Perfect accomodations, Perfect location, Perfect support from our concierge, Ivan

I’ve already recommended this place to many of my colleagues- it’s just that great. Amazing views, quiet location, top notch amenities. A bargain in Pedregal.

Every element of our stay exceeded expectations. The bedrooms are HUGE and all of them feel like master bedrooms with big, beautiful bathrooms. The pool and outdoor spaces are so well thought out and everything just flows. The gym has fantastic equipment and a stunning view. We took full advantage of the massage rooms and had masseuses come for the girls one day. In the end, it’s not the house, the views or even the weather – but the staff. We felt completely spoiled and like they predicted every need. They surprised us with a cake, pinata, sparklers and more for the birthdays! We ate all meals at the house and the chefs are outstanding. My husband is still scratching his head on how they cooked 18 steaks to perfection at the same time!? This is 5 star-luxury with faultless service!

My nephew booked Casa Stella from December 27/2021 to January 8/2022. Our group of16 had a wonderful time at the villa. We could not ask for anything more. The situation of the villa is great, accommodation facilities were really nice, gym, swimming pool and hot tub were very inviting all the time. Food and drinks were great throughout the day. Our stay there was made happy and comfortable because of friendly and courteous service we received from all the staff members of Casa Stella. It was pleasure to deal with Concierge Juan Imperial and his assistant Louis all the time. To appreciate the wonderful service we received from the staff of Casa Stella, I will be sending a photo album I have prepared of our trip to Los Cabos.

The Cabo Villas team provided excellent services, from booking the trip to ordering the final taxi to the airport. They were responsive, accommodative, and very professional. The villa exceeded our expectations and we're happy to recommend working with Cabo Villas and/or staying at Villa Fiesta.

Pablo was fantastic - very responsive and helpful. Chef for dinner and chef for breakfast were excellent.

Originally scheduled for March 2020, but we ended postponing the trip. The management company was understanding of our situation and let us keep the credit to apply for the future trip. I was very appreciative of that. This villa was perfect. Had everything we wanted. Close to town. 24/7 concierge service that was able to call us shuttle whenever we needed a ride to town and back.

We stayed at an amazing place with a very attentive concierge. At every step of the planning process and while in Cabo, I felt like I had a partner making sure my trip would be trouble-free and very memorable. Thank you Cabo Villas!!

Everything was perfect! We stayed at the beautiful Land's End Villa, which accommodated all of us with ease. We really enjoyed being in one house together as opposed to a hotel where we would be separated at night. Bravo to the Cabovillas staff for helping me plan. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Book your trip....you will love it!

The villa was amazing. Jonathan and the house staff were so helpful and accommodating. The planning process couldn't have been easier. Alex was so responsive and so patient with our questions (there were a lot!). She made the planning (on the heels of Covid) as stress free as possible and we couldn't be more grateful for that! We'll definitely be returning to Villa Descanso and planning through Alex!

Close to the beach (5 min ride) and more than enough space in the house. Great view of the marina. Thanks CaboVillas and team for the great trip!

Easy walk to Esperanza Beach Club and water. Villa was just as described - plenty of space. We had five couples and it was perfect. Never even used the basement family room. Outdoor space and pool were amazing. Ate and had drinks at Esperanza resort. We loved our stay and Pablo was great!

“Pedrigal” was very safe & gated community. Elderly Parents were in beautiful bedroom on ground floor that saved them from climbing stairs. Upstairs bedrooms were also all en suite & beautiful. Pool & Jacuzzi were used most days & evenings. “Courtyard Cafe” was short walk away & served great breakfast & lunch. Cabos Villas Staff were very attentive & we used private car service a lot. We had a memorable Family vacation & we all agreed we would return to Villa De Luz.

The house was STUNNING, the concierge (Gio) and cleaning staff was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the arrangements were fantastic. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again for everything!

It was so nice to be able to walk to everything from the villa with only a small hill just at the steps. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and balcony. The jacuzzi is very spacious as well. The master suite was also very nice, with easy access to the patio. I would definitely come back again!

The team was exceptional in helping us both prepare and feel supported while there. Alex helped a ton with arranging activities and answering our laundry list of questions. Pablo was fantastic as our concierge-- he was available 24/7 to provide us a variety of services, including shuttles and re-stocking our kitchen. Thank you for the most fabulous bachelorette I could have ever imagined!!!

Beautiful property and exceptional hosts - everyone was prompt and polite. They took care of everything and allowed us to focus solely on our vacation - not cleaning, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a VIP experience on a trip.

We were a little worried about staying in an AIR BNB in Mexico, but we felt extremely safe. Our concierge was excellent. From the views to the housekeeping, everything was spectacular!!! 10/10 recommend

Pool is fabulous, kitchen is great!

You can walk to downtown in a couple of minutes, so it’s very convenient. Our concierge Angel was great, as well as Alexandria, who helped me book all the things I needed including shuttles to and from the airport.

We could see the whales breaching from the patios. Kimberly planned our activities and Ivan made sure everything went smoothly. Great experience!

Beth went above and beyond to accommodate myself as well as the 13 other people who were joining me on this trip. We were traveling for my sister's bachelorette and I could not have pictured it to go as smoothly as it did. I booked a number of accommodations through her including transfers, chef services, and a boat tour. She was also able to answer any questions that I had and responded very quickly to emails and phone calls. As soon as we landed in Cabo I received a text message from Ivan our concierge, providing us with his phone number and letting us know that the villa would be ready when we arrived. Beth set up a transfer to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the villa. We planned to make a stop at Costco in order to pick up things we would need for the villa. Costco was on the way to the villa so we did not have to go out of the way or anything. When we arrived at the villa, Ivan was there and greeted us with chips, salsa, and margaritas. The pictures of Hacienda Edith do not do it justice. We could not believe what we were walking into when we finally arrived. It was like something out of a dream. From the rooms to the views, every inch of this property is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The property manager was also there and showed us around the entire villa. He explained where everything was and asked if we had any questions for him. Chef Ricardo and another chef were already there cooking us dinner when we arrived at the villa. Carlos and Moan (our waiter and waitress) came a little while after and they were absolutely amazing. They took care of our every need during our meals. I set up multiple meals throughout our entire trip, and the same staff was there for every meal which was fantastic. The chef arrived an hour before each meal and the staff stayed to clean up everything. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere in the kitchen. They were all absolutely incredible and the food was outstanding. The next day by the pool, Carlos and Moan

Ivan took great care of us, and assisted is with a cabs and ordering water bottles. He provided us assistance within moments of texting him.

Pedro was awesome and made our trip super easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and had all the amenities you could think of. And the view was breathtaking. We’d definitely stay here again!

The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house itself was perfect for the 6 adults. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and the kitchen had everything you could need. The concierge (Pedro) was such an added bonus and so helpful with making sure we had reliable transportation etc. No complaints and will be staying here again!

The house was fantastic and as advertised.

Our arrivals were staggered but transportation from the airport to the house was seamless. Upon arrival, they had a pitcher or margaritas and some fantastic chips & salsa. Hector was our concierge and he walked us through the property & community rules upon arrival and throughout the trip he was a great resource for rides and information. The house itself is nice- the kitchen was stocked well with glassware, plates, utensils, and pans that we used it several times during our stay. The main bedrooms were all very comfy and I heard no complaints from the guys sleeping on the pullouts. The Pool area was definitely the cherry on top. Although it’s unheated, coming in from a night out and taking a quick dip, or jumping in first thing in the morning was a godsend. The location was perfect for us as well. There were several convenience, grocery, and liquor stores basically 100 meters away and you were in the heart of the marina/downtown within 5-7 minutes. In addition there was an excellent coffee shop just down the street. If I had any complaints, it would be that I wish we were told that the grill was charcoal only. Other than that, I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve already mentioned it to other friends & family who are planning trips in the future.

This is my second stay here, the proximity to downtown Cabo San Lucas makes it one of my favorite AirbnBs. In less than 15 minutes you can be to the marina boardwalk from the front door of the villa. The views are spectacular, and the house itself is spacious and clean. Thank you for the great stay!

The staff was terrific, especially Luis who really helped us whenever we needed him (Taxi - Extra Beverages). The location was terrific, facility beautiful & views spectacular. The house was wonderful - we had 6 guests (2 couples and 2 individuals) and we had plenty of room! We loved that we could easily walk down the street to be in the downtown area, while also feeling very secluded at night. The pool and outdoor patio area are great! We made breakfast and sat outside every morning. Pablo was AMAZING while we were in town - he was helpful with anything we needed (even when we accidentally locked ourselves out at 10pm!!). Truly a game changer while traveling. I would easily stay at Villa Carolina again!

The communication was impeccable. The house was clean and the location was excellent in a secluded private neighborhood. Views from the house were also insane. Would 10/10 stay here again
