Wow....what a view. The game/media room was a big hit. Can I go back now?

Alex was extremely helpful to work with and helped me book all our activities, food, transportation and drinks. Everything we booked was amazing. The drivers showed up on time with water to take us where we needed to go, the food from the chefs and the prechosen meals was some of the best food we ever had, the boat we booked was so much fun and in perfect shape, even the maid was so kind and respectful and did an amazing job. The venue was stunning and it was the most beautiful wedding ever. Beyond that, even the beds and sheets were the most comfortable we have all ever stayed in. A true dream come true. We all can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much to the entire cabo villas team for the best day and trip of our lives

There is a ton of space for everyone and the large bedrooms and bathrooms give you the luxury you want on holiday. It’s an easy walk to the beach, but the deck is so amazing that it’s hard to leave the breathtaking views from the villa. Luis, Alexandria and everyone we connected with made this the perfect getaway with the girls and then with family. Highly recommend having breakfast make everyday for you! Chef Samuel took care of us a lot this trip and we loved the fabulous start to the day.

This was our 5th stay and it seems like everything was a notch better again this year. Juan at the pool is outstanding. Ulises, Miguel and Vicente at Breakfast were awesome. Beach and pools amazing.

More importantly, the service and the food preparation was just amazing. Angel was great in helping us handle all of the changes for transportation, reservations, etc. that took place once we got there. He was incredibly responsive at any time of day and made sure all arrangements were confirmed. Luis and Ivan handled every single thing we needed onsite. They were truly fantastic and I think the entire group I was with will truly miss them. Lastly, the cooking staff just exceeded expectations every single meal. Just when we thought they couldn’t do any better, they went above and beyond the very next meal. This was like staying at a boutique hotel with Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton service.

Any single question I might have thought of they got back to me with an answer so quickly. Beth and Roberto were incredible and if you are able to request them, I would! I felt safe and secure in the villa as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Booking was made easy and Kimberly was very responsive. We were greeted by Ivan our concierge and Fortunato our chef. The house was amazing and Fortunato made the trip. He was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy ourselves. His food was amazing, better then going out to a restaurant. I highly recommend this property as this is my second time staying here and both times were great.

From the concierge, communication, assistance, coordinating with other vendors, hospitality, cleanliness, and the KILLER view it exceeded our expectations!

They take care of everything and are happy to help with whatever you may need. Traveling with my family, they make everything easy so we can really relax.

Cabo Villas was fantastic to work with as well. My group loved the catering packages. We would definitely stay here again.

The ease of booking transportation through Roberto was amazing. He was quick to respond and available. We loved the location of Villa Tequila, we even walked into the town from our villa! Cecilia was also incredible and we really appreciated her cleaning. I would recommend Cabo Villas to anyone looking to visit Cabo!

Amazing location and very close to where everything to do is! The host and point of contact for our stay were incredible. The view was indescribable, overall just gorgeous place.

Pablo was excellent and made our stay top notch! The pictures on the website are accurate and experiencing the house in person was a dream come true! Plenty of space, close to activities and the chef service was mmm mmm good! Lots of leftovers!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We absolutely loved staying here. The views were incredible and you definitely don't want to miss a sunrise!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rosenberg and the entire staff were excellent. All meals prepared for us were above expectations; both quality and preparation. The Villa was perfect for our entire family to celebrate some special birthdays. We did not want to leave the property!!

It is such a beautiful property right on the beach. The accommodations and amenities are top notch, and the service from planning to on-site was a dream. Everyone did such an excellent job, and we cannot speak highly enough of this absolutely beautiful villa. It is spacious, clean, and unlike anything experienced before. I cannot recommend Villa Las Rocas enough!! Stay here and trust me you will not be disappointed!! It is AMAZING!!

Will stay here next time. Cabo Villa was great from start to finish! If this place is rented, I will only use Cabo Villa in the future.
