them again!

The home and staff where amazing

Housekeepers were wonderful! Alex was very professional and the whole process with Cabo Villas was flawless and extremely efficient. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

A good size pool and large jacuzzi that had easy controls for heat, jets, and waterfall. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking ware, appliances, and all you need for making meals. Big rooms, comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi. Nice playground steps away for younger children that isn't frequently used or busy, and was great for our four year old. A reasonable walk to the Pedregal beach. There is a small parking lot for cars next to the Villa so you will see workers walking by a few times a few times a day, but that didn't bother us.

Cabo Villas was so efficient, professional and made everything easy and pleasurable.

Pedro and Allen were exceptional, and the service was incredible. Can’t wait to come back.

It’s very comfortable and well-appointed, and the maid service was terrific. The view of the ocean are good even though you are a little bit further away than some of the other properties that are further down the hill. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cabo Villas and Villa Sebastian.

Villa Finisterra was absolutely stunning. The staff was amazing. A huge THANK YOU to Amber for arranging all of our dinner and clubbing reservations, excursions, local concierge, grocery delivery, private chef services and housekeeping. We cannot recommend CaboVillas more. They will take care of everything.

We would definitely go back to this villa! It was also centrally located and a 15 minute walk to coffee. We felt safe at all times. Definitely recommend this place! The staff was also friendly and fantastic.

No complaints
