We started planning this adventure August 2021 with Alex K. help. She answered all my many questions and helped me out with suggestions for my group. Even before we left California, Pablo (our house manager) reached out to us to let us know that he would be waiting on us upon arrival to the Villa. When we arrived Pablo had salsa, guacamole and margaritas waiting for us. He did a walk through and explained all the amenities. Pablo all our arrangements for our private driver, some dinner reservations and he even stopped by the villa for an emergency margarita & guacamole run (he made the best we had all week). Futunato and Lulu kept the place clean and running smooth. Our driver Pablo#2 (LOL) was there to pick us from the villa and after any activities we had planned. We booked private chefs for two separate days for meals. OMG what great service from them. Tasty home cooked meals are the way to go (Thanks Sam). Especially when you don’t have to cook them. We had the idea to treat our friends to a mixologist and it was one of the best ideas we had. Sarah and Kathy came early and started the two hour bar service. We just sat by the pool and they made cocktails. If we didn’t like it or it needed a little something extra, they were there to make it right. We would highly recommend Cabo Villas and their highly trained staff to anyone Cabo Villas is the way to go. Can’t wait to book for next year.

She answered all my many questions (10 months worth) ’til we landed. Pablo our house manager was attentive and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. He went the extra mile (many times) checking on us when he knew we were out of the house and even stopping by to make us guacamole and margaritas (cause his were better than some restaurants we went to). We ordered chefs and a mixologist to come to the villa. Having a home cooked meal and a mixologist made the trip even better. What ever other company your looking at, STOP. Cabo Villas is the way to go.

The house, facilities and views were STUNNING and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to the needs of our group. Located in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood we had the benefits of a private villa with the service of a resort. The best of both worlds. The staff was quick to respond to our requests and were available at all hours. Transportation was a quick 10 min cab ride to the Marina where we could experience all the restaurants and nightlife cabo had to offer.

The views are incredible, the house is amazing, and all the people working for Cabos Villas were very helpful and friendly throughout the planning process and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and hope to be back in the near future

The house, pool and landscape were beautiful and very clean & spacious. The staff was truly awesome ! We had everything we needed to please a broad spectrum of ages!!! It was a dream vacation ! Hats off to chefs Marino & Ricardo, the wonderful housekeeping staff, and to Giovani, who promptly got us anything we needed!

As the organizer, I am always concerned about the details. Every small item was more than spectacular. People were met and picked up on time at the commercial airport, the private air was a joy to go through arrival and departure, chef Lorenzo’s was amazing, the food indescribable, the bartender Oscar for adults and children was unmatched, and the home was without description. The owners have created a wonderful experience.

The backyard is perfect. Forget hotels....stay in a villa !!

The location is ideal - so close to walk to the Marina and all the restaurants and nightlife. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed how functional the home was. The service by CaboVillas was excellent. We enjoyed the welcome margaritas and we paid for the breakfasts prepared by their chefs which were simply amazing - highly recommend. Complimentary airport pickup was also very helpful. We are planning our next trip with CaboVillas now.

!! The Villa was beautiful and perfect for our bachelorette party. The staff was incredible—they helped plan everything from airport transportation, a chef, a boat, and made sure we had 24/7 support to make reservations and provide shuttles to and from anywhere we were going once we got there. I don’t know how I would have been able to plan this trip without them. Highly suggest for anyone traveling to Cabo. Zero complaints!

There’s even dedicated transportation. And our concierge Ivan was the best in the business, setting up our reservations and giving the best tips on where to go.

The location is gorgeous and this house has everything my group needed. The pool was such a great space to hang at all day. Anytime we needed anything we would text the concierge. They scheduled all shuttles for us and made the trip as smooth as possible. Thank you for an amazing time!! We will be back.

We were a family of 12. Every amenity you could think of was provided. The Concierge Luis was amazingly responsive and provided us so much support while in Mexico. Kristi was essential in organizing all of our excursions and every detail prior to our trip. She was truly the catalyst for our amazing time. The Villa Staff treats us like family and the food prepared by Chef Javier was the best in Cabo!! We will definitely be back!

The Villa was beautiful and the amenities were amazing. Our congeriege, Ivan made the trip seem just as amazing and easy once we arrived… from booking reservations, to always making sure there was a taxi ready to drive us. Would highly suggest to anyone!!!

Beautiful house- perfect set up for a large group- everyone had their own bathroom and patio/view. Pablo was a very attentive concierge. Jose and his team cooked 2 amazing meals for us. The view is great. We also enjoyed spa services at our Villa. I highly recommend Cabovillas. Beth and her team were easy to communicate with and we will most likely be back.

From start to finish the service within the villa was top-notch. We were welcomed with margaritas made fresh as well as chips and guac. Pedegral is a beautiful neighborhood within Cabo and I enjoyed exploring it and coming home to the beautiful views each night! It's walking distance to Pedegral's beach (5 min) and about a 8 min taxi/car ride to the downtown area where all the bars/restaurants/action is. The catering we ordered through the villa's service Chile and Lime was pretty good & they made us fresh blended margs. My only complaint is that all the fish and seafood was fried. Another thing to note-- bring cash for tips because it's recommended to tip the service staff after the stay (it's also recommended to tip drivers).

It took us 5 minutes to walk to the marina, making it ideal when we went out for dinner and shopping. The house was well equipped and we loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom and TV! The kids LOVED the pool and spa with plenty of loungers to put our feet up and relax. The outdoor BBQ, kitchen and shaded eating area were a welcoming touch after a day in the sun. We recommend staying at this villa and we will definitely be back!

Amazing staff

They responded to our emails and calls quickly as we were making plans leading up to the trip and the concierge at the villa was incredibly helpful, we had an awesome time!

Alex and the team at CaboVillas arranged afternoon bartender, nightly private chef and a tequila tasting for us and the food was one of the highlights of the trip. They also arranged all of our transport to/from golf+fishing and the airport. Between the team at CaboVillas and the staff onsite at the villa we were completely taken care of. We are all now looking for excuses / reasons to get back!

We loved the views, location, and Luis was spectacular! He helped us with transportation and anything we needed. I would stay here again if I went back to Cabo!

A fabulous location with spectacular views. One of the things that made it so special was staff. Jonathan and Chef Pedro were awesome and took excellent care of us. I would recommend this Villa for an amazing holiday!!

Going above and beyond to ensure my family and I were having the best time. Renato, front desk greeted us and helped us get situated right away. Erick at pool service always made sure my family and I were comfortable by staying hydrated. Giovanni and Rigoberto at dinner! Thank you for providing my family with 5 STAR service! Best! Best! Best! Service!!!!!! Entertainment team, especially Luis, Fernando and Alana! My girls loved your shows every night. And bingo! Lol Thank you for all the great memories. We shall see you again soon!

The service and rooms were 5 star. We were so impressed with the size of the resort . We had very personable wait staff that all spoke fluent English. The rooms were stocked with drinks as well as snacks daily . I loved and looked forward to our morning coffee and pastry in our cozy little box . The attention to detail was impeccable . Every time the sun was on us a staff member gladly adjusted our umbrella . The rooms were clean and updated . Check in was smooth very welcoming .

We had a large group and everyone was beyond amazed by this property. There was plenty of space throughout the whole property and we all loved hanging out by the pool with beautiful views of Cabo. We were a bit stressed needing to organize such a large group and all the events for the trip. However, we had Alexandria as our Cabo Specialist who made this experience absolutely incredible. She helped from start to finish with anything we needed - literally anything! Words can’t express how much we appreciate all her help and making it possible for this to be a dream experience. We had a personal concierge contact at the villa, Giovani, who was such a pleasure to meet. He walked us through the property, extended his services for the weekend, and assisted us each day with what the group needed during our stay. Taxis, food/beverage delivery, reservations, guidance on spots to visit in cabo, etc etc. He was out go-to throughout the trip and delivered on every request. Last but not least is our daily cleaning service by "Griz". The group loved seeing her each morning (bringing a smile to all of us) and did a fantastic job helping us out throughout our trip. She is a gem with such a lovely positive spirit. Overall, I’d highly recommend this property for any large group looking to be in a beautiful and very secure location!

The house was fantastic and all the amenities in the home were great! Our on-site concierge in Mexico (Hector) was extremely helpful. The home is in a private community and there is a lot of security - which does make it a little harder for Ubers to pick you up but makes you definitely feel safe. All four bedrooms /bathrooms are spacious and well-conditioned. I recommend pre-stocking with one of the options because that was a great amount of food (we did the Healthy Snack one). We also go catering on site (Taco Bar night) and it was delicious. Honestly very relaxing and lovely time in Villa Ladrillo. I will say that since the home is essentially on the cliffs it's quite windy. It may also just be a Cabo thing since it was quite windy in May. The pool was supposedly "heated" however it did not feel like it was since it was pretty cold in the pool. I would stay here again and would recommend this location to others in the future.

..close to town, lots of extra amenities, and spacious enough for our group. We took advantage of the in-villa services (i.e. covid testing and catering) and both were very easy to book.
