We have already reserved it for next year making it the 5th year in a row. The accommodations are perfect for our large crew and everyone looks forward to this trip each year, I dare say it has become a family tradition. This year the villa had been freshly updated. Always clean with housekeeping there daily. The accommodations are great, and the infinity pool is lovely. The views of the ocean and the bay are breathtaking plus the whales were visible throughout the week this trip. I also have to mention the spectacular sunsets and sunrises, WOW! Both easy viewing from Clara Vista Villa. It is located in Pedregal, a gated community where you feel safe. Just minutes from all the fun and night life.

.. Villa Clara Vista is amazing and was the perfect retreat for our family! Views of sunrise and sunset, a chef who cooked us a gourmet meal, massages under the palapa, and every room has a view! I even saw a whale breach from the shower! We spent the evenings around the fire pit enjoying the stars. It was a short drive to town, but we seldom left the villa as it had everything we needed! This is a great property with unparalleled views of the ocean, bay, and town. Very close to town, nightlife, beaches, and just about anything you would want to do! We had a blast and will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed magnificent sunrises & sunsets; the views were spectacular with awesome whale watching from nearly every room in the house, as well as from ample terrace space. The entire house is spacious, airy and light, with a contemporary touch to its unique architecture that brings in all the magic of the special mountain/ocean/desert vibe that personifies Cabo. Great for up to 5 couples, or a perfect family retreat complete with the kids.

The house had everything we could have wanted; lots of rooms, beautiful, spacious, clean, and our concierge, Hector, was on speed dial for whatever we needed (and always answered!). Every room has an amazing view and comfortable beds, the hot tub works very well and takes just minutes to heat up. My ONLY complaint is the music system. It is not a bluetooth, but rather speakers connected to the Sonos app so it only plays music from the villa owner's Sonos profile. There was a ton of music and lots of variety so it worked out fine, we just waited for our boat trip to play our "Bachelorette Playlist" :) Planning a trip for 14 girls out of the country, I was nervous about all of the little details when it comes to booking, paying, planning, etc. Jessica made all of that INCREDIBLY easy. She offered ideas when needed, was timely in her responses, and was super helpful and genuinely excited for our trip. I will only book my Cabo trips through Cabo Villas for future vacations!

We were able to see the whales jumping out of the ocean in the mornings and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific in the evenings. A swim in the heated pool made for a perfect ending of the day. Villa del Sol is just a 2 minute drive to the Pedregal beach. The beach, while beautiful, is unswimmable. This villa is also close to the marina and town. I recommend renting a car or taking a taxi of you go to town. It would be quite a hike up and down the steep roads in Pedregal. Thanks to Lola and Giovanni for another great vacation in Cabo.

Comfortable, clean, well located. Pool and outdoor area were wonderful. All services and amenities were top notch. Tino the property manager was great. We did not want for anything. Cabovillas is wonderful to rent through as everything is taken care of for you. Highly recommend Cabovillas and Villa Miraflores.

Steps from the secluded beach where you can take your daily walks or spend the day watching the waves. The covered patio has a view of the ocean and we watched the whales every day. The pool has been recently renovated and we spent hours swimming and sitting in the hot tub. Our rooms with private bathrooms and our own access to the pool and patio were spacious and the home itself was very accommodating to the six occupants. We had everything we needed to cook meals and the market was conveniently located just outside the community. Luis, the property manager, set up ATV riding and whale watching excursions for us and arranged transportation and made sure all our needs were met. There was also a maid halfway through the week which was a pleasant surprise! The wonderful town of San Jose was a short car ride away and a delightful place to spend the day or evening to shop, dine or just wander around. Definitely an "I want to go back!" vacation spot!

The housekeepers were so great as was Hector. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect and was very helpful.

The house is the perfect size for a group of 14. It's super clean and the pictures do not do it justice - it's so nice! The view and pool are amazing! No one wanted to leave. As soon as we arrived we had margaritas and salsa waiting for us. The trip really could not have been better. Lola and Julie were so great to work with. They respond super quick and were very accommodating. We arranged rides into town every day and the price was super reasonable. We felt very safe and the concierge was very helpful. We will be back! We loved this house!

The house itself is better in person than pictured. The views are stunning. All the rooms were wonderful and comfortably fit all the people. Booking this place was a great experience. They welcomed the bride with a complimentary massage. We booked Zumba and a taco bar as well and it was FANTASTIC. Everything was on time and tasted amazing. The best part of our experience was the concierge, IVAN! He was so responsive and ordered all of our cabs and were able to get place to place safely. If we ran out of things he would order it for us and made us reservations.

GREAT location! I couldn't be any happier staying here... We were a group of 12 girls and the fact that we had separate casitas was great! We had our own privacy when we wanted to just relax! Being able to get a response from Lola in a timely manner really was a plus... I am definitely booking this villa next time we plan on coming. Thank you all so much for a great experience!

Everything was spotless, the beds were wonderful, and the beachfront location was the best. The kids (ages 3,6,8,12) loved the pool and even ate a pancake breakfast at the swim-up bar! We had a private chef service (Matter of Taste) for a few of the meals, and I wish we had contracted with them for ALL the meals - they were that good. I would point out that the bedrooms are NOT equal in lavishness. The master is enormous and beautiful, and takes up almost the entire top floor of the villa, while some of the downstairs bedrooms are much smaller with minimal views (but still en-suite and comfortable). This would be important if traveling with other couples. It was fine for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The “game room� was a plus, with pool table and other games to enjoy. We all enjoyed the beachfront fire pit in the evenings, and the outside dining table could seat all ten of us. The dining room table was huge as well. The house was filled with original art and it was obviously chosen with care. One comment - I wish we had been able to contact someone more familiar with the property before we arrived. The agent at Cabo Villas was located in the US, and I doubt had ever seen the villa. Had we known how completely stocked the villa was, we could have packed much less. For example, we were told we should bring our own soap and shampoo. We found the villa had full-size bottles of everything you would ever need. There were oils and spices and condiments and a fully stocked pantry in the kitchen and there were beach toys and games and and flat screen TVs in every room. This is a minor complaint in a good way - the villa had everything we would need and more, but we couldn’t find that out until we checked in. The sea was calm and we were able to swim in it, and the pool was well heated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

being able to enjoy the views with all of the boat and cruise ship activity was really special. and Villa Fiesta has everything needed to accommodate a party of 4 couples or a large group or family. everyone can enjoy their own space and gather for social time around the pool, in the game room (pool table is greatness!) or on one of the large balconies. and of course the access to all the great restaurants in Pedregal and Cabo is so convenient. I look forward to the next trip to Cabo and Villa Fiesta 5! thank you to the entire CaboVillas team for your excellent service and attention to detail! PS - don't forget your binoculars...you'll enjoy the views while sipping your favorite beverages. Cheers!

The house and pool are beautiful period every room has an ensuite bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will likely rent this house again. It is also very reasonably priced.

We had 18 ladies in the Villa Jade de Law and had the most amazing 5 days in paradise. From helping us evaluate options, all the way to finalizing details in getting us settled the day we arrived, Alex was prompt and thorough in everything she did. I felt completely comfortable booking and was so excited to arrive. The house itself is simply spectacular. The front door leads into the main living area and kitchen, which has sliding doors that open all the way up to the pool and terrace. We lived out on this terrace. The views of the ocean and Cabo were unbeatable! We even saw whales which was an added bonus! The house had more than enough space to accommodate 18 women - everyone had a bed and plenty of bathrooms for showering, etc. The kitchen was great and we cooked frequently and also had a professional chef come in to cook for us one night, which was a highlight. The neighborhood of Pedregal is beautiful and safe - we loved the gated entrance, proximity to downtown & ability to walk down to the beach. I would love to rent again through this company and stay again in Pedregal.

It was everything we hoped. Hector the concierge was INCREDIBLE.

Our check in went smoothly with the help of the concierge, Lewis. He definitely looked after us with some extra touches. The house was a short walk to the "non-swimming" beach but the sunset at the beach was great and the whales were very close to the shore. You could also see the whales from the Villa. I wanted to pre-organize a special meal at the Villa one of the nights of our stay and Lola was extremely helpful with suggestions and answered my emails & questions promptly. Our meal was better than I imagined and a very lovely addition. CaboVilla's were very easy to deal with and always getting back to me via email when needed. I would highly recommend staying at Edith Hacienda if you are visiting Cabo.

She helped me plan the rest of our trip, gave advice on activities and meals and helped me coordinate everything. Once we got there, the Villa staff was incredible. They were attentive to our needs and provided top notch customer service. If you plan on traveling to Cabo, don't look any further because this is the place to stay!

Cabo Villas make the entire process seamless - from booking to arrival to dedicated concierge during the stay to departure. The home is incredible with limitless common space, great bedroom suites, and amazing views throughout the house. The home easily accommodated nine couples and we made full use of the pool, terraces and exercise room. The location of the home provides the best of all worlds. It is located on a cliff with unobstructed views of the ocean and it is a short walk to the beach or into town. The house is impeccable and the staff wonderful. We have been many times and will return again.

Exceeded all of our expectations!

Everyone had their own space and I loved that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The views were perfect, which made it hard for me to leave the villa. I could've sat on the deck the entire trip and been content with just the views. The villa was clean and well stocked with your everyday needs. The cleaning crew was nice, but they invaded our space by popping up when they wanted to and disrupting our day. It would be a good idea for them to call and see if cleaning services are needed. The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the shady concierge. He made it seem as if he was there to meet all our needs and make sure the stay was pleasant. He offered to go get us tacos and 2 cases of champagne and we would pay the price of the items plus a $20 delivery fee. That seemed fair, but when he returned he had 1 case of champagne and 10 tacos and told us that would be $407. After we paid him, he jetted off into the sunset and we did not see him until we were in the shuttle headed back to the airport. I highly recommend you do your own shopping and bargaining. We still enjoyed our stay in Villa Haydee, and I will recommend it to those who ask.

Our friends could not have been more pleased. The place is beautiful, watching the whales off the pool deck was amazing and we felt safe and secure. We love that it's a short walk into town and to the beach and that there are always cabs to get us back up the hill at the end fo the night. We also loved that although the homes are on top of one another, you never felt like privacy was an issue at all. We will be back, for sure.

Securing the home was my initial concern, as the patio doors don’t have very secure locks, but the concern subsided quickly. The house was spacious, clean, and cool! The best part was the view of the city and marina! We watched ships, activities and the sun rise and set. The pool in the afternoon was top notch. If you’re one for perfect social media photos, this is your place! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare, cook, and serve any meal or entertain. The open concept provides great sound for music throughout the home. There were a few things to be aware of, however. First, there were lizards!!!!! I’m not sure how that could be prevented, but they (at least 5) vacationed with us. I was petrified! Secondly, our concierge didn’t seem like the most honest guy. He offered to get our group local food and champagne. We were excited! Upon return, the costs were upwards of $400USD for 10 tacos and one case of champagne with NO RECEIPTS! We didn’t see him again until our day of departure. Interesting? Next, either rent a car or prepare to pay about $4USD/pp for each ride, both, up and down the mountains of Pedregal. While there were a couple of things I’d change in Villa Haydee, the thing that stands out the most is cleaning service on day of departure. Our scheduled “check out “ was 11am, yet the cleaning ladies were there at 9am, literally, cleaning around us. We were cleaned out of our private bathrooms, making a leisure departure almost impossible. While we understood there would be guests after us, allowing us time to gather our things, shower, and prepare to leave this beautiful city were equally as important! In sum, our trip was magnificent! Villa Haydee was a pretty smooth ride with a couple of bumps in the road along the way!

The layout of the common area, kitchen, and pool is perfect for sharing the experience of the house with your friends and family. The views are spectacular and every single room is fantastic. We are going to stay again next time we go to Cabo!

Safe secure and wonderful back yard. Clean. Everything was on time and clean Angel the concierge is fantastic person. 3 adults or small family is the number for me.

The communication and hospitality was superb. Pedregal's property management team, concierge and Lola, thank you for your help in making my birthday weekend one to remember.

Just make sure you do not take any valuables, because the house and individual rooms does not have a door lock, and has no safety deposit boxes. Every thing else was wonderful.

You get a nice cardio workout walking up to the Villa from downtown. Excellent villa for three couples to share.

The Whale Watching and Zip Line excursions are forever memories that we could have never picked out on our own!
