Perfect for us and our two adult children. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor space. Pablo, our host was very helpful in providing transportation back to the airport, and a few other requests. He was extremely responsive when we called or messaged him with questions and needs. The kitchen cabinets can use some TLC, but the rest of the interior was really nice. We would definitely make a return visit! The location is perfect and close to a shopping area and other really beautiful restaurants. Loved the location!!

Luckily I stumbled upon the Villa Diamante de Law. This is a full-on mansion. It felt like we were on an MTV show walking through all three stories of this stunning house, complete with a professional kitchen, Sonos sound system, infinity pool and hot tub, and a breathtaking view of the ocean, El Arco, and the Marina. However, none of these amenities compared to the excellent service that Giovanni provided. His 24/7 concierge service came through every day of the trip, literally saving our lives with van rides to and from the villa. It was like having a personal friend in a foreign country. We can’t thank you enough Gio!

Wow! Nik made the process very easy, and the website does not do the view, the team, or the entire experience justice. I highly recommend using Cabo Villas! The only feedback I have is that I was slightly confused by "gratuity" versus the extra 16% service fees that are added to every single thing, so once we were down there I felt like the crew was asking for more and I thought I had already paid service fees, and I had tipped in cash throughout the weekend (it was awkward). Basically, be sure to ask about that ahead of time (they absolutely deserve gratuity but the asking my guests for more was not my favorite). The villa also does not have an address, so travel as a group and remember to tell the taxi drivers it is in Pedregal. Other than that, fantastic stay! Thank you, Nik!

The views of the ocean from all patios and balconies were also top notch. Rooms were cool during the heat, and the pool was great too. We underestimated the walk in and out of Pedregal, as the streets are at several different inclines, and take a little bit of work if you plan to walk. Most instances a cab is needed. All six of us had a spectacular time, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Kimberly was very helpful in helping me plan the trip, set up COVID tests to return, scheduling airport transfers and connecting me to the amazing event planner, Suzanne Morel. Luis was our rockstar concierge who among other things, saved the day scheduling a last minute boat tour. Jonathan and all of the house staff were the best! The meals prepared by the house staff were amazing. We will be back!!!

We went for 5 days and stayed at Villa Tequila for one of my friend's bachelorette and honestly we had no complaints. The service was amazing and our concierge Roberto was available 24/7 making our stay so much more pleasant by helping us every step of the way with everything we needed. Highly recommend trying their chef's service, totally worth the price and so convenient when you stay at a private villa. The location was perfect, so close to everything. Will be back soon!

From the house, to the concierge & everything in between this was the best experience ever. Pablo was beyond helpful. You feel like you are VIP the whole time. Such a safe area with no worries & troubles. Highly recommend & cannot wait to come back.

Villa was pretty much as the pictures looked. Just a few minor maintenance issues the water in 2 bedrooms got warm at best and the chair in the office was broken and needs to be replaced other than that great views and excellent staff!

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to surf, golf and San Jose del Cabo restaurants. Will book again!

It’s a short drive to downtown area, but very nice beaches to visit nearby. Luis was very helpful during our stay and gave us some really good recommendations on dining. We were greeted with margaritas and chips with salsa, that was a plus.

Definitely plan a chef to come for dinner and they will impress you. The accommodations that CaboVillas offer make your trip extremely easy and stress free

Amenities are top notch and location is privileged. The communication with CaboVillas and our concierge was excellent. A great experience overall, 100% recommended.

Speedy 24/7 concierge, plenty of space and a great price.

We had a party of 15 plus people and I dont believe we even took advantage of all aspects of the property. The only real negative was the length of time it took to get on property once you entered the neighborhood but other than that - it was amazing. You all have an incredible staff and we were accommodated every step of the way. We look forward to coming back to Cabo and staying at the venue once again!

Nice and roomy pleasant place to relax and take in the views. Just a small walk to the tennis/ Pickle ball courts. Our family was very comfortable and able to relax in the pool and look at the ocean. The cleanliness of this place was great. The house has lots of stairs make sure you are up for that. One master room on top level others are down. All the showers are spacious and nice. Getting to town was easy the concierge set us up with a driver and he was always able to drive us to our needs. You can see the sunset and beach from the pool area simply breathtaking. I can't wait to go back to Cabo.

We had a good time, just be aware of the hilly surfaces, almost mountain like hills.

Incredible views, clean, and great amenities. The beach access from the neighborhood was our favorite part!

It was us and our two teenage kids and there was plenty of space. The house is exactly as described. It is in a great location with short walk to the marina and main town. Small but very well stocked supermarket called California Ranch at the bottom of the hill (5min walk) which is convenient (not cheap though). House was immaculately clean and the check in process was super easy. We were met by our concierge Héctor who was fantastic and helped us throughput our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!

Beautiful views. The concierge service was super responsive and made us feel right at home. We were there to celebrate 40th birthdays and couldn't have picked a better spot.

The place was huge, nice but with an authentic Mexican feel. The view was beautiful and location was perfect. It’s a short walk to Pedregal beach. The concierge was quick to respond to all of our needs and called us taxis wherever we were which made things so easy. CaboVillas arranged everything for us, including Covid tests, a personal chef, and food/drinks for the house. For the price, this villa is amazing. The beds were very comfortable, and the temperature control was easy to regulate. The pool was not clean upon arrival, but the staff called the pool service people out right away to take care of it. There were a few minor items missing- such as coffee filters and cutting boards- and the WiFi signal in the bedrooms was spotty (main area worked fine) but these little things did not impact our stay and we would definitely stay here again! As other reviewers mentioned, the layout of the bedrooms is very spread out with each room having its own separate outdoor entrance, which makes this house perfect for a few families or couples to stay at. Thank you to CaboVillas for making our trip so easy and enjoyable!! We will be back!

We just had a girls/bachelorette weekend at the house and it was beautiful. The house is huge and the views are amazing. We didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

!! Middle of EVERYTHING!!! Cabo San Lucas a short 15 min drive up, and (less crowded) San Jose De Los Cabos a short 5 min drive to the center plaza! Pool was nice!!! We had a private chef cook us breakfast a few days and the morning view was STUNNING!!!!! Villa is in gated community with super nice staff! The grounds are impeccably kept! The villa was massive (for just two of us) but worth the legroom! If you surf, you can see the Rock from the patio, and Zippers is a short 2 min drive! Maid service is provided and the place always smells clean! We truly felt like we were at home!!! We didn’t want to leave! But we will surely be booking this villa again!!! Cabo Villas is a trustworthy company that comes through far and above what was expected! They had a Jeep waiting for us at the villa, which came in handy for our East Cape escapades!!!! Luis let us borrow his Bluetooth speaker, a must poolside! Do yourself a favor.. splurge and book your villa through Cabo Villa!!!!! They will take care of EVERYTHING!

Beautiful views. I felt safe, security was great. The concierge, (Angel) was awesome, very attentive, Proffessional. He went over and beyond and was very helpful. The house cleaning staff was wonderful as well! Thanks for a great experience.

Everything was perfect including the gorgeous home, landscaping and patio area. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also, Hector was fabulous and always available for anything we needed. He even got us all scheduled for parasailing. Definitively an A+ experience!

Alex was a great CaboVilla representative who assisted with all of our many need prior to arriving in Cabo! Angel was the best concierge and was so informative and responded in such a timely manner. I felt connected to our plans for such a large group the entire time because of the organization of CaboVillas!

5 min to downtown, the chef and staff were really helpful and very nice! We didnt have to do anything they did it all! I would highly recommend this place!

We were a group of 7 and we had plenty of space. The house is spacious and the view from the balcony and pool area is gorgeous. Please know that the Villa is in a community called Pedegral and the access is not the most convenient. Otherwise it is absolutely beautiful.

The pictures are accurate but it doesn’t do justice to what it really is in person. It is very spacious and could easily spend a whole day here without having to leave since the concierge can get just about anything you want, from food to transportation, and even COVID-19 testing. The only downside is the cost for transportation going in and out of this gated community, so you might consider getting a rental. Overall I would stay again!
