From the pre-planning of the trip and setting up of the airport transportation and house with Kimberely to the incredibly comforting access to our concierge (Angel) I cannot speak more highly of our trip and work with Cabo Villas. The house was incredibly well kept, everything worked and was so comfortable. The neighborhood felt so safe and our cabs were always so quick to arrive. I can’t wait to stay with Cabo Villas again!

The beautiful home sits inside a lovely gated community. We loved the beautiful, private beach area just a short walk from the front door. The house has great proximity to several good restaurants and convenience shopping. As well as an easy and short drive to downtown Cabo and the marina area. The Hacienda style house, with its open air courtyard design, helps you feel submerged in the beauty and culture of Mexico. A well appointed home with lovely trees and landscaping. It can accommodate a lot of people but also served as a wonderfully private, quiet escape for just the two of us - a perfect getaway to relax and have fun in the sun!

Pablo was excellent to work with! He was easily accessible and communicated promptly. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool/ hot tub and all the additional amenities the Villa offered. Will definitely plan to stay again for future trips!

Kim was awesome from a planning perspective , and Giovani, our concierge, was very attentive once we arrived .

The chef services were AMAZING, in-home massages were very good, and our concierge, Giovani was very helpful during our stay. I absolutely recommend this house and the amenities you can add on to enhance your experience!

My husbands 50th bday could not have been better. The house is truly something out of a dream. The staff was EXCELLENT! Book it!!!

Beautiful view, clean pool, clean home, and a decent location between the destinations in both cities. Special thanks to Pablo for all his help procuring last minute transportation! Uber was certainly an option, but with four people it was often cramped and we had a few moments without seatbelts that left us booking travel through Pablo for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back! Pro tip- inquire about construction in the neighborhood before choosing your location.

House was beautiful. We thought we were just renting a house for the week, but the management team made us feel like we were staying at a resort with all the services they provided. They went above and beyond and truly made it feel like a vacation

From the help we received pre-visit from Alex, to Hector answering all our questions as our Concierge, to Chile & Lime catering feeding us amazing food daily, I'm not sure I could say enough positive things – less we do not forget the daily whale watching from the living room! We will be back, and I hope soon.

Julie and the rest of the Cabo Villas team made sure every aspect of our trip was planned perfectly. The view of the house was amazing - made for the most memorable sunsets. House is super comfortable, situated in a very safe gated community. Perfect for several family vacationing together or a large group of friends. The open layout of the living space was so comfortable. We visited in Feb and the weather was so pleasant but at night when it got a little chilly, we really appreciated the heated pool and spa. Through concierge, we booked a private chef and massages on the peaceful patio. Highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again next time we are in Cabo!

Our pre-arrival specialist, Beth, was beyond helpful in scheduling our airport transportation, pre-arranged taxis to our activities, procuring groceries in advance, and scheduling a chef, meal deliveries and massage therapists to the villa. We had everything we needed. Sunset Villa is lovely. Plenty of space for our group of 13. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space/pool is so relaxing! The view is incredible - you can see whales from afar. The beach is a short walk down through the Pedregal neighborhood (which is gated with a security guard 24/7). Our concierge, Angel, was helpful with coordinating any last minute requests. The food services were great, the massages were lovely, the taxi drivers were always on time and friendly. Staying here is a no-fuss situation for your large group and I would highly recommend Sunset Villa and Cabovillas. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and kept in great condition by the cleaning crew who were friendly, communicative and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that most rooms in the Villa were private suites which I think helped everyone's sleep quality and gave them their own space to go back to. The whole team from CaboVillas was communicative and helpful both leading up to our stay and while we were there. Beth helped me plan the whole trip which was for my bachelor party with 9 other guys. Luis, our concierge, was in touch constantly throughout our stay making sure we had what we needed and got us transport around the city when we needed it. The drivers were also quick, friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone asked if we had what we needed and helped to get anything we were looking for. My group of friends and I had a great trip which was due in large part to the CaboVillas team. I will definitely look to book with them if I return to Cabo again.

It is a very quiet property in a lovely gated setting. I loved having a pool right in the middle to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable with every amenity you could possibly want. The kitchen and living room were upstairs and worked out perfectly for our group. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. I especially liked that we could take a short five minute walk to the beach. We barbecued the fish we caught on our ocean adventure on the outdoor grill on the patio above the master suite. We watched a beautiful sunset from the patio as we finished our delicious dinner. If quality art if something you enjoy this home is tastefully decorated from top to bottom. There is a wonderful grocery store just across the street from the property that was very convenient. We highly recommend this home.

Alex was awesome to work with and the villa was beautiful.

The house was in great condition and had awesome amenities like the pool, hot tub, and pool table. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels were provided. It was nice that the King beds were in their own suites which gave everyone space to themselves for better sleep a place to unwind away from others. The house is high up in Pedregal which gave a great view, but did require transport to and from the house, thankfully our concierge was always available to arrange transport when we needed it. The view from the pool deck was very nice, we even saw whales out in the water and the boats nearby that were watching. Everyone from the person we planned the trip with, to the concierge, the maid service, and the drivers was beyond helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend Cabo Villas for your stay in Cabo, I will definitely use them if I return to Cabo again.

The 7 or 8 floors, Steam room, Video room, awesome balconies, and great bedrooms will be insanely hard to beat if not impossible. All of the rooms had individual AC that was controllable and worked, Wifi was pretty good esp. for Cabo. I would say the only possible negative is that the 3 bottom rooms all connected, so the one in the middle wasn’t completely self contained, you had to walk through another room or outside to get in and out. But really not a big deal at all. Everyone was amazed and happy and we will certainly make this our first call on any future large group trips to Cabo.

The traditional Mexican artwork and design style is out of this world ! It is a beautiful home, that has a traditional esthetic but all the modern comforts of home. The house also features a great hot tub and pool and I particularly love the outdoor seating areas for meals or a cocktail at sunset. The location, inside the coveted private Pedregal community is a convenient to the harbor and downtown Cabo. The gated community has 24/7 security, so I felt very safe. Thanks for an incredible stay and I can’t wait to return !

This Villa is truly amazing. Angel, Angeles and Jorge took great care of us during our stay. The location is wonderful, every detail has been thought of. If you are reasonably fit you can walk into the marina. The view from the villa is breathtaking.
