"5 stars, 10/10, A+, incredible."
We took a group of 30 guys to Cabo for 5 days and 4 nights for a bachelor party. As you can imagine there is lots of planning involved to ensure we had everything we needed, and Kim not only gave us all the info we needed, she patiently answered all of our questions in perfect details. Our airport shuttles, across 6 groups, and 15 flights, somehow went off without a hitch. And When we arrived at the house the full pre-stock order was ready to go! All we had to do when we got there was be in awe of the amazing view, crack open a beer, and enjoy life. Then once we got there, Angel and his crew took care of us from the moment we stepped foot into the house to when we left. This included a new grocery run each day, vans to and from different bars and events, and the cleaning crew to make the place look mostly like new each morning. He responded quickly, was proactive about things, and was a very kind person in general. This is my 3rd time staying in a CaboVillas house and I don't think I could do it any other way going forward. 5 stars, 10/10, A+, incredible. THANK YOU!!!

"Truly Beautiful"
I agree with everyone in saying the pictures don't do it justice. We also felt extremely safe given the gated community. We thought we'd spend more time at the beach but honestly had everything we needed by the pool. My only critique/warning is if you put the address in your phone and map it, it won't take you to the house. So definitely made it tricky when we would run errands and get rides back from transportation methods not affiliated with the villas.

The Pedregal is incredibly safe, beautiful and close to all the activities in Cabo. We recommend booking transportation services with us in advance, or by calling your concierge when in Cabo. Our concierges use a reputable taxi company that know all of the villa locations. Many Uber drivers do not and we're sorry that got tricky. Your concierge is available 24/7 and happy to assist with all your needs! We hope to welcome you back to Cabo again soon!

"An Amazing Experience"
The villa has amazing vantage points for beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets!! Evan more amazing was the service provided to us by our concierge, Pablo, and our housekeeper, Yvonne. Pablo arranged rides for our group without hesitation and made sure all of our prearranged services were in order. Yvonne treated us to a delicious assortments of breakfasts on the terrace each morning of our stay. Her friendly and warm personality made our stay even more superb. I can’t recommend staying here enough. We’re already planning our next stay!

After this trip I would consider staying at any other of their villas. Service is top notch - I texted our concierge for anything we needed which made it so easy. The housekeepers clean up every day, the chef / food service is available as needed, and if we needed a ride we just needed to give a 30 minutes notice. The staff is super nice and helpful! The villa itself is gorgeous - there were 10 of us that stayed very comfortable and there are so many different areas to hang out outside. We spent a whole day just hanging out by the pool. It's also not very far from the bars or the beach. I can't say enough how much we loved staying here!

"This Villa was literally breath taking"
The pictures truly do not do it justice. I will 100% be coming back here. Besides the actual house being incredible, the accomodations were also 10/10. There is a maid service, 24 hour concierge, optional massages, amongst other things. I cannot rave about this place enough. This home was located in the Beverly Hills of Cabo, the neighborhood was nice, quiet & well secured. The actual home was BEAUTIFUL, everything was clean & tidy & it was so much space for a large group. The scenery was to die for! Our concierge Ivan was wonderful, his communication was A1! We were greeted with delicious margaritas with chips & salsa. I informed him the night before that I would like to rent a rental car, this next morning the rental was delivered to the home & all I needed to do was provide my info to the rental car employee & pay. The housekeeper Carmen arrived on our second day & completed her cleaning. There is really nothing I disliked about my stay at this home. The only thing that you may want to be aware of when booking is that the house is located in the hills & if you don’t pay attention you will get lost going to the home or exiting the neighborhood. The security was nice to escort us on our first 2 days of staying. Other than that this place was wonderful, I will definitely book with them again!
