We loved everything about the home and the staff were SOOOOO GREAT! 10 out of 10!

The concierge responds quickly and always available to provide us what we need. The rooms are clean and look exactly like the pictures. Will definitely return.

Very safe and a nice walk to the beach. The rooms were huge and every single bed was comfy. Pablo the concierge was super attentive and answered at all hours. Only thing to keep in mind is that they dont provide shampoo/conditioner and you have to use taxis that only accept cash, make sure everyone brings enough.

Updated and very clean. Master Bedroom and Bath was amazing. The 4 bedroom perfect for 4-6 people. Location is great and walkable into city.

Every step of the process was seamless with the booking team & everything we arranged while there, from in home meals, to massages, to tours was on time! (we were not expecting that in Mexico so it was a welcomed surprise!) We will 1000% stay here again, we are already looking at booking again next year! Highly recommend.

The views from the house were of the Land's End Arches. First, Cabo Villas set us up with everything we could possibly need- from transport, contact for travels around Cabo, recommendations, but most importantly our house manager- Yvonne! She was incredible! Her meals were amazing, better than anything we found in any restaurant. She became a small part of our family while we were there ( we tried to entice her to come home with us, but said her boss would be upset and we totally understand why...AMAZING!). We have already planned our next trip. Unfortunately Villa MiraMar was already taken. We are not worried because Cabo Villas won't let us down!

It started with the very helpful Amber Horowitz helping plan the entire trip. She set up great excursions, arranged transportation, helped with dinner reservations. She really helped make the trip a vacation. All of the staff, Oscar, Edgar, Chef Abraham, Eduardo and all made the trip truly memorable. The housekeeping staff was outstanding as well. The house was clean from top to bottom, we didn't have one complaint. I would recommend renting through Cabo Villas, and would definitely recommend this house. We will definitely be back.

The villa is beautifully laid out. The view is everything- completely unobstructed! Window walls push back on the entire first floor- dreamy! It was a short ride to town when needed (dinners out, boat rental). Security gate to the neighborhood made us feel super safe. Kids loved the pool and spa, parents loved drinks around the fire pit at sunset watching the waves. The walk to the beach is fairly short, but the path is a little odd (seems like it’s actually a drainage ditch?) but it worked for us and allows easy access from the villa. Waves were enormous and fantastic to witness. Loved bringing in catering and bartender but was nice to be able to visit the neighboring resort for some meals. Thanks to Kimberly, for helping me plan my third Cabo Villas visit in 2 years. Never want to leave. We will be back!

An immaculately maintained home that is perfectly provisioned. Highly recommend the Chile & Lime chef services - Ricardo and Liz were beyond amazing. The massage therapists from Suzanne Morel were some of the best we’ve ever had. Hector, our concierge was very attentive and the housekeeping staff keeps the place very clean. What a wonderful trip - we will return!

Alexandria was wonderful and so helpful with organizing our trip prior to arrival and Giovani was amazing once we got to Villa de La Luz. Giovani answered all of my calls and questions no matter the time of day/night. We had a wonderful experience and will be back!

The Villa was well prepared for our visit. The amenities were second to none. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen with all of the modern amenities. An outstanding heated pool, and upstairs deck with a fireplace, cooking grille, and dining space for as many as 8 comfortably. Exceedingly attentive staff: Kim Zamora, our initial planning and pre-arrival ordering assistant, and Julie Cooper, our Villa Specialist, helped us arrange an amazing vacation. Helpful but not overbearing. Luis Alcantar was the absolute best concierge (destination specialist) we have worked with in all of our travels. His flexibility from arranging drivers on short notice, to scheduling a physician to come to the Villa for PCR COVID testing as required for our flights, to getting groceries and supplies. Finally, Luis scheduled our amazing private chef, Manuel Ek from A Matter of Taste Caterers and his assistant Marco Pedro, who prepared the most delectable and generously proportioned meals imaginable. This was truly a FIVE STAR experience from reservations to departure.

The home is well stocked with modern appliances, comfortable spaces , 3 king bedrooms each with en-suite bath (one BR is twins assembled to be a king), great kitchen and the best pool and view!! Beach chairs and umbrella. Beach towels, comfy linens, great concierge. We loved that it’s right up the hill from town and you can walk there and to the marina. We rented a car from Cabo villas and it all went smoothly. Had dinner at the Waldorf next door (where our daughter was married last year), went on several great water excursions. Also had lovely dinner at Flora and Seven Seas (need to drive closer to San Jose) and one of the best dinners we cooked fish for ourselves. On site caterer was great for the one dinner, lovely service and meal but they did overcook our steak so maybe need oversight if you use them.

Alexandria made sure everything went smooth and that we had a relaxing vacation. Villa Deseo was exactly as shown in the pictures and the description. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my trips to Cabo.

Ocean views, private pool / jacuzzi, modern and beautiful. Perfect stay for Cabo!

The property is maintained so well, we think it looks better now than it did 17 years ago! The rooms are great (we normally opt for the 1 bedroom with a kitchen and washer/dryer), we enjoy the restaurants (La Casona and Parilla Grill...and we really like Bella California next door), and the staff is amazing (Angela, the manager of the restaurants has been there since our first visit and she is simply the best!). We know there are plenty of hotel options in Cabo (lots of NEW ones) but we are so happy with Villa La Estancia we honestly aren't even willing to try anywhere else.

The house is hands down the best I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world and the pictures don’t do it justice. If I revisit Cabo I will always stay here. The team, chef, views, not a single expense was spared with this house and this team. 10/10

A perfect retreat to rest and relax. The house was absolutely beautiful and the staff even more amazing. From the moment we checked in until the hour we left, all our needs were taken care of. It was a perfect vacation.

Cabo Villas was wonderful to work with! I celebrated my business’s 30 year anniversary and brought my team here. The family that prepares the meals were the absolute sweetest people! We had them prepare breakfast every day and it was delicious! The villa was spotless! I organized a beach dinner with one of the caterers Cabo Villas recommended called A Matter of Taste catering and events. I have used several caterers for different events I have hosted and this company was by far one the best I have ever had! The food was incredible and the presentation was absolutely beautiful! Extremely creative with their food. I also used Creative Destination Events by Susan Morel for the decorations. The table was stunning! They were prompt and extremely helpful with the vision I was looking for. I can not say enough wonderful things about all these companies, everything was perfect! We will definitely be returning! Perfect location in Cabo! Thanks again for everything!!

We had a great time. The accommodation is not new and sparkling and needs an update. But all of this is made up for by the proximity to town and the beaches. All our needs were taken care of by the staff and answers to questions were readily available. We had 9 people staying at the Villa and it did not feel cramped. We would happily return for another kick at Cabo time.

We had a group of 14 for a bachelorette party, which worked out well but comfortably I wouldn’t do more than 12. In room 3, it states a queen size pull out but it looked more like a twin & there isn’t room to pull it out. (Literally my only remark on the villa). Other than that everything was amazing. Alex, our Cabo Specialist was very attentive and assisted with all the planning beforehand. With transportation, catering and decor recommendations. Angel was the concierge onsite and he was also very attentive and responsive. He assisted us with everything we needed, from getting ice to calling us Taxis that weren’t preplanned. We had the same 2 drivers - Vicente and Victor who were also so great! Everything was a 10/10 and every single person enjoyed the trip so much! I would 10000% book through Cabovillas again!! ps - this house has LOTs of stairs so keep that in mind and maybe add that to the listing description :)

! Pictures do not do this view justice. There are no words that would do it justice either. It is absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful, easy to reach, and organized. I can't wait to find another excuse to rent this property. BEST TRIP EVER!! 10/10 recommend!

The villa was comfortable, well furnished, spacious, and we loved the game room. Loved the pool and view. The house staff were wonderful and the chef prepared the yummiest meals. Alex at Cabo Villas was fantastic with arranging everything and answering our millions of questions. Can't wait for the next trip!

Just wish the pool was warm, we used the spa a lot. Kimberly was a great, she arranging everything for us, stress free. We would definitely use Cabovillas again.

Alexandria helped us set everything up before the trip and Hector was a a wonderful concierge. They really made the trip seamless and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this beautiful villa and the awesome people that hosted us!

I highly recommend the chef services. Once we arrived, Pedro was available 24/7, literally. He set up transportation, COVID tests, anything. The house is perfection and the housekeeping services were perfect (we barely even knew she was there, but did everything). We LOVED our trip and will be back! Thank you CaboVilla’s and Pedro!!!
