Perfect

They were organized from the time we were picked up from the airport. The transfer to the house was uneventful and that's a great thing. They completed a stop at the grocery store (for a fee of course) and let us shop for my group of 17 (which I highly recommend as it's cheaper than renting a car). When we got to the house we were greeted with margaritas and a tour of the house. We did have a few issues that were found as we started to use the house. Our fridge was broken, a breaker was tripped for one room and one toilet had a problem. We did lose some food because of the broken fridge but they stepped up and brought a new fridge to the house along with the food we lost and stocked it for us. Our Concierge, Pablo, was understanding and worked as quickly as he could to remedy our other issues. I believe maintenance showed up the same night we arrived. The maid service is amazing, their network for transportation service is great, and Pablo was first class for anything we needed. Hopefully you will get Amber as your agent as she was knowledgeable about the area and things to come. We will be back and we will bring more tip money, they truly earned it! Oh the house was beautiful along with the view.

The bedrooms were separated for plenty of privacy. Upstairs bedroom perfect for non family member or someone that wants extra privacy. Beautiful view with east access to beach. Good location.

!! The beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was nice and warm. It was close to everything the marina, the restaurants and convenience stores.

The house was fabulous with great views and lots of space over 3 levels! We each had our own private bedroom and bath and could see the beach and Pacific from the deck and swimming pool. The drivers, day staff and concierge were all so helpful. Will definitely be recommending Cabovillas to friends and family! If you do go ask for Roman to cater a meal for you...you will not be disappointed!

We split our time between relaxing and activities such as a wonderful cooking class with a local chef, private boat ride to the arch and beyond, a trip up to Todos Santos and a stop at the Art and Beer. We also took a hike down (and up) to the Pedregal Beach. The support from Ivan, our concierge was great. He and his contacts did a wonderful job. We received a beautiful breakfast prepared for us at our villa by Roman (chef). A great tip from Ivan was if we wanted to go some place he would arrange a very reasonably priced driver. We would highly recommend a driver instead of a car rental unless you want to go on a long track. Pedregal is a beautiful gated area. Thank you Ivan and team for making our vacation so memorable!

Everything was easy/top notch from the start. The reservation/Airport transportation process with Kimberly at Cabo Villas was perfect. We arrived to a beautiful view of the Pacific with all amenities promised awaiting us. The house is beautiful, the butler service was fantastic. We had everything we requested upon arrival and anything we needed after was delivered within 30 minutes. From scheduling massages, having fresh breakfast cooked every morning, to golf, we were pampered the entire stay. We would highly recommend Clara Vista for anyone with a group looking for privacy and total relaxation. The views from the top of Pedregal are spectacular. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

com was amazing to deal with! ESPECIALLY Hazel Fraga at the Corp. Office and our concierge, Hector!! They took care of every question and need from the day we booked the trip in early 2021 until we checked out of the villa. Absolutely incredible customer service from start to finish!!

This house was better than we could have ever dreamed for our family of 6 to enjoy a week in Cabo together, and still have plenty of space to spread out. The pool was used daily, and the private beach at the end of the street was never packed. Alexandria was a life saver helping to plan the trip before we left, and Pablo was always available to help once we got there. There is also a large supermarket you can walk to, which makes cooking at the house easy if you don’t get a chef or catering package. We will definitely be back!

We loved the open layout upstairs and of course the pool area! Kristi made everything effortless by coordinating our transportation, Costco stop, and chef taco bar dinner prior to our arrival. There was some construction going on as a house is being built behind the property, but I was made aware that this is a growing community before arrival and it really didn’t impact our trip. I would stay at this property again and definitely recommend using Cabo Villas to book any future trips!

Raul and Patty were so very helpful and helped us secure massages and a golf game. Property was clean and very well kept. As always...thanks to Kimberly Zamora at Cabovillas for helping me find this perfect villa. We are ready to come back!

Truly appreciate all the hard work that Nik provided to make sure that everything was perfect, Ivan our concierge I can’t say enough about Ivan somehow even found out about me not doing well and reach out to me to see if he could send a doctor to our Villa. !!! Definitely booking 2023!!!! VILLA DESCANSO

We had six couples and it was very comfortable. All the bedrooms had a bathroom which was important to me. The view is spectacular. Flor and Mattie were lovely and kept the house spotless for our entire trip. This is a great house for an adult getaway. We did all agree we thought it would be dangerous for little kids since it’s on the side of the mountain. Also we did dine in twice and the meals were fantastic.

There was so much room, our party of 11 had plenty of space. The pools were beautiful. This was a clean and gorgeous villa that looks like even better than the pictures. The amazing staff is also a highlight. We had great communication throughout the planning process. And during our stay we had a great concierge, 2 house keepers, and 2 chefs. All of them really enhanced our stay. The house remained clean and the food was amazing. The concierge also coordinated with us every time we needed transportation, so getting around was no problem. The villa is about 15-20mins from downtown Cabo and we had no issues at all. I’d absolutely recommend this villa and can’t wait to book it again in the future.

The photos did not do this place justice. Our concierge Gio was great and our driver from Transcabo (Juan) was amazing! Last but not least, we had the best best breakfast we ever had (all ladies agreed) through “A Matter of Taste” catering. Thank you to Victor and the chef team. We cant wait to return

Besides it being a fantastic property, it was a great time! Angel our concierge went above and beyond the call of duty...he was the best we ever had! Kristi was insanely great setting everything up. It went all so smooth and easy...Can't wait to do it again soon!

We had lots of questions as this was our first time renting a villa and she was very quick and detailed. Ivan was our concierge and he was very diligent and got back to us within 5 min every time no matter the hour of day. Paco was the house manager and his staff, chef Veronica, Leno, Chris, and Mari were all incredible. They far exceeded our expectations for service and our family had an amazing vacation because of them! We definitely recommend this place and will certainly stay here again! :)

The team that took care of us was first class & incredible in every way possible. Every single need was met. Everyone was warm, genuine & extremely good at what they do here at this stunning villa. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a 10 star experience. Veronica, Leno, Chris, Maru were all incredible.
