The best part of the villa is walking outside on the back pool and patio area. The view is breathtaking and is what made this house so memorable is the Infiniti pool over looking the ocean. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. I can’t wait to do it myself!

It is well situated in the Pedregal neighborhood and its modern décor is breathtaking. The master suite is spectacular.

Every room looked out over the water and we spent many a day dining outdoors on the veranda. Our kids and nanny enjoyed their stay. During COVID it was the ultimate retreat that allowed us to enjoy the Cabo sun while staying safe and distant. We had access to a variety of activities including ATVs and dune buggies. We loved the private dining option that came with the villa. The location was amazing with access to the beach. The golf cart is great too!

My family can't stop talking about it. Amber Horowitz with Cabovillas helped me plan everything and then once I arrived Luis Alcantar made sure that everything ran smoothly. My family are the happiest they've been in a long time. Our house staff was amazing Sylvia, Johnathan and Peter, just magnificent. Thank you everyone for the most memorable vacation ever!!!!!

The 24/7 concierge service made us feel super safe and welcomed! The photos do not do this place justice!! Each room has its own bathroom and an amazing view! I will definitely be coming back!!

The view was stunning and we were able to see whales breach from the pool deck. Fortunado was an amazing host and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a house to rent in Cabo.

It’s very spacious, the kitchen area is nice and big, great for cooking in, nice backyard and BBQ area, stylish furniture. Cabo Bello community is very secure and is close to everything. The hosts responded very quickly to our requests. Our concierge, Luis, spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth and pleasant, as possible.

I cant express enough how lovely Cabovillas made this experience the best for my guest and I. The booking experience is by far top tier. They provide you with literally every option for you to enjoy your stay. From chefs, activities, transportation and etc. You can plan it all with them. They even have little perks. Like free complimentary ride from the airport. When we arrived we got familiar with Angel who was our concierge. He literally will set up everything for you. I mean everything. I felt so safe with him. He doesn't forget anything you plan and I mean the transportation services was always Early. We haven't been late to anything. Angel is just amazing. Now let's get into the beauty of this place. OMG I mean breath taking. The rooms, the views, the people and the community was just amazing. I felt so safe here. They have security round the clock and once again I don't even know if angel sleeps but I wrote him at 4am, 6 pm and 1am he answered every time. Angel is truly an angel. There are 5 bedrooms. 3 king beds and 2 with double beds. All which are comfortable. The water takes a minute to heat up but when it's hot it's hot. The pool has a warmer and it was so nice. We booked the welcome package that they have which will have a chef come to the location as you arrive. The foooodddddd my gosh was so good. The chef was so sweet and sang me a birthday song because it was my birthday. I enjoyed that. Overall this place and service was so amazing. Shout out to Jessica who help with my last minute request and also help us get a physician to do the COVID exam for us to be able to comply with the new CDC guidelines to enter back in America. We are all negative and healthy. My life was made on they trip. Thank you guys. See you very soon

! Kimberly at Cabo Villas was wonderful to work with. We planned the trip a week and a half before arriving, and she was able to help us arrange everything in time regardless of the short notice!! Super responsive, very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to book private chef to come to the house, get some necessities as far as food and drink pre-stocked, and even arrange for massage therapist to come to the house!! We were blown away by the level of service. The house also came with a concierge, Angel, who was lovely and so very helpful. He did some grocery shopping for us while we were there, arranged transportation, and took care of everything. The whole experiences was fantastic!! Thank you Cabo Villas!!

The Chef was amazing. He prepared what ever we asked to perfection. The cleaning ladies were phenomenal and the concierge was unmatched. Everything was just a text message away! There were 13 of us and he made sure we had rides to all of our reservations and helped us set up excursions. My only regret is not bringing enough cash to tip them all more because they definitely deserved it.

Nice location in Pedregal which is walkable to town if you’re up for the hills. The house needs a few things freshened up due to the age of the home, but still a great villa and was very clean. Communication from the CaboVillas team leading up to our stay was great!

Everything was perfect, including the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend Cabo Villas and will use them again next time we go to Cabo!!

The house was super clean, very spacious, close to downtown, and in a safe area. Super close to the beach! Jessica was super helpful with the booking process. Our concierge Giovanni was amazing and super helpful! Anything we needed he was there to help! Every time we call no matter what time of day he always respond! The property manager, was quick to respond when we needed him. One night our gate was locked he was quick to come open it for us. Our housekeeper Carmen was great! Check in was quick and easy. Transportation was quick. I highly recommend Cabovillas! Especially for a big group! Thank you CaboVillas for a great stay!

We were there for a long weekend and the hospitality extended to us was amazing. Several in our group noted how the house was even more beautiful in person, and that the photos could not do it justice. Ivan, our concierge, was warm, welcoming and available whenever we needed him, whether for a quick question or for help with arranging logistics. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend staying here with CaboVillas enough. You probably already know how beautiful the setting is, so choosing this team and location is a must. The hospitality and service can’t be beat!

The whole team was so accommodating to our group's needs! The house was clean, gorgeous with amazing view , and conveniently close to everything! Our concierge, Ivan, was wonderful and quickly responded to anything we needed from taxis to recommendations. The customer service was superb as well by setting up our private chef at the house and all our transportation to airports, stop at Costco, and restaurants. Amazing experience overall thanks to the CaboVilla's team!

The staff, amenities, location, and property are second to none. Thank you to Lucero and Rodolfo for keeping us well fed, the staff for taking care of our every need, and Luis for all his help. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends!

Everything was wonderful! The house, staff, tequila tasting, A matter of Taste's dinners, the decorations, massages, yoga, golf, Chef Lorenzo, and workouts were all amazing and top notch. Thank you so much for making my husband's 40th birthday one he will never forget!!

The house itself was very large and comfortably gave everyone his own room and bathroom. The game room was a great addition. The large deck with pool and hot tub overlooking the Sea of Cortez was picturesque and relaxing. The location in Esperanza provided great walking trails, tennis and the Punta Ballena beach club. 10 minutes from Cabo del Sol golf course and 20 minutes from Cabo Real. The grocery store (Freska) was also 20 minutes away and had everything we needed. Great 1/2 day private Catamaran tour with Zig Zag. Great access to the large walking beach at Palmilla. it was a relaxing, yet active week. We will return.

I have stayed in many different Villas provided by Kimberly at CaboVillas. Villa Las Flores was just magnificent!, The views were to die for. Each room suite was perfect for all of us. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Kitchen has everything that a good chef will need as do the bathrooms. The view is stunning....on both levels. You can sit on the patio and porch with a book and an afternoon can slip by very quickly. Only downside was that a few things were broken in the kitchen and bath. The concierge was very quick to get people in to fix.......... We would definitely visit again!

The house is a perfect set up for a couples trip, even better than the photos. The staff was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond taking care of us. Even going out of their way to make a piñata for a birthday we were celebrating. They anticipated our needs and exceeded all expectations. We look forward to returning to Casa Stella!

The Casa was spectacular with beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, chef inspired commercial quality kitchen, outdoor entertainment areas, fully equipped gym, and a heated infinity pool that looked out over an endless ocean horizon. Close to everything, yet very private. We have traveled the world and this experience was as good as Bali or the Maldives. We will be back!
