"Amazing Week"
There was a second level being added to one of the houses in the complex that caused quite a bit of noise throughout the days, but even that couldn't affect relaxing by the pool, whale watching from the patio and just having quiet time with the family. Ruben was amazing and so very helpful during our stay. There were a couple small issues that happened (broken lock, new coffee maker needed, cold pool) and he handled all of them quickly and happily. If you're looking for complete silence 24/7, this isn't for you, but I used to live in NY - I can easily ignore normal noise levels, especially when the location is so amazingly picturesque. Would definitely return.

One Hector was our Concierge and the other Hector was our Groundskeeper - Both were especially kind and great and also very accommodating!! The property was so incredibly beautiful and really terrific! We couldn’t get over the spectacular view! It was a gorgeous Villa, but also very homey and inviting too. Perfect for a family of 6. Clean and well kept. Views were amazing. Sitting on the deck with a book and a cocktail with views of the city and harbor is as good as it gets. Our concierge (Jorge) was very attentive and helpful. Had a couple dinners and a breakfast catered at the villa - dinner was a bit expensive for what you get, but food was authentic and excellent. Chef and her assistant were very friendly, and gave us lots of cooking tips. Also had massages on the deck one day. So relaxing. Only suggestions for improvement - another lounge chair or two around the pool would be nice - there are only 3. There were a couple safes in the bedrooms, but they were locked, and unable to use. Access to a washer/dryer would have been nice too. A great week overall. Recommend highly.

Honestly, the photos do not do the space justice. It’s stunning. We had plenty of room for 7 of us; our concierge Ruben was fantastic; and the host was very proactive is finding catering and activity recommendations. This is a very hilly area and lots of stairs, but we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the beach for exercise. I would stay here every single time I come to Cabo!
