17 of my best friends and I stayed at Villa Las Flores for 4 days and it wasn’t near enough. The house is even better in person. Our concierge, Ivan was fantastic. He was always available and helped us out so many times. He was able to coordinate things such as having cases of water for us on our shuttles back from the boat. Can’t thank Ivan enough for making everything so simple. Will definitely be using cabovillas again and would highly recommend.

Hazel and the rest of the Cabo Villas team provided excellent communication and service from the booking process and throughout our trip. The property and service far exceeded our expectations. Everyone in our group can’t stop talking about the experience and can’t wait to return. Hats off to Cabo Villas for providing one of the best vacations experiences I have ever had. Thank you!

Was nicer than the photos. So great to have enough bathrooms for everyone and the team was incredible. Margaritas when we entered, plus helping us with decor, constant transport for our big group, tequila tasting, catered dinner, etc. We would definitely stay at this villa again and also any others cabovillas helps manage!

Fits approx 12 people comfortably. 15 minutes away from the malecon. They welcome you with chips and margaritas. Would stay here again.

Luis was available and met all our needs while at the villa. Cleaning staff was fun to interact with everyday even with our language differences. Looking at taking another trip to Cabo in the near future and Alexandria will be our choice for making the trip happen!!

The stay was amazing the house was amazing

The pool and view are top notch, the rooms were comfortable and it was perfect for a large group. The swim up bar and grill made hanging at the house so so fun. We had the best time here and the Cabo Villas team really added to that. Pablo and Beth were both wonderful to work with, super responsive, and always friendly. The team made everything so seamless between airport transfers to booking a private chef. Our cleaner, Daniela, also did a great job. Would definitely book again and recommend to a friend. If you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT!

What a fantastic house in a fantastic location. We stayed with 8 girls and it’s such a safe neighborhood and so close to everything. Our concierge was Giovanni and he took such great care of arranging every little thing we needed during our stay. We loved relaxing in the pool at the end of each day and there was so much room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Cabo villas does a great job of adding a ton of value by assisting with so many trip arrangements like transportation, chefs, groceries, activities making the whole experience top notch. If you stay during the summer be sure to walk down to the private beach for the best sunset views and fireworks.

Alexandria was so accommodating and helpful with all of our arrangements and any questions that we had, it made our stay so easy for us to just relax. Luis was available anytime we called and with anything that we needed, cars, taxis, reservations, you name it and he knew how to get it for us. Villa Alegria was beautiful. The view of the ocean, the open floor plan and the patio accommodated all 12 of us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Mexico and I can see us returning again

I called and spoke with Alexandria who jumped into action and arranged everything from fishing to Golf and other activities. Alexandria connected us with a caterer and private chef who cooked and served our meals. All of the staff was amazing and helpful. If you ever think about visiting Cabo call Cabovillas and ask for Alexandria, she will hook you up!

The pool, pool deck, and the many outdoor seating areas made it easy for our family to have many catching-up opportunities. The view overlooking the golf course and the beach was gorgeous. The maid service each day was extremely helpful. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was another helpful service - it was very roomy and held all of our luggage and two sets of golf clubs easily. It also stopped so that we could pick up some groceries on the way in from the airport. Kimberly helped us through the entire process - from the initial reservation through check in, and could not have been more helpful. She was very thorough and professional. She handled all of the reservations with the car rental company. All we had to do was meet the rental company reps when they delivered the vehicle to the villa. She was always very responsive to any text message we sent her. Our assigned concierge, Giovanni, was at the villa when we arrived and was very helpful explaining how various things worked. He could not have been nicer or more helpful - and was available 24/7. We had a problem getting the spa to heat properly so we texted Giovanni. After working through some control panel solutions via FaceTime, we could still not get it to heat properly. He then contacted the property manager who came to the villa and did what she could to no avail. Within 30 to 45 minutes, they had a spa service man sent out who fixed our problem quickly. We really appreciated the speed with which our minor issue was handled. Our family of 7 will definitely return to Villa Cortez

The views from the house and pool area are amazing.

Their responsiveness throughout the planning process and during our stay was so quick and polite. They helped us plan wonderful activities and got us to and from town safely daily. I absolutely recommend Cabo Villas to everyone and anyone traveling to Cabo!! I will definitely be a returning customer / guest!

It’s Beautiful, spacious and the concierge is amazing. The house is close to all major activity and easy to get to. We felt completely safe the entire time. We had Angel and he took care of our every need. Would definitely stay here again.

Property looked exactly like the pictures showed

It is a bit dated style-wise, but the stellar views, safe location, pool in tropical setting, and AMAZING chef and house manager, Yvonne, make up for anything one might find lacking. We had a family with small kids so staying in for dinner and having Yvonne cook her wonderful meals worked out great for us. Our concierge, Giovanni, was friendly and efficient and handled any transportation or other activity needs we had. Great experience overall!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The communication and level of service was impeccable! I plan to keep Cabo Villas in our regular vacation rotation from here on out! Aside from the beautiful villa, having a responsive and trustworthy concierge was an impressive and much-loved touch! The stay was PERFECT! Hacienda Edith was well-loved and enjoyed by our group! It was beautiful and well maintained. Everyone raved about the accommodations from the moment we arrived! We had space to spread out and see as much, or as little, of each other as we liked! The views were amazing! Many of my group reported they would stay here again! I plan to try other villas through Cabo Villas. The level of service and attention to detail were awesome! Pablo, our concierge, was one of my favorite parts. He was responsive and a quick text/call away for all of our needs! He was attentive and definitely the icing on the cake! Hazel was my contact leading up to the trip and was equally responsive and attentive in answering my questions and making arrangements. Cabo Villas made this family trip planning & execution EASY!

The place comfortably accommodated 13 of us and was clean. Our concierge, Pablo, did an amazing job helping our weekend run smoothly and truly was available 24/7. We will stay with CaboVillas next time we make a trip to Cabo!

The house was even better in person. The staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. They catered to every and all needs above and beyond expectations. All the rooms were very spacious and private. Nothing but the best...will definitely make another trip to Cabo and would stay at the same property, primarily for the services that were provided by the caretakers.
