"Casa Mirador Fabulous View and incredible Kitchen"
Fabulous pacific views with whales off shore. Accommodations are for adults only, as the topography would be challenging for toddlers. Spent 7 nights with 10 adult children, cooking, game playing and relaxing. I give it a 10. The Staff, Flor, Mattie and Jose were great and Ivan our concierge was always available.

It’s in Pedragal which is an exclusive community and very very safe. This house was amazing! It was perfect for older couples and the house was very spacious! To start off, the staff (Flor and Mattie) were AMAZING! They took care of us everyday and showed us around the house. The bedrooms were very comfortable all with views of the ocean. The kitchen in this house has EVERYTHING! It was great for cooking or we had a chef come a few nights. We stayed in the villa 6/7 nights, there is so much to do in the villa from board games, to pool, table tennis, you can walk to tennis and pickle courts (.5miles away). The view is to die for- from sunrise to sunset. The concierge took care of everything - helping us with cabs, tours, etc. We did an in villa tequila tasting and mariachi band which would recommend! . Highly recommend staying here!

The house is beyond amazing with plenty of room for all 14 of us. The ocean views from each floor. The food prepared by chef and his staff was better than 99% of restaurants. They had the freshest food and prepared amazing dishes. They truly made made this a once in a lifetime experience! But we hope to do it again very soon. I highly recommend Cabo Villas and especially the Mantea Caso Cabo. Friends who weren’t there were so jealous!!!!

We got to the place and this was exactly what we were looking for, the view was stunning, the living area was fantastic. Very conveniently located to supermarket and great restaurants. You can spend a nice vacation here, looking at the view for the roof top with the fire pit was just a dream. If you are like me whom like cooking, check the seafood provider just about half a mile from the villa, amazing! Fresko and Vinoteca are about a mile or less, very convenient, but you would need a car. Taxis and Uber and private transport - wow that is expensive - a car would be handy if you are into bringing food and drinks up to the house . Great restaurants around. We loved our stay and Cabovillas did a great job as our hosts! We will repeat here!

"Heaven on the Pacific"
The whales were very active in December so we had daily entertainment from the ocean. The house could use some new appliances but is well maintained. The daily housekeeper was very thorough and did a wonderful job keeping us fresh with linens. Great concierge service by Angel, tending to our transportation needs to town for dinners.

I must say that it was better then expected. The house service from Fertinoto was superb. The 24/7 availability and superior service from Pablo, the concierge , was nothing short of whatever service you needed at a moment’s call. The house, Oh My Goodness, was huge, comfortable, inviting and the perfect Villa for our stay! Avis was on point with the delivery and pickup of the car rental! The massage, pedicure and manicure in-house service set up by Pablo was the icing on the cake. Of course the accommodations were made possible with the friendliness and professionalism of Amber and Alexandria.

"Wonderful New Year's week at Villa Bougainvillea"
Very well apportioned home allowed two couples with children their own private space with plenty of communal area for us to congregate and enjoy. Home was cleaned daily and staff would come around regularly to maintain grounds. We elected to pre-stock our villa which was certainly convenient if not much more expensive than shopping yourself. There is a small bodega at the entrance of Pedragal where you can buy large jugs of water, beer, soda, and snacks for far less. If you have a car the Costco and other large grocery stores would be more economical. We elected to have a few catered dinners through Cabovillas catering partners that we very much enjoyed. We had a taco bar upon arrival which is far better than a "taco bar." Absolutely delicious after a day of travel. Be aware that Pedragal is extremely hilly with cobblestone streets and tripping hazards on sidewalks (as you are always looking out at the ocean or beautiful homes!) If you have ambulatory issues it may prove difficult to move around without a car or golf cart. We personally did not mind walking the hills, but I could see this being an issue for some. We look forward to returning!

And for 40K a week things should work! Such as the ceiling fans (when we arrived there were no batteries in the remotes) the safes didn’t work and the outside door to our pool area didn’t lock. There were unsavory people sleeping on the beach right outside our villa, so it would be nice for the extra security of a locking door that worked. So, for the amount of money they charge these things should be fixed. On the other side, the customer service was great!

"Amazing Villa"
The property is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The location is also extremely walkable to the harbor and other stores. The pool is so refreshing - perfect water temp & deep, which was nice. The pictures on this listing are very pretty, but they do not do it justice as when you first see it. Very quiet (beyond the construction noise next door). We loved our stay and will be back.

"Another Great Vacation!"
The location and layout of the place worked perfectly for our needs. The floor plan allowed us to all hang out in the same area, but also gave us space to getaway from the group activities if we wanted. Bedrooms are all good size, beds were great and each room had its own individual private bathroom. We had a wonderful time and this is the second year that we have stayed there. There seemed to be several small things that needed some repair or upgrading, but it did not keep us from still enjoying our stay. Fortunato (our in house care giver), immediately responded to any problems or questions that we had, and worked to take care of everything to help make our stay enjoyable and run smoothly. We loved our vacation of 5 nights and it was difficult to leave to head home!
