Amazing views throughout the property. Everything was very clean! The stay from start to finish was everything you can imagine. Waking up to the ocean breeze was something I want To do everyday.

There is a view of the ocean and a patio door to the pool area from every room. The beds are comfy and the showers are great. You can walk to the same beach as Grand Velas shares, very few vendors and access to the restaurant. Through cabovillas.com you can coordinate massages, manis and pedis, or chef services. We will definitely book this villa again!

What a beautiful mexican house in Pedregal. The house is just as described and well stocked for your stay. 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom, lovely home made decor around the villa makes it feel like home. The maid service is great too. We spent most days in the wonderful pool and spa area where we enjoyed the sun and peace and quiet of the area. We ordered the breakfast / margarita packages which were awesome and we'll worth it, thank you Marco. Our nights were spent in down town Cabo where you can enjoy great restaurants and bars around the marina. Drinks back at home to play some pool and chill. Take a short walk to see the Pacific ocean and beach to watch the whales and see the fishing boats coming and going. Don't miss a chance to take a glass bottom boat to the arch, a wonderful sight. We would definitely stay at this beautiful villa again.

Kimberly and her team at Cabo Villas stepped in and helped plan/coordinate our weekend get away for my best friends bachelor party. The villa is located near the top of the hill in the safe and conveniently located community called Pedragal (15 min drive to the DT corridor). Once we opened the doors we knew it was gonna be a great weekend, the villa was clean and fit all 14 guests comfortably. Pablo was our onsite host and was able to help with our transportation and any reservations we needed throughout the trip. Id highly recommend Cabo Villas and would definitely book a large group with them again!

The property is magnificent. The landscaping was gorgeous, the rooms were spacious, the sound system in every room was fun, the pool and hot tub were amazing we swam every day and night. There is even access to the beach in walking distance. One of the rooms has an outdoor shower which was really amazing to shower outdoors in privacy. I am so very happy that we stayed here. Our concierge Angel was SO helpful, kind, and accommodating. He was so responsive I don’t think it took more than 5 minutes to hear back from him. He arranged our taxis to town, sent someone out when we had an issue with the sound system, picked up alcohol and snacks for us, and was beyond helpful and kind. Our cleaning person Lucy was one of the best parts of the entire trip. She cleaned every room in the house from top to bottom daily. She cleaned the windows, the kitchen, she did laundry for us, and deep cleaned the rooms. I was shocked when I came into the bathroom and saw she’d even organized and put away all of my makeup that was strewn across the bathroom counter. The only negative comment I have is that twice we were told by security to turn down the pool bar music when it was mid day (between 3-7) when we were told quiet hours started at 10pm. And there was another house close by that was playing music much louder than us late at night. That was a small complaint in an otherwise magical, life-changing, stellar, vacation. We have all traveled to many countries and cities all over the world and we are all in agreement Cabo Villas is the best, top of the line. I recommend 10/10!!

..the crown jewel of El Pedregal was the perfect setting for my 60th birthday party with 22 of my guests. i hadnt shared a picture with any of them and watched their surprised faces as they walked into the villa and experienced the house and saw the view! Every detail of the villa was very well thought out as were the incredible furnishings, coral collections and beautiful folklore artifacts in very corner of every room. Each room was stunning...linens, towels and even room personalized robes !! To top the trip off was the incredible staff...led by Lorenzo who has been the chef for over 15 years. We also used some outside help for the party that included flowers, entertainment and party decor. The Trip will live on in the memories of the guests as a once in lifetime trip !!! This is a 6 star villa with a full staff of super friendly professionals.

Let's just say we were so glad it was postponed and not cancelled. The trip was help in mid May 2021 for 23 guests and we arrived in Cabo San Lucas in small groups. From the moment we arrived at the villa we were overcome with how enormous it is and the location was simply spectacular. The villa is located high on a cliff top (what it took to construct this villa is mind boggling) and the photos on the website do not do this villa justice. The home was enormous, much larger than we imagined it would be. So much detail has been put into the design and styling of this home, each room is very different than the next and someone with a great amount of design skill, taste and knowledge of Mexican culture, customs and design worked very hard to create this masterpiece high on the cliff top. The cliff top location is located in El Pedregal which is a very exclusive neighborhood that's very centrally located in Cabo and would be considered the Beverly Hills / Malibu or Bel Air of Cabo San Lucas. This location is where celebrities and CEO's make their vacation palaces come to life. The villa is at the very top and end cul de sac of the drive to the top of El Pedregal neighborhood. Now back to the design: with every corner you turn or step you take, another high end designer piece or wall art or ceiling treatment greets you. There was no expenses spared in the design of this home. Every bedroom has it's own name and even the towels in the bathroom of each ensuite bedroom / bathroom, are embroidered with the name of that bedroom. And you don't get 2-4 towels in each bathroom, there are baskets full. Same goes for the pool area, there is the most adorable wooden donkey sculpture that sits as a piece of art and is filled with the most luxurious pool towels you'd ever want. On the pool deck there are at least 10-12 chaise lounges, a pool swim up bar, multiple seating areas for watching the ocean waves that crash 1000 feet below you. The setting is spectacular. Villa Lorena was more than we imagined from the pictures. The villa was exquisite! It was private, open, comfortable and homey but luxurious.

In short, Casa Stella was by far the best experience that I have had to date. When we visited Casa Stella in April 2021, it was one of the newest luxury properties in Pedregal, and we had a very large group (~20 within our party). The house is an architectural gem and is very well designed. Since every couple has their own suite (and because the common areas are spacious), we felt very comfortable, albeit our large group size. Most notably, Casa Stella had every conceivable amenity that made our experience truly unique and unforgettable (full-service kitchen staff, mountain top panoramic ocean views, infinity pool, theater room, gym, masseuse rooms, among others). The quality of service is comparable to that of a five-star resort and the food was excellent. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much, that we did not feel a need to leave the property. We cannot wait to go back.

Casa Stella is by far the top!! Every single detail is the best in it's class. The house itself has breathtaking views and location. The staff are unbelievable and impeccable. The food is five-star quality at every meal. Sitting in the pool and hot tub with a homemade margarita and watching the whales is my new favorite pastime! The two onsite spa treatment rooms offer incredible massages. The bedrooms are luxurious. We watched the Final Four in the home theater. The owners are extremely helpful, and they spared no expense in the design of this beautiful house. In summary, this is the top luxury property in the world. I am definitely returning!!!

.. stunning ocean view with all the amenities you could hope for, then some. Worked perfect for our large group of friends coming together to celebrate a birthday. Jonathan Valdivia Arizmendi was truly our real-life easy button! He looked after our every request, prepared amazing drinks, meals and oversaw all the kitchen planning and work. From grocery runs to exquisite meals and clean-up, he helped make our stay memorable and enjoyable. His working knowledge of English helped but most important he's just a good dude that takes pride in serving customers - and it shows. Gracias por una gran semana!

I had the most unbelievable 4 days at what I now refer to as as my little slice of heaven. From the gorgeous comfortable rooms, to the friendly attentive staff and the DELICIOUS meals I was basically wrapped in a swaddle and babied the entire time. Every detail is absolute perfection and the beds are AMAZING- which as we all know is hard to find on any vacation. I will be returning as soon as humanly possible. My mind still escapes back to Stella at least once a day...

I really can't say enough to how amazing our experience was. The villa is absolutely breathtaking. Every little corner was perfect for a photo opportunity. The rooms were clean and large with more than enough room for all 13 of us. Each room was very private with their own entrances. The were basically their own private wing of the house.The beds were very comfortable. Giovanni, our concierge, was extremely helpful. He was available to us whenever we needed him. He recommended two amazing restaurants with delicious food, great ambiance and beautiful views. He also organized all our transportation. Transportation to and from the villa was convenient and affordable. Giovanni was really the best! The only minor complaint we had was that there were some workers came in to fix the washer/dryer and clean the pool. We would have appreciated some notice because we were am bit surprised to see them. We had so many people reach out to us on social media to ask where we were staying because it was so beautiful. It was an amazing experience that we will be talking about for years to come. We would love to come back again in the near future!

Perfect location as it wasn’t too far from the town, just a short 8 min ride up Pedregal mountain. Very safe and an unforgettable view. The concierge makes it so nice it’s like you are at a private resort. Will absolutely stay again. I highly recommend booking the breakfast chef service!

The pictures really don't do it justice. It's even more beautiful in person. We all felt like we were in our own self contained resort. I'm grateful to the staff at Cabovillas.com and especially or concierge Hector for all of the assistance in making the weekend so memorable. Everyone is already eager to make it a yearly tradition.

It was perfect for two families, and had a fantastic outdoor space. Having access to the Beach Club was also a nice bonus for change of scenery. The staff at CaboVillas was very helpful, and made the vacation very relaxing. Would definitely stay at this property again!

It was a great trip and working with Cabo Villas was great. Our host, Giovanni, helped set up our grill by the pool after he made us salsa and margaritas! We grilled plenty of mahi mahi that week. Fishing was good enough to keep us well fed. We spent most of our time by the villas pool overlooking the marina. I also found the downstairs bedroom to be particularly great because it is very quiet and cool being on the lower level.

From the open air terrace, infinity pool, waterslide, and AMAZING view, you feel relaxed just by walking in. The staff is top notch from the concierge to the housekeeper and operations manager, this was one luxurious villa. The beach club and gym were great amenities. Thank you Amber for setting up a great experience. Those in-villas dinners were delicious and indulgent!

Kimberly made sure everything was set up prior to arrival. She had great recommendations for restaurants, activities and the area. Her responsiveness and knowledge are a huge asset. Luis was on top of everything from the moment we arrived to seeing off to the airport. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, as if it were our house. He also made it clear that he is available for any request, anytime, and will do all he can to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Lucy and the condition of the home was amazing. She arrived on time each day, cleaned inside and out. She was very considerate of us and adjusted where she was cleaning so she didn't disturb anyone. Each afternoon the house was spotless. The area was immaculate, safe and located far away from the busy crowds of Cabo. Plenty of space in the home for many guests. Excellent heated pool and hot tub. The roof deck has breathtaking views. The beds and linens are very comfortable, which is critical. You can hear the waves crashing each night. Better than expected.

We stayed at Villa Vista Del Mar, which had the most amazing view of the Sea of Cortez! Beautiful property! The concierge was very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Highly recommend!

We ended up at Villa Sebastian, wishing we had more time. Property was gorgeous, contemporary and super clean! Great view of the Pacific. We wanted for nothing! Highly suggest!

We had a group of 20 and we never felt crowded. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They cleaned everyday and set us up with everything we wanted to do from activities to dinner reservations to taxi service. You won't have to worry about a thing here just sit back and enjoy the weather and the view. Special thanks to Gio and Gris for making our vacation perfect.

It was definitely worth the wait. The large master suite on the main level was perfect for an older couple. The 2 large suites downstairs and the 4th smaller bedroom with twin beds worked out great. Everyone had plenty of space, and the home is very comfortable. We had a few small issues with AC and hot water, but those were quickly resolved by the property manager. The view from the back patio, pool, and hot tub is about the best you can get of the Cabo area. Also, the positioning of the house was perfect to block much of the wind that comes from the Pacific side. We have stayed in other villas in Pedregal, and some were so windy that it was hard to enjoy lounging by the pool. I have already mentioned this villa to several friends, and would happily recommend to anyone. It is actually nicer than the pictures online, and you will not be disappointed. We're ready to go back!

And it was due to the efforts of so many wonderful people! We had to extend our trip due to COVID to this year and I can honestly say it was so worth the wait!! Kim, of Cabo Villas helped in the planning efforts prior to our vacation and everything was seamless and perfect! Upon arrival, we were greeted with the most amazing staff and Villa Los Rocas took our breath away! It was truly amazing and accommodated our family of 14 perfectly! It was Mexican-style themed decor and beyond beautiful! The setting gorgeous! Lucero and Rudolfo were the most amazing hosts and we were served wonderful meals prepared by them! Felipe, Mary and Martha were such pleasant staff that also provided us with their services. We had the best drivers to greet us and outside activities that were all set up by Giovanni of Cabo villas. Everything was timely and perfect! I cannot rate this entire experience anything but perfect and highly recommend to anyone who desires the trip of a lifetime! Thank you to all that made this trip the most memorable experience ever!! We will be back!!

The speakers in the house are amazing the pool is relaxing the kitchen is perfect and the beds are comfy. Would highly recommend for a group trip.

The place is gorgeous, the pool felt amazing, the kitchen had everything we needed. Due to covid me mostly stayed in the villa and Hector and the team was great at arranging anything we needed. You can walk down to the beach (very pretty but not swimmable) but a warning, it is a fairly vertical walk so it can be tough for older people or people with mobility issues, especially in the midday sun. We traveled as a couple with a couple of friends and would certainly return.

We had a group of 6 women and the house was plenty big for all of us, we each could’ve almost had our own room! The pool was a perfect size for the six of us and our floats as well. I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time and would strongly recommend this house and most especially Cabo Villas! Cabo Villas made every single part of the trip easy breezy! Not long after booking a pre-trip concierge, Jessica, reached out and was helping me plan activities, catering, transportation, and in Villa Covid testing. Then on check in day our house concierge, Ivan, was at the house to welcome us and provide all the information we would need as well as review what we had pre-planned. Ivan was so helpful and responsive. This was seriously the easiest, most relaxing trip ever working with Cabo Villas! I will most definitely use Cabo Villas again and have already been recommending them to my friends.

The indoor-outdoor living was magic, as was watching the humpback whales from the patio! We will definitely return. CaboVillas couldn’t have been better to work with. Missing it already!!

El servicio es excelente!

We celebrated a bachelorette with 11 girls and had a great time! We partner with Cabovillas to book a chartered boat that absolutely breathtaking! Hector, our concierge was responsive, helpful and friendly- he literally made the entire vacation effortless! We also took advantage of the pre-stock options and it worked out super well! The space is gorgeous and each room has its own area and bathroom separated from the house. The photos really don’t do it justice! Be prepared for stairs!

No regrets

Located in the Pedregal area of Cabo, you are literally 5 minutes from the marina and within 10 -15 minutes from most golf courses in the area. There is a private beach for the Pedregal area but it is about a 15 minute walk from the Villa. Very nice, few people and no vendors. Security is tight in this neighborhood as you have to check in/out at their security gate. You will feel very safe there. Our group opted for breakfast every morning and about four dinners at the Villa. Yvonne is a great cook as the food was excellent at every meal. This is a very economical way to dine as well. As far as the views, cannot say enough. We were able to watch whales everyday from out vantage point, and fireworks a few nights that were directly in front of the Villa at the beach down below. The Villa in immaculate and the pool/hot but were tended to everyday. Maid service was daily and Rubi kept things spotless. I highly recommend this Villa for anyone considering a nice stay in Cabo.

Great ocean views and beach was only a two minute walk. Giovanni and the team at Cabo Villas were always a text or phone call away. Very attentive and would highly recommend!

We love that the community is gated and is only about 10 homes. You walk down the hill and the beach is right there. The beds are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool area is big and clean and the palapa provides a lot of shade. This is a charming home and we would rent it again!

I searched many properties and landed on Diamante de Law in Pedregal. It was the absolute perfect house for our group. Luis (amazing concierge the whole weekend) was there to greet us with fresh guacamole and margaritas. He sent a van on a moments notice whenever we needed them throughout the weekend, and setup whatever we needed for the villa. The views from up in the hills of Pedregal are outstanding. And security is very tight at the entrance - which made us always feel secure. We are already planning a trip back for a friends bachelor party later this year. Jessica has been a fantastic contact for me - answering my email questions immediately. So happy I chose Cabo & Cabovillas for our trip. Nothing but good things to say. Cheers.

The best part of the villa is walking outside on the back pool and patio area. The view is breathtaking and is what made this house so memorable is the Infiniti pool over looking the ocean. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. I can’t wait to do it myself!

It is well situated in the Pedregal neighborhood and its modern décor is breathtaking. The master suite is spectacular.
